They wouldn’t let a 10 year old go to the second floor even though there was people younger than him in the second floor.

I had a very delicious morning breakfast.

We ordered and it was good but a chiken wrap had so many small bones in the meat that it was so difficult to eat. It is sad because otherwise food was really good. Just be careful with that. Regards

I went there to pick a take away bag with TGTG, the staff was friendly, didn't wait for a long time, relaxed atmosphere, clean place, and the food was delicious. I'm definitely going back to try their lamb and bamia curry, and some of those beautiful pastries.

The restaurant is generally good and the workers are very respectful. The problem they have is the clear contrast between the flavors of meat and chicken. It seems that they are in a hurry to grill the meat and it comes out flat on the outside, but in reality it is not even. They should also reduce the fat in shawarma.

Great Lebanese food with good service. Tried their mixed grill, manakish minced lamb, and chicken shwarma wrap. Everything was good, if you you are are 2 or 3 people order their set menu it will be good amount with a selection of different charcoal grill.

Stopped by for a late dinner and really enjoyed the relaxed, chill atmosphere. I ordered the hummus and the lamb shish, which came with rice and a side salad. The hummus was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the entire meal was delicious. The staff were also very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If you’re in London, I definitely recommend checking this place out!

My family and I tried dinner with them, and to be honest, it is a Lebanese restaurant that is true to its principles and there is no mistake, good people and a lot of good food, and also Ikram in the food, they do not fall short, even their price is cheap compared to the prices in other Arab restaurants, may God grant them success.

Great food with generous portions. Lamb shawarma wasnt the best I had but is still good.

Been to this restaurant twice and both times found the manager really rude and not able to communicate properly or interact with customers. When asked about the service charges he made stupid comments like “we give you take away box” and tea for free! We refused to drink the “free” tea after that remark because after paying for a full platter it felt like he was looking down on us and expected us to be more grateful for their service? We were courteous throughout the time but towards the end left with a really bad experience. He did not apologise and continued to make snide remarks in front of the family and kids. Food over all is good but service needs to improve.

“Amazing Lebanese Iftar Experience!” Had a wonderful Iftar with a friend here. The food was fresh and flavorful, especially the grilled meats and creamy hummus. The atmosphere was warm, and the service was excellent. A great spot for an authentic Lebanese Iftar—highly recommend! :)

Highly recommended! We ordered Shish Taouk Chicken and Roasted Boneless Chicken and they were spectacular. For dessert, Baklawas, and very good too. The place is very nice and the treatment is unbeatable. We will return without a doubt!

A wonderful, no-frills Lebanese restaurant, perfect for a casual dinner with friends. My partner and I had the Soor special platter - salad, hummus, delicious bread, and a mixed grill w/ rice that could comfortably feed three people, all for £34. Fantastic value. If I’m being harsh, the minced lamb kebab could have been more flavourful, but for what you pay, you absolutely get your money’s worth. Very helpful and kind staff too.

Ordered large mixed grill with rice. Very nicely grilled with generous amount of Lebanese special rice. Complimentary 2 x medium size round bread/naans with 1 small pot of garlic, 1 x chilli sauce and one medium pot of very good quality hummus. All for £16.44 I tried this place following the Google reviews and became a fan too.

Horrible customer service. Got given burnt manakish. All the men stand outside and smoke and when customers come in they go and make the food without washing their hands. Hygiene is a ZERO. Won’t be going back. Don’t waste your money.

I planned my birthday one day before there. Payed deposit for booking. Unfortunately My Day was ruined because of service. The mood is gone.. Never seen such a bad service👎🏾 I,m still sad because of my guests. I'm sorry that I chose this restaurant. I hope they will correct their mistake.

The service is lame Celebrated birthday: Went hungry for a friend's birthday at 1pm And he left the restaurant also hungry at 15:20 Due to the fact that nothing was delivered on time, there is no tea, there are no glasses for tea, Half the people bring salads, others don’t. The birthday boy felt uncomfortable in front of the guests because of such service

Today was. Very bad service ! Booked one day before that we gonna be 15 people for tomorrow. Paid deposit. Today we came from 1pm Very bad service for half of us they brought tea for half there was no glass then after one hour the brought small paper cups and after 0ne hour they brought glass cups but no tea. Half food was ready after one hour and 40 min. Half of were still waiting another 30 min. Very pure service. All this time in the table wasn’t even one tissue.

Israa has made sure we do not leave untill 100% satisfied. We ate grilled lamb meat and shawerma, and both meals were over the expectation. Also lebanese sweets and karak tea were jaw dropping. Must visit!

Spectacular restaurant, we ordered the menu for 2/3 people and still had leftovers, the truth is that it comes in large quantities and it couldn't be tastier. Esraa served us very well, explaining the menu patiently since the language was difficult. I recommend it!

I’m telling you one thing this place is terrible first of all they don’t speak English at all the young lady needs to join English course and secondly the food was under cooked it was raw and tasteless and the bread was hard as rock and cold as ice they need to change the cook and third and final they need to learn how to run the business, seems like they all are confuse and don’t know what to do, you will see 5 staff around till and 2 customers in the restaurant and still rough customer service

All staff were extremely helpful and professional, the food was so delicious, they catered for my needs and made sure I had a good time dining at their restaurant. When I come to London, I must go here for the b3aalbek pastries. Made in the traditional method of the Lebanese town, every bite will teleport you to a different world. This is legacy and culture. Get the meat ones, don’t think just get them. I cannot begin to explain what you are missing out on.

Each dish was cooked to perfection, retaining its original texture and flavor. The starters came with a large portion of delicious hummus, setting the tone for the meal. We ordered a variety of dishes, and this was the first time we managed to finish everything, thanks to the incredible flavors and quality. The side spices and garlic sauce added an extra kick, and the naan bread was soft and absolutely delightful. The service was impeccable, with five-star greetings and attentive staff who made us feel welcome. I am definitely looking forward to making more visits to this fantastic restaurant. Highly recommend!

Decided to go here after seeing all the great reviews. We ordered the Soor speacial grill mix for 2/3 ppl. Everything was cooked well apart from the lamb, which was overdone and chewy. The garlic and chilli sauce was really nice and went well with the meat and nan bread. Houmous was also very good. Overall flavours were ok but the service was very poor. After being seated, the waitress did not bring the menu to the table and after finishing, the bill was not bought to to the table.

On Saturday night 22/12/2024 I ordered 2x Chicken Shawarma wraps with garlic sauce. When they got delivered the wraps were not even warm. Despite that I ate them as I was hungry and at work. Biggest mistake… Next day late morning I wake up sweating and constant uncomfortable feeling in my stomach. I was sick vomiting for more than an hour sweating and feeling weak. I changed 3 t-shirts in that 1hr from sweating and shaking. P.s. I didn’t have any other food after eating the wraps I checked the restaurant’s page only to notice a 2 star food hygiene rating… What are you even doing to improve that - clearly nothing I would avoid any deliveries from this place
