a simple order of 2 identical Wraps and a baguette took over an hour to arrive.

The website takes your money, you call and the people say that the order is cancelled because the machine is off and to call and speak to the boss tomorrow then hangs up. You’re better off ordering from pizza king.

Despite delivering to me on many occasions previously, they delivered my order to the wrong address.. not for the first time. When I called to tell them I hadn’t received my order they re-sent it which came quickly, it was however not the food I ordered.. was so hungry that I just ate it.. probably won’t use them again to be honest.

I ordered on JustEat, food usually takes about 45 minutes anyway but this time it took over an hour to arrive when I live less than one mile away from the restaurant on the same street. I called to ask about it and can only hear the manager in the background shouting at the lady on the phone, who then began laughing when I questioned why he is shouting about everything. The resturant did not sound busy.

I have never had a better breakfast anywhere else. I visit everyday on holiday with the family because the food is just 5 star London restaurant standard. Flavours are just incredible. I cannot tell you enough how good this place this.

Burger rolls were soaked in whatever the side salad had on it ,impossible to pick up and eat . Chips some under cooked some rock hard. Ham was poor quality and the eggs had been cooked and kept warm by the rubbery texture.

WE DROVE 50 MILES TODAY, JUST FOR A COUPLE OF BRASSEIRE 55 KNICKERBOCKER GLORYS. THERE OUT OF THIS WORLD. BREAKFASTS ARE AMAZING. GREAT SELECTION OF CAKES TEA CAKES ECT. ALSO, GREAT ITALIAN DISHES TO CHOOSE FROM. FANTASTIC.

First time ordering from this company and dissatisfied. Cheeseburger was overloaded with wet salad so arrived with a sloppy bun. Pizza looked like it had been cooked on a radiator. Albino mozzarella. Turned up on time though

My girlfriend and I were in Brandford Forum thus morning and so recently visited Brasserie, where the service was exceptional. The staff catered to our specific needs and went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. Special thanks to the main host, who looked out for us throughout our visit. Highly recommended.

Ice cream container was placed on top of a hot burger container, so basically I had melted ice cream!!!

I'm afraid I was not very impressed at all. I called in for a coffee and snack. The coffee took ages to arrive, although the place was not very busy. The panini was dry and difficult to get down, very little filling other than a token bit of bacon and cheese.

Always great service. Delivery driver listened to requests and called on arrival. Food piping hot and got extras. Driver so kind and lady on phone so accepting of my requests. Dont understand why you haven’t got 5/5 stars. Love you all!! Thank you for providing myself and my partner with a yummy breakfast whilst we’re poorly xx

Shocking delivery, made the delivery address very clear on the order.Food was stone cold.very very disappointing

The carbonara was made in a spicy sauce and not a white creamy sauce. This ruined the dinner we had been waiting for a hour.

the eggs were overdone, bacon was too hard to eat

driver screwed up ticket and receipet and dumped it outside my van. First time I have ever brought a steak and wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked. instead I got a burnt steak. and comments about why am I not cooking using my own hob. won't be ordering here again. instead China city much tastier

Wonderful place, great food with good size portions at a really great price! and pleasant, friendly staff who always stop to chat to us and the kids. I cant really fault this place. Its such a great place to go for lunch😁

If you offer a free item then really you should deliver it with the order. Onion rings missing and chips with one of the meals were missing.

Food hiddious dry rubber bacon panini soggy eggs watery toast already buttered so soggy

pizza was awful and so was all day breakfast. bad quality and badly cooked. 😢

ordered on line, said was going to be 30 to 45mins,my order arrived 2 20mins later and cold chips had been heated back up in shop, you can tell the difference. Chicken burger was rock hard.

i made an account just to write this review, it was the bees knees! my husband had the brunch, he is usually hard to please about portion size but he loved the serving size and quality of the food. i had the bacon eggs and chips, not my usual but i was so glad i went with it as it was again great quality and portion size filled me right up! notable mentions to the service and atmosphere as both were pleasant, warm and welcoming. will for sure be coming back:)

the food was deliverd but my drinks where forgotten and I got the wrong flavor of icecrem but it was rectified and I get all my stuff the food was good and I would recommend this place to enyone the only thing is that the cream on the cheese cake tasted out of date and like blue cheese.

Absolutely beautiful food however the service was appalling. In this day and age I do not expect to take an autistic client for lunch to be faced with dirty looks from staff and remarks from other customers. Then for staff to walk straight past me whilst I’m waiting to pay and serve a customer who has just walked through the door! Will not be bringing business here again which is a shame as the food was brilliant.

After waiting an hour and a half for my order I have just opened the lasagne and it smells burnt and is basically just one bit of slop, I also tasted a bit and it's disgusting. The jacket potato is also undercooked and there's hard parts in it. Not happy at all considering I have spent 30 pounds! I expect a refund

Ordered around 10:10am and the food arrived just after 12! We have ordered before and never had to wait so long, so that was disappointing.

Took 2 and a half hours to get to us after ordering, then when it got to us was cold, not good today, usually pretty good but definitely not today, really poor

The people who work there are kind and good is top notch. They make fuss of the kids and the food is very fresh. Decent portions. We had 5 breakfasts and 4 drinks for 50 quid which is reasonable as the portion sizes and quality is top tier

Side Salad could do with More dressing. It was tasteless & watery. Since the price gone up on this all time favourite of mine. I’m disappointed with what I recieved tonight. Chips were also rubbery and not the greatest of texture.

Absolutely superb! Really fast delivery. Food arrived hot and excellent quality. Really was delicious! We had the Maxi Grill and all was cooked perfectly. Mushrooms in particular were delicious!

Freshly cooked, tasty food with fresh salad and warm pitta. I was amazed at how quickly it all arrived.

main problem was that the driver rang the bell but did not wait for me to get to the door, instead giving it to someone else who was delivering to me, stating that he was in a rush. Being disabled if he had just left my order outside the front door, i would have been unable to get my order

Pretty decent 90% of the time hence the 4 stars instead of 5. I’ve had multiple items that have been forgotten, especially extras added on for the breakfasts, or cans of drink. Lots of options of food and drinks, the lattes are amazing, as are the baguettes. Decent prices, decent food, decent staff. **The just-eat app isn’t up to date, certain foods do not come with the food stated eg sandwiches are not served with crisps as stated** something to look into to keep your customers happy.

Good portion sizes, affordable but still good quality. Didn’t forget anything. Always smiling when delivering food, kind and conscious of parking.

Poor quality, clearly states sandwich comes with chips and garnish, and when I called they were quick enough to argue with me. Paid £30 for 4 dishes. Shocking.

both paninis were burnt, and did not come with chips even though menu stated they did.

the tea cakes were stale & salad added when clicked no salad for the panini.

Excellent flavours, really well presented. Friendly staff. Would reccomend to separate the warm chicken from the ceasar salad for transport so it doesn't go soggy but minor thing. Really lovely, will def be ordering again

I came in here on Coronation Day as not many places still open or serving breakfast. Ordered food then whilst waiting read the recent reviews, so was dreading my breakfast. Service was friendly and helpful. Coffee was excellent. Inclusive breakfast was quick and hot. Yes agree the mushrooms were tinned and sausage not premium quality. But bacon and egg and rest of breakfast excellent. Definitely not a one star cafe, and fully deserves my 4 star rating. One star dropped only for quality of mushroom and sausage. But good value and excellent service.

I asked for carrot cake but they had run out and sent me cheesecake instead, this was ok but I would like to have been advised in case there was another alternate I would have preferred

Appalling service. Didn't get a menu, got it myself. Within 1minute waitress started flapping hands at me for food order. Extremely rude

For the second time I ordered a liqueur but got a bottle of scotch instead. This is the second time this has happened, when I queried it with Brasserie 65 they said they had no stock, to my mind I should have been advised of this and been refunded

Bit disappointed it didn’t come with any crisps like it said. £1.30 for a can of Coke was too much & £4 delivery is a bit ridiculous as well.

Very good on the whole however I asked for a liqueur and received scotch instead

Poor food. We had two burgers and neither of them were right no salad and no mayo in the chicken burger and no cheese in the king burger. Both buns were soaked in lettuce water from the garnish. Wholey disappointed 😞

Utterly delicious coffee (roasted by them), warm welcome, nicely cooked breakfast, great tomat & mozzarella panini. Well worth a visit.

I ordered a delicious jacket potato with beans, and a latte. Both were so nice and I highly recommend Brasserie 65.

Love the place but don't order the cheesy chips, like they've been fried twice, and cheese was stodgy

Stopped here today, and had a lovely meal, crispy bacon on scrambled eggs with toast. Staff were friendly, and the coffee was really nice.

I ordered a lasagne for my brother and they ended up giving 2 carbonaras instead, so we’re quite disappointed. The carbonara was dripping with oil off my spoon.

Food is normally really nice but tonight it was awful, tried calling but no one answered, I had a lasagne and the too layer was rock solid and the layers of meat and pasta were non existence, was not even a centimetre in height and was really greasy, took one mouthful and it was not nice at all, as I said the food is normally really good and then daughters pesto pasta is normally creamy but tonight it was just pasta tossed in pesto with no cream just a big mess of oil at bottom of the tray and it was so green it looked awful

Service and taste: never in doubt!

I had a text exactly on the earliest delivery time telling me the food was on its way. I had a phone call 10 minutes later to confirm the address, and then got asked if I would walk to the pub 5 minutes down the road to meet the driver instead! Reluctantly I agreed, thinking this was already bad customer service, and was told the driver would be half an hour. 40 minutes later I called the restaurant to find out where my order was, but the person on the other end spoke too quickly for me to understand and hung up before I had a chance to ask them to repeat. 5 minutes later I had a text from my wife to tell me the food had been delivered to the original address! Most of the food tasted ok, although some was cold. A salad had been put in the same box as a burger and then smothered in dressing, so the bun was soggy and the salad wilted. The fries however were in a separate box? Poor customer service, slow delivery and lack of judgement with packaging food.

Very little cheese in the panini or wrap. All salad limp and soaked in dressing. Tomato in tuna mayo sandwich was old and in dressing, not tuna mayo, just tuna. Sandwich left uncut. No crisps as stated on website. Saying that scones, cake and baklava lovely. Shame the savoury items ruined our lunch.

Everything was decent but i asked for a stella and received Budweiser

Had a breakfast here cost £8.90. Not very good. Cheap sausage(1), cheap fatty bacon, 1 egg, small,tinned mushrooms. Not worth the money, better off going to the greyhound pub round the corner,same price but 10 times better.

Food was very good, delivery quick and food still warm. Will be ordering again.

Food came quickly which was good. However delivery driver expected me to answer the door within 2 seconds of him knocking when I had to get money and walk down the stairs with a bad ankle. The food was ok but the lasagne was definitely microwaved. The beef tasty really weird and like it’s been frozen. Disappointed as used to be a lovely place to order from

Fantastic food, lovely range on the menu. We ordered a mix with burgers, pasta and an all day breakfast. All were excellent👌
