You are the only food shop at BHX airport that has an whole display cupboard filled with various vegan options. I am grateful that it is separate and clearly marked. Having a choice and options is not common yet. I bought 3 sandwiches, two of which I will eat when I arrive in Berlin! I also got the carrot cake. Please continue and further expand your great service! Thank you!

A toasted sandwich costs £6.80, which is inedible. A lot of fat. My first cappuccino that just has A baksloot water. Both were thrown in the trash after two bites and two sips. Extremely bad

My experience started well. Great healthy food. I went for the meal deal and selected a bottle of water as my drink. I was then told by the Assistant that I could only have a fizzy drink as part of the deal. I don't drink fizzy drinks and felt let down by a healthy food seller that water was charged and not seen as part of the meal deal. Please change this!!

Just stopped for a quick drink from Soho at Birmingham Airport and the hot chocolate with coconut milk was delicious - loved it. Flavours were so rich and the vegan cream was delicious. We were served by Nitesh & Punika who were so friendly, helpful and professional and made the experience a breeze! Keep up the fantastic work, 10/10.

Very rude staff at Soho Birmingham airport, 2 people serving a long queue, 1 serving a customer and only one who seemed to be doing nothing special other than helping his customer. And plus we pay for paper cups which I can't believe. Very disappointed

Why haven't I found this place before? Great coffee and a delicious blueberry muffin served with a smile. If you like good coffee and appreciate excellent service, this is the place.

Outstanding service by young lad named prudvish. If it wasn't for this lad it would be zero stars! However was belittled and spoke to horribly by a manager. Calling him 'incompetent'. Not great to hear for the lad trying his best especially from a senior member of the team. Didn't manage to get the manager's name. The same manager also made us small drinks as opposed to large, and she had the audacity to call the young lad incompetent!!

I would like to share my best experience at Soho Coffee, Birmingham Airport. The guy there ( Patel) introduced me with this brand and gave lot of info. He also told me about the free 7th coffee by using rwrd app. Would love to come again and definitely recommend this brand to my family.

I recently visited Soho cafe and ordered a grande cappuccino. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the grande size was just their regular coffee served in a larger cup. It was not actually any more coffee. This was unfortunate and felt misleading. I likely will not return to Soho cafe again after this experience. I would have preferred if they were upfront that the grande is the same amount of coffee as the regular size, just in a bigger cup. In the future, I will look for coffee shops that offer genuinely larger coffee sizes when ordering a grande.

How is it you have to pay extra for water in the meal deal ridiculous

This place is amazing with Hospitable hosts, special mention to Vishnu! They offered the best coffee and showed the best attitude to the customers. I recommend to everyone! I just want to keep coming back to this place. Thank you!!!

Staff was very friendly, it was nice to have a nice and friendly chat. Place had a calm atmosphere that I love, was able to sit in peace while having my food/drink and working on computer. I got myself a chicken Thai green curry jacked potato and it was super delicious!

Hi i had flight today.. I went for coffee at Soho.... A very nice gentleman there C. Panchal welcomed me so nicely and he has made a very fine Latte for me..That man made my day with his world best coffee. I will definitely come again there for same coffee made by him.. Best work.

I got a mezze bowl and it was really bad. Difficult to eat, but edible. Everything had a faint fishy flavor, and I don’t think they have fish here. It tasted like something you’d be served on an airplane and disappointed by. Honestly would prefer RyanAir lasagna over this. But on the plus side, it had some vegetables. And the cashier was a really nice lady. Edit - Yeah I woke up puking today. I knew there was something wrong with that food. It must have been prepared in an unsanitary space / cross-contamination since you don’t get food poisoning from couscous and cooked vegetables.

Your staff are absolutely outstanding, so many difficult customers and the were ALL so polite to everyone and utterly charming...I had 3 drink here and had an absolutely lovely time when my flight was delayed...all utterly wonderful 😀

First time ever using a Soho restaurant and have to say, very enjoyable. I had a chicken & bacon salad baguette with my wife having their spiced Chicken Sandwich and both had crisps. Both meals were pretty good and with a drink (tea & coffee), the price of £19 was a bit steep however, being in an airport it is to be expected, I guess. Only gripe was the fact that had we taken a fizzy drink rather than a hot one, the cost would have been £15. Think the marketeer coming up with the 'promotion' needs to think of all the customers and not just the younger ones. We oldies prefer a warm accompaniement to our food!!!!

The only other coffee shop near Pret A Manger in Birmingham airport post security. The upside for me was that there were lot of vegetarian options with a decent spread of cookies and nibbles. Food is above decent, coffee is good and everything is decently prized. Service and hospitality was outstanding and we were served with a wonderful smile.

Don’t buy their so-called ‘Thai green chicken curry rice bowl’. You need a magnifying glass to find a piece of chicken! And they charged £8.20 for it! And it was tasteless! What a con! Should be reported to trading standard! Don’t eat here!

Birmingham Airport Location employees were very nice, and we enjoyed our food purchase, however, the rules at this airport seems to change daily. My husband and I traveled on December 6, 2022 and purchased food and wine for our flight. Today March 4, 2023 wanted to purchase food and Wine and were told we could NOT take the wine on the flight we had to open the bottle at the counter and they needed to throw away the top. It would be helpful if the rules were consistent.

None of the plug sockets worked and at a airport these are much required especially when flight delayed. Not Acceptable.

Nespresso quality garbage coffee and soggy sandwiches. Frequent flyer who visited as soon as it opened - all the plug sockets have been broken since the beginning - staff repeatedly lie about the issue. The place would not survive outside the airport.
