Great food and great customer service. We had a baby with us and a baby chair was offered straight away. The meat is well Marinated and tender, the chips and salad were delicious. Will definitely return soon

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the flavours were incredible. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Qasim was especially great, making sure everything was perfect. The other boys working there were also so nice and helpful, even though I didn’t catch their names. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service

Wait for around 20min so shouldn't go if in a hurry. But it is just soooo delicious and it definitely worth waiting for good chicken.

I had a great experience at this Lebanese restaurant in London. The food was delicious—some of the best tabouleh I’ve ever had! The hummus, falafel, mutabal, and baklavas were also excellent. Esraa’s friendly and attentive service made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be back!

Israa has made sure we do not leave untill 100% satisfied. We ate grilled lamb meat and shawerma, and both meals were over the expectation. Also lebanese sweets and karak tea were jaw dropping. Must visit!

Wonderful food, everything very tasty, perfect seasoning, excellent service and a very pleasant atmosphere. The waiter Esraa was very friendly and attentive. I am completely satisfied.

Spectacular restaurant, we ordered the menu for 2/3 people and still had leftovers, the truth is that it comes in large quantities and it couldn't be tastier. Esraa served us very well, explaining the menu patiently since the language was difficult. I recommend it!

The worst restaurant i have ever eaten in terms of service. Never experienced that anyone treat their customers that way, we have been treated. I hope they don't treat their customers based on their skin color. If there was rate ⭐️below minus for service, I would have given -10.

I’m telling you one thing this place is terrible first of all they don’t speak English at all the young lady needs to join English course and secondly the food was under cooked it was raw and tasteless and the bread was hard as rock and cold as ice they need to change the cook and third and final they need to learn how to run the business, seems like they all are confuse and don’t know what to do, you will see 5 staff around till and 2 customers in the restaurant and still rough customer service

We had a New year eve dinner with family and the service was excellent 👌. All staff were extremely helpful and professional, the food was so delicious, they catered for my needs and made sure I had a good time dining at their restaurant. Thank you so much and would highly recommend. Can’t wait to go again !! 🙏🙏🙏

When I come to London, I must go here for the b3aalbek pastries. Made in the traditional method of the Lebanese town, every bite will teleport you to a different world. This is legacy and culture. Get the meat ones, don’t think just get them. I cannot begin to explain what you are missing out on.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10) What an outstanding dining experience at Soor on Edgware Road! The ambiance was lavish, and the portions were extremely generous. Each dish was cooked to perfection, retaining its original texture and flavor. The starters came with a large portion of delicious hummus, setting the tone for the meal. We ordered a variety of dishes, and this was the first time we managed to finish everything, thanks to the incredible flavors and quality. The side spices and garlic sauce added an extra kick, and the naan bread was soft and absolutely delightful. The service was impeccable, with five-star greetings and attentive staff who made us feel welcome. I am definitely looking forward to making more visits to this fantastic restaurant. Highly recommend!

Very bad customer service a young lady juice maker

Decided to go here after seeing all the great reviews. We ordered the Soor speacial grill mix for 2/3 ppl. Everything was cooked well apart from the lamb, which was overdone and chewy. The garlic and chilli sauce was really nice and went well with the meat and nan bread. Houmous was also very good. Overall flavours were ok but the service was very poor. After being seated, the waitress did not bring the menu to the table and after finishing, the bill was not bought to to the table.

Amazing Food A+++ . Good prices and nice atmosphere.

On Saturday night 22/12/2024 I ordered 2x Chicken Shawarma wraps with garlic sauce. When they got delivered the wraps were not even warm. Despite that I ate them as I was hungry and at work. Biggest mistake… Next day late morning I wake up sweating and constant uncomfortable feeling in my stomach. I was sick vomiting for more than an hour sweating and feeling weak. I changed 3 t-shirts in that 1hr from sweating and shaking. P.s. I didn’t have any other food after eating the wraps I checked the restaurant’s page only to notice a 2 star food hygiene rating… What are you even doing to improve that - clearly nothing I would avoid any deliveries from this place

Food was not worth the price, need to work on customer service.

The quality of the food is subpar. The meat is excessively fatty and poorly cooked, while the pastry is excessively thick. The pricing for this type of food (shawarma and Lahma pizza) is exorbitant. Think twice before entering this restaurant people. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would’ve left it at 0 stars for service, food quality etc.

Take away shawarma, dead sandwich never again waste of my money and i hope my tummy will be okay tomorrow.

We had a great experience at Soor Lebanese- we were a group of 10 people and Hamza found us a table straight away. We were seated in a private room and had a large table with plenty of space and the opportunity to choose our own entertainment on the TV. Service was great and we ordered 2 shared platters, there was plenty of food and it tasted delicious. Would recommend!

I went there 3 days ago, had my favourite Shish Taouk, was so tasty and delicious. Considering the fresh ingredients and flavorful dish, you really get more than what you pay for. Highly recommended for those who want a quality meal without breaking the bank :)

Clean surroundings. Plenty of choice. Portion sizes were very good, tasty and keenly priced. It was served quickly and efficiently but it wasn't busy.

Authentic Lebanese food that’s fresh and so so tasty. Ask for Kassem to suggest the days specials but everything is good here. Top marks for the lentil soup, tabouleh, crispy falafel, manakiche, and on and on

Kassem was an amazing guest! We ordered mixed shish and a lamb skewer dish, plus the hummus and the lebanese pizza with cheese and tomato. It was wonderful, portions are massive and very inexpensive (3 people who ate a lot plus an extra dish to take away) and we finished it off with some baklavas. If you are close by PLEASE COME. It’s worth it!!!
