BEST restaurant serving Levantine food in the area, tried it many times, all food are fresh, delicious and as expected, Hummus, Falafel, even Shish Taouk was very good and tasty. We also had breakfast there, portions were very filling, couldn’t finish all the food, bread is freshly baked, so yummy. Service was amazing and generous, definitely will eat there again.

It was really great trying Shawarma for the first time. The restaurant environment was comfortable, and the staff were very nice in introducing the dishes to us. The portions were very generous, and I will definitely come back again.

Food is good and the hospitality spot on

Very tasty food, good prices and offers. On top of everything generosity and excellent customer service; I misunderstood how ubereats apply the buy 1 get one free, and made the wrong choice- however they very kindly still up held the offer for me!!! Go there and enjoy Lebanese tasty cuisine

Have been dining at the Kilburn and harrow branch and thought to come to this one this time as i was in the area. And i can honestly say this has been the best one so far. I like every branch but this branchs food is just immaculate. I will be coming to this branch from now on.

Food is very good and reasonable priced. Staff seems always confused, unable to understand straight away. The restaurant NEEDS a good cleaning, there we as dust everywhere. Personally I would go back again as the food was delicious. The place needs some attention, that's it.

I must say, I love this place. I am not a big eater but their shawarma on hummus is delicious. Friendly staff and great prices. Easier than going into Marble Arch for your Lebanese food!!

I and my family returned from a few days holiday from a caravan from Clacton. We felt that we should eat somewhere. I saw this restaurant and I had it in my mind for a while as I have been instructing driving in this area. While we entered the chef and a girl was setting there doing nothing. The Restaurant was not very busy so the food I don't know when were marinated and cooked were not fresh. Chicken wings were smelling disgusting. Donor Kebab both chicken and the other one was spoiled and very bad smelling. Rice was not fresh. The big plate that the food was served in was dirty. We did not eat the food. The girl working there came and insisted to pack it for us. But we said no thanks. I quietly told her that we did not find the food fresh. The girl, ( which was already in a ready to fighting-mood and I did not understand that ) instead of helping start lying and saying that everything was freshly made and she has been serving other customers and nobody complained. Then she turned this into a big drama. Later, while we were drinking tea she came and said if we want anything else for the food. I said no thanks. But she continued arguing and reasoning and saying why other customers are not complaining and why we are complaining. For me, I wanted to end the drama and I asked her if we can have some more dessert for the food. She brought us some more dessert while we already ordered and had some. I found the staff impolite, liyer and the food disgusting. We were also charged 10% for service charge. I am not recommending at all and it is not sounding like Lebanese at all as I have the experience of Lebanese food.

The service was exceptional—our server was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations. The food was outstanding; each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were fresh, and the portion sizes were just right. I especially loved the chicken taoug and kofta 🔥which was cooked to perfection. The attention to detail and the creativity in the menu really stood out. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you for providing such a memorable meal!

We (two adults, one child) went here to Dine-In in June after visiting the RAF Museum on a Thursday and it was a perfect location for us. The staff were very friendly, the service was on point, the atmosphere was incredibly international-rustic (they have a Lebanese-Azerbaijan international kitchen), and the food was absolutely delicious. They even served us something on the house before ordering. We will definitely return there.

I was extremely hungry and spent 30 minutes driving to the restaurant to pick up my order, but when I arrived 10 minutes before closing, the restaurant was closed, and the guy inside said it closed and came tomorrow. I'm very disappointed. Not recommended at all!

Ordered take away, after 2 hours, while the driver in the dooe, they cancelled the order. Never order from this restaurant, they should have efficient service and delivery.

I've ordered from Soor Kilburn and Harrow road no problem, so though the Hendon branch would be just as good. ordered grilled baby chicken and wings, both were really plain and bland. No salt or pepper on the chicken, no herbs no spices nothing, just greasy. Ironically the rice was salty so not sure if the chef made a mistake. The best thing was the bread and salad, amazing, but at £30 thats a bit too much. Sorry guys I usually don't give 1 stars but the food was sub-par.

Very nice Authentic Lebanese food

I got 2 magic bags from TGTG as I was curious about this place due to the good reviews. The food was delicious, the service friendly. My only criticism, the falafel soaked the oul from the fried veggies and got greasy. Also, the fried aubergine and hummus were too bitter for me due to maybe too much tahina, but that's personal preference, and they were still tasty. Every single dish was very nice. I'm attaching pictures as proof, I forgot to take them before eating. I'd recommend: the vermicelli rice, okra and lamb stew/ curry, the seasoned potatoes (batata hara?), lamb hummus, chips

I recently dined at Soor restaurant, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, providing excellent service throughout. The prices were fair for the a big portions served, and the food tasted delicious. However, I was slightly disappointed that the grilled meat wasn't as tender as I had hoped. Despite this, I would still recommend the restaurant for its overall positive atmosphere and tasty dishes.

Top notch service, always come here after uni to vibe out and have the pleasure of being served by brother Hiseen, he always looks after us to make sure our Shisha is Gucci quality and the food is on point. :) shout out to the man who always makes our on point Shisha’s and recommending Shisha flavours.

The best lebanese food in my experience. I've tried so many lebanese restraunts, and this one is the furthest away from me- but it's the best food, the most generous portions, chips are fresh and perfect everytime. Meat is beautiful. Love the rice salad bread, garlic dip, I love it all thank you guys

One of the top shawermas I've tried in London. Ordered on Deliveroo and arrived quickly. Portions are good and reasonably priced.

Ordered through Deliveroo and it was the biggest mistake. The hummus and moutabal were very sweet due to too much tahini, the whole plate was too oily. Chicken shawarma arrived cold and unflavoured. Very disappointed.

Extremely poor service. Waited over an hour for a takeaway order whilst eat in customers and delivery orders which came after were being prioritized. Our order was only started when we went up to the till to enquire where our order was. The proprietor was extremely rude and defensive. On inspection of the receipt it showed we had been waiting for 50 minutes already and nothing had yet been made

I have only recently moved to London and myself and my partner went to Soor on the very first day I came here. Since then, we have frequented here a lot of times. The food is great, especially their hummus and Tahini is worth everything. Also, as you enter the place they serve a sauce, garlic mayo and a chips sort of thing, trust me it's extremely good. They have always been friendly to us and we love going there a lot, plus, it's decently priced.

Overall it was a very good experience , the atmosphere is nice, warm and cosy. The staff are very helpful, friendly and taking care of customers. The food quality is above high standards, everything we had was fresh, tasty and nowhere near to precooked or frozen . We celebrated our wedding at this restaurant and all our guests were happy, pleased and satisfied with the food, atmosphere and service. It's a restaurant I will surely recommend and visit again of course. A great thanks and a shout out to all the Soor staff that's keeping the quality standards high and price's were they should be . We loved the place, and we appreciate all the effort spent on our table ❤️ 👍 👏

This is a local restaurant where I buy often, either take away or eat in. I love the food, it's very tasty, cute look and good price for the food you get. The staff is very nice too. I was there in the evening on 18.07.2023 . I can honestly say that it's the nicest restaurant I've ever been to, the store staff very kind and welcoming. Fresh and tasty food. Afterwards we were served by the manager probably with baklava. I want to say a big thank you to such people who made our evening more beautiful.

Food was average. Small restaurant but it seemed as if waitress was kept very busy and we needed to ask a few times for items. The prices are good and they do lots of takeaways.

Today I went in and we found raw pieces of chicken in the shwarma , they also ignored all the sauce fillings I asked for. I think they had trainees making them. I will amend after trying one more time.

We ordered food from Soor for our team lunch today for 25 people. The food was delicious and went down so well with everyone. Wonderful variety of foods, flavoursome, hearty, filling and made with love. Communication with Hassan when discussing the menu, placing the order, and right up until delivery was brilliant. They obviously don't understand the term of well done cook when I called and wrote in instruction on uber eats to make my food well done cook. Got my food even undercooked disgusting 🫣

As you enter dim lights dance, chef’s fires blaze, meat sizzles and the aromas transport you to an exotic and vibrant place. The service is warm and welcoming, the food is delightful with generous portions, this is a place really worth visiting.

We used to come here with my partner in between Covid lockdowns and it was our safe heaven, we returned there tonight after a long time and we completely forgotten how amazing it is here!
