Attended a wedding on this lovely country farm/glamming site. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Congratulations and thank you for making a special weekend perfect.

Our Son & Daughter-In-Law (not forgetting baby Grandaughter) took us to their favourite place to breakfast - Sorelle at Motcombe. What a fantastic venue, even after a wedding party the day before and totally full inside and outside by 11:00 a very convivial ambience! What an introduction to this exceptional place! Then the food arrived, the best sausages I have ever tasted, (64 years a connoisseur), fabulous bacon, sublime organic eggs, vine tomatoes, awesome mushrooms and sour bread toast - all in all an epicurean delight! This was all served by a professional family - a quality team, manifesting their passion and attention to detail. Thank you for such an amazing experience! Paul & Tania Booker

I met up with a friend at Sorelle last week having been told what wonderful coffee you served and was not disappointed in anyway whatsoever. The coffee cake was delicious too. Shall look forward to coming again and especially when you have the pick your own flowers ready to pick. Have already recommended your place to a few friends. Thank you

We had a wonderful experience at venue with their monthly supper club. Venue looks superb with the lively lighting.Food was set meal and included welcome drink and a drink with meal. Food was great as catered for most tastes. You will sit on long table with other guests and will inevitably sit next to someone you don't know, which is the magic of it as you meet and chat to new people while enjoying your superb 3 course meal under the illuminated canopy.

Placed our order and then waited about half an hour, only to find that our order hadn't been passed to the kitchen. Then, when the order was eventually passed to the kitchen, waited about another half an hour for our food to appear. Wouldn't have minded ...but we had ordered a really simple dish...rarebit, aka cheese on toast. Ok, we were offered complimentary coffees, but honestly after an hour of waiting, I think that the food should have been on the house. In a restaurant that was nearly empty...the service was seriously lacking.

This is one of the better best western hotels I have stayed in. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good, the homemade shepherd's pie or beef stew with dumplings is fantastic, as good as I have had. Just a bit let down with what I assume are frozen veg and chips. Some rooms are ok but some are well in need of modernising. Shower didn't work above bath. Car park is safe. Location is good about 12 min walk to center or supermarket. Good pub across the road.

Went in to order and take away. Food was OK. Standard high street Chinese takeaway. The couple working were very friendly and welcoming. Removed a couple of stars though because the place felt a little grotty and could use a deep clean. The menu and prices on the counter to order from appears to have been there for many many years and the prices have gone up significantly since then. Rather than replacing the menu, they’d updated the prices on the old menu by writing over them on a piece of tape but that had long since faded revealing the prices underneath and rendering the new prices illegible. There’s also a printed out piece of paper taped to the desk advising customers that “in 2018 prices will go up 30% from those listed on the menu”. It’s now 2025. For a further glimpse back to history they advertise a 50p card charge for orders under £15 (though they were kind enough to waive this for my £14 order
