Great place for coffee, friendly staff and dog friendly

Great environment and the staff are funny to have a laugh with.

Stopped by to pick up a mocha and had the pleasure of being served by Alisha (hope I spelt it right!). She was polite, helpful and friendly and the mocha was delicious. When another customer approached her to say that another staff member seemed to have forgotten about their drinks she checked and then quickly set about resolving that. A credit to Soho.

The best place to get food and cold food and allways go in when for my coffee in the Morring and service is A* from all the staff they know how like my coffee and allways have a joke with the staff there is one girl there that goes out of her way to help everyone and if you ready this you know who you are Keep up the hard work #manager in the makeing 👍👌

Young girl with brunette hair behind the counter not very hospitable. Needs training, has an attitude. I walked out while she was serving me as she put me off so much. Business lost, reputation damaged.

Food was really nice however, some staff seemed very unprofessional. They were messing around and chatting when they were meant to be serving. Wiping things on each others faces/hair and laughing about it. Customers were being ignored when waiting at the till as staff were not paying attention. They got our order wrong - made me the wrong smoothie however I did not want to complain as I did not want a whole cup of smoothie to be wasted but they were not listening when taking our order which led to this mistake. Smoothie and milkshake came in a plastic cup despite the fact we were eating in and they had plenty of glasses behind the counter.... great for the environment!!

Soho always have lovely staff, I regularly pop in for lunch with a colleague. The guy who makes the jackets is so friendly and passionate about making it delicious for you, describing what extra steps he took etc. large portions as well.

Lovely place with good coffee. Don't understand how people in the reviews are complaining about paying a fiver for a toasty and half that for a tea - businesses have overheads! If you don't like it, stay at home and make it for yourself. These people need to remember that you are paying for the convenience, atmosphere, facilities, and the staff that are serving them, not just for the bread, sandwich fillings, and water. Rant over - keep up the hard work guys!

Very friendly staff who were so accommodating of me, my friends and our children.

Ended up coming in twice in one day. Was staying in the Premier Inn and I fancied avocado on toast for breakie so popped in, got that a bircher muesilli and a latte, the avo toast was a bit I dunno not quite right but the latte and the bircher were really nice! Then I popped in with my friend, and I had a strawberry shortcake shake l, which was really nice

person working there was being very rude to me told me to get out behauae i wasn’t eating food from there it would have been much nicer if the member of staff told me why i couldn’t be in there. very rude

A coffee shop where the staff can't make a cappuccino... Avoid.

Not good. £5.95 for a ham/cheese toasty, £2.50 for tea. Slow individual staff member, no service, milk for tea put in a glass. I won't be coming here again. If you charge "quality " prices, then deliver a quality service. Don't ignore customers, don't shout across the cage, just get the basics right. Rubbish.

The best coffee in Cheltenham and I have tried them all. A tea cake to die for and pleasant friendly staff. Always my first port of call when I visit the town. Thank you Soho Coffee

Coffee tasted good, but I definitely got given the wrong order (had walked too far away before realising!). Wouldn’t usually be a problem but I’m lactose intolerant…

Dog friendly, clean toilets, comfy seats, nice sandwiches and coffee too. Well done.

Didn't have food. The drinks were good and ok price. The servers were having a private conversation very loudly and it seemed they were arguing. It made the atmosphere very awkward. Quite unprofessional. They knew it was too loud as they kept looking at us yet they carried on.

1 star less because they “don’t take cash” if I hadn’t had my daughter with me who I was treating for the day I would of taken my business elsewhere. However, once I paid with card. My coffee was lovely, well presented and tasted nice. Daughter had a humongous chocolate milkshake, which they kindly put into a takeaway cup so we could actually leave the shop before nightfall…. My friend did ask for a mango & ginger slushy (I think) which they didn’t have any of. It was alright, but probably try another coffee shop next time we visit Cheltenham

Brilliant bacon bap; very good value. Staff are lovely.

It was in the right place at the right time and we were glad to sit down for a bit. Nothing special but perfectly adequate and convenient.

The baristas here are so sweet! I ordered a mocha and it was just what I needed. They also had jacket potatoes and some other food options available (we didn't get to try them but they looked good!)

Called in the other day for an egg mayo sandwich and it was lovely. Called in today for an egg mayo sandwich and it was not. The bread could have been fresher and the filling needed some pepper. Server was very pleasant but his uniform looked very unclean

Have takeout coffees fairly regularly and always a warm greeting (Stuart and Rachel most recently). Efficient service with great coffee and great vegan pastries!

Visiting Cheltenham and popped in for Coffee the 1st day and this morning for coffee and breakfast. We felt compelled to comment on the 1st class personal service on both occasions and in particular this morning from Stuart who was serving. Stuart went far and beyond providing the very best hospitality. Make sure you visit for a 5 star experience!! Well Done SOHO!! and Stuart 👍

Lovely and friendly staff, especially Drew, quick service, great food. We spent the morning here working and would definitely do it again.

I am not from Celtenham I just stopped by to get a coffee and some brunch and I was impressed with this place. They have a plenty of food choices and drinks selection. The staff was extremly friendly. I am always open to try new things and places like this motivate me to keep trying.

Really lovely staff, amazing food and good portions. So many options in drinks, was quite difficult for me to pick as most caffes sell either one I'd pick or another, will have to come back again for tasting all the options.

Really friendly staff. Kiya was lovely and her rocky road hot chocolate amazing and my partners latte was gorgeous. Stuart cooked our jacket potatoes and they were also amazing.

Great experience! Such friendly staff, especially Stuart. Made us feel very welcome and was considerate. Would definitely recommend this place. We just went for a quick coffee and sandwich and the big cheese sourdough toastie is handmade and just so amazing!

The food was lovely and freshly cooked. More importantly the customer service was first class. Thank you Stuart and the rest of the crew.

Great coffee in a great part of town!

Coffee is nothing special, but the food is ok for the price.

Tasteless coffee slopping in the saucer, every table dirty, over loud unpleasant music, called 'mate' repeatedly, cheap bacon in the roll. Wished I gone to one of the other neighbouring caffs.

I wouldn't say the food is anything particularly extraordinary from any other cafe in the area, but the presentation is lovely! One to visit when you can eat in for sure.

Came here for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The jacket potatoes are delicious! I was served by Stuart, and he was extremely pleasant and looked like he genuinely enjoyed his job. I’ll definitely be returning! ☕️

We had just arrived in Cheltenham and were glad to come in here for a coffee out of the rain. The service was very friendly. We enjoyed two good quality flat whites for £6.30. They do not accept cash, but they do have a toilet which was very welcome after the journey.

Went in, only 9 people sitting down. 5 already had food and drinks. Served quickly for a take away No sign of anyone making drinks. One guest got up to see where his drinks were to no response After 14 minutes I told them to cancel my order cause I had to leave, Waiting that long if busy isn’t an issue, but that long when it’s mainly empty, just poor service especially with 3 members of staff. One member of staff in particular seemed abit passive aggressive to his team mates No money back No coffee Company’s gone way down hill

We visited this branch on April 26th at 3.15pm. We sat down to wait for our two flat white coffees, after ten minutes nothing had arrived and no more customers had come in. I went back to the counter to find both the staff on their mobile phones and no sign of my coffee. I reminded them and after a few more minutes I did receive one coffee and nothing else. The waiter said we had not paid for our order because they couldn't find my receipt and he couldn't remember serving me. I showed them proof of purchase on my mobile and eventually got my second coffee but no apology. These two waiters seemed to have no interest in their job or any customer service. A really bad experience!!!!

This is a nice little cafe but the food and drink are pricey for what you get. However, good vegan options on menu

Good coffee but appalling breakfast. It was understaffed. The charming men operating the place had no idea that we might need cutlery or indeed warm, well cooked food.

Went for a coffee on Xmas eve. ordered 1 large latte and 1 large cappuccino. The lady who served me was very happy and pleasant. It was not busy atall. I noticed the guy making the coffees was making 1 small cappuccino so I asked politely to the lady did I not order 2 large which she replied yes. Then a dispute began between the 2 and I just said its fine dont worry. This guy was almost pigeon chesting towards me over a simple enquiry. He then walked out the shop while vaping on the way out. if I was the owner of this brand I would immediately dismiss this guy. hes clearly not suited to working with the public. I will not be returning here again as I would be afraid I would make the guy eat the coffee cup next time to teach the pigeon some respect.

We visited the shop this morning for breakfast. The coffees were made with love and care. The vegan porridge made with coconut milk, banana and blueberries was absolutely delicious as was the fresh chocolate twist. A massive Thankyou from us both to the gentleman who served us. We couldn’t catch his attention when we left as he was giving his full attention to customers at the time. If we visit Cheltenham again we’ll be paying another visit.

1st time i went there had a take away coffee, cup was overfilled and was coming out of the sides, went all down myself, how embarrassing. 2nd time of going there had a take away drink again and was given no lid, again was so full that the drink overflowed and went over me! -NOT GREAT.

Ordered 2 toasties, 2 cakes and a latte/can of pop. Service was good, staff polite. Sandwiches were not great, their special toastie sauce isn't good at all. The cakes were dense and a bit stale. The latte was okay but honestly we could have had a better lunch elsewhere for the same amount of money.

All the food is precooked and warmed up, then assembled. The Result= my Breakfast Butty had lukewarm sausage and bacon. The Bap was stale and hard. Coffee average. Partners pancakes with bacon were cold. Only good thing about this restaurant was the lovely red china my coffee was served in, and you could just order straight with a barista. None of that "download the app/ scan this " bollox. Good for chilling out and that's all. Avoid.

Stopped here for an inpromptue breakfast, I had the crispy bacon, eggs, pancakes with maple syrup and iced coffee and my wife had avocado on toast with tomato, mushrooms and eggs with a berry blast smoothie. All the food wast freshly made and delicious. At less than £20.00 we thought it was good value also the staff were very friendly so we will go back.

So overpriced, ordered a pork bap, there was no coleslaw (which they did make me aware of in fairness) but still cost £6 regardless... I thought a substitute may have been offered or money deducted, but this wasn’t the case. Very little filling at all.Ordered an iced chocolate and coffee drink, which wasn’t drinkable, it was awful. My fiancé ordered a flat white which was all so not very nice. Biggest waste of £15, not recommended and won’t return again!

Wasn’t busy and ran out of Hog Roast. Not even peak time. Very expensive. Not cosy or inviting. Floor and tables dirty. Had cold hot chocolate. Would not recommend.

Admito que ahora soy un cliente habitual, pero en los 20 años impares de tomar un café cada mañana en la ciudad, por fin he encontrado una cafetería que valora mi costumbre. He tenido un par de meses difíciles y me saludaron con sonrisas encantadoras y un excelente servicio por parte de todo el personal. Jaspers sonríe por la mañana y la disposición de ayudar, ilumina mi día. La comida es fresca y de muy buena calidad. El café sabe muy bien y siempre está caliente.

Latte and cake cheaper than the well known chains. Enticing items of food on menu. A bit lacking in atmosphere, hence did not feel able to offer 5 stars

He estado tan harta con Costa y Nero que decidí probar esta cafetería Soho. Me saludaron con una gran sonrisa y recibí el servicio de mesa. Admito que soy quisquilloso, pero nada fue demasiado para el personal, especialmente Bobbi. Mi café estaba caliente y también mi papilla sin gluten con leche de soja. Y un inodoro limpio adicional que Nero y Costa lamentablemente carecen.

I stopped off for a coffee and this was my first visit to a SOHO Coffee Co. The weather was hot when the sun was out and chilly when the wind blew so was unsure whether I fancied a hot or cold drink! Luckily it was not too busy as I was being a little indecisive but Carlie was being very patient with me. I decided on a Frapp but there was no coffee option, only fruit ones. Carlie was more than happy to help and made suggestions for me and then asked if I wanted a particular milk i.e. soya or almond etc. For a change I chose to have almond milk in my coffee frappe. I drank it outside and there were mainly tables of 2 and a few tables of 4. As this was not my normal go-to drink, it wasn't as enjoyable as I hoped it would be but I think that is down to my own personal preference and not the drink itself. You can bring your own cup to have your drink in and save 25p.

Terrible service from the manager today. He couldn't deliver a drink from the new menu they launched that day and left me waiting for ages. After getting a refund I was then verbally attacked by customer and asked to leave. Never felt so embarrassed in my life. Wouldn't recommend this one. Go up the high street the other 2 shops are much better!

Stopping for coffee here resulted in us being given terrible service, the table was dirty and when we expressed our dissatisfaction we were asked to leave the premises and threatened with security and banned by the owner. Obviously the owner had no customer service skills and was aggressive in his approach leaving us feeling very humiliated. Have never been treated like this before and would not recommend this place to anyone. Soho Coffee Head Office have been made aware of the incident.

I am normally a Costa girl but decided to stop off at my local Soho Coffee Co in Cheltenham. I ordered a small hot chocolate, which was good and just what was needed on a freezing cold day.

I wanted a quick lunch without waiting to be served so I popped in here. I ordered the turmeric coconut milk drink without the turmeric tho!! So just hot coconut milk. Delicious. I ate the chicken tacos which were spicy but very tasty. Washed my hands after as they are a little dribbly very nice facilities and clean. Will be back for sure. So many nice items on the menu to try. Staff were very friendly & polite.

Wonderful place to have breakfast lunch or tea coffee or whatever you fancy. I have been 4 or 5 times now and it's been wonderful, great food and an amazing cup of hot chocolate.
