Rip-off Britain strikes again. Ordered a porridge pot expecting to have a nice breakfast. The actual amount of porridge inside that huge pot would have left even a kid hungry, barely half-full. It cost £5, mind you. Are things that bad in UK (SOHO?) that they resort to semi-scam of rationing porridge now? The service and facilities are good, but it hardly makes up for the outrageous food scam.

All-round great experience at Soho Coffee in Birmingham Airport! The staff were super friendly, making me smile and laugh during a stressful morning. The strawberries and cream porridge was delicious and light, with generous toppings. Highly recommend!

Typical airport prices but that's ok, the staff is very friendly, there are plenty of places to sit and eat/drink coffee and attention is also paid to cleanliness. For me it's always worth stopping for a meal and coffee.

The variety is a lot to choose from. Chirag is a wonderful attendor. The staff is very kind and friendly. The food and service is quick too.

Both members of staff Sandeep & Niteesh were both very helpful and delivered a very high standard of service.

The cold food is very nice and healthy, and there are different options. Unfortunately the service is not so great, especially near closing time, as they are in a rush to close. Also they charge extra for sitting in their area. The tables that were not enclosed by the shop were not clean either.

Friendly staff, but I just wanted a sausage and egg option, but they only had bacon and egg, and not even the big breakfast roll. It looked grim when he handed me the bap, and the bun was a big soggy mess sweating in it's own juice that looked like disappointment. Half a squashed egg, makes McDonalds look upmarket. But, it tasted great. Good food, poor presentation, poor food options and stocking issues. Great staff.

I had a disappointing experience with one of your employees, Manali, during my recent visit. While placing my order, she was inattentive and ended up billing me incorrectly. When I reviewed the bill, I noticed that two extra items had been added to my order. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and it has left me with a very negative impression. As a result, I don’t plan on visiting again.

Llegué para nuestro vuelo temprano así que decidí tomar un par de cafés. El servidor estaba un poco abrupto cuando llegamos al mostrador, pero tomamos el pedido y acuñamos más tarde salieron dos capuchinos. Los asientos estaban en una prima, así que una vez que tenga uno aferrarse a él si puede. No es el peor pero no el mejor, así que solo una calificación de 3 * esta vez.

Take on board deal was refused. Offer said 'any sandwich, wrap or baguette with water or fizzy drink plus crisps or popcorn ' for £7.25 We picked up a sandwich to be toasted, a coca cola and a pack of pom bears. We were told toasted sandwich not included. It did not say this anywhere. Also told mom bears not crisps, even though they were all merchandised together. Very disappointed. Ended up just with toasties for £6.80. Felt this was false marketing. Not impressed.

Only three quarters of the cup was filled with smoothies. Asked for wipe cream then the server just add a bit of apple juice and think he has full filled the order. Never ever buy again.

Matcha latte is delicious and reminds me of Japan. Dining area is a bit messy.

Soho is amazing coffee place with lots of exotic drinks, special shout to Eiman at Birmingham airport branch, she made my day, excellent service.

First time ordering at BHX. I really appreciate the hospitality that Tarun and Gowtham showed. Tarun helped me choose what to order and was very patient whilst doing so. Gowtham happily added ice to my mum’s green tea when she found it too hot.

No eye contact from the server, no hello... Not a good start! Ordered coffee not to hot please... Coffee as hot as the sun! Great to wait for my coffee to be warmed to the temperature of the sun while the staff are picking the almonds from the pastries and eating them Infront of customers!

I visited this coffee shop at Birmingham airport for coffee, sandwiches and snacks. All the food was fresh and delicious - particularly the coffee - and very well presented by really nice and efficient staff. I highly recommend it!

They were out of a specific potato bowl, but they made one special for me! Such kind service

The wraps, though tasty, are quite small and rather expensive for what you get. More concerning is the cleanliness of the tables; they often have accumulated rubbish, suggesting they aren't cleaned regularly. For a quick meal before a flight, it's not the worst option, but improvements in portion size and hygiene are definitely needed.

Never used before but our usual go to of Pret was bursting with customers. Nice coffee. Lovely muffins. Friendly and helpful staff.

Came here before our flight in the morning. Coffee was amazing food was great, their customer service was excellent. Bina and the rest of the team were great including the barista who made my coffee. You are the only food shop at BHX airport that has an whole display cupboard filled with various vegan options. I am grateful that it is separate and clearly marked. Having a choice and options is not common yet. I bought 3 sandwiches, two of which I will eat when I arrive in Berlin! I also got the carrot cake. Please continue and further expand your great service! Thank you!

A toasted sandwich costs £6.80, which is inedible. A lot of fat. My first cappuccino that just has A baksloot water. Both were thrown in the trash after two bites and two sips. Extremely bad
