SOHO Coffee Co. in City of London, Westminster

The two staff on Sunday were so miserable, no eye contact, no pleasantries, just rude. They clearly hate the public and it's damaging to the brand and such a lovely space on Strand.

Very friendly staff service excellent Cheltenham soho coffee house we will be back for more soon. Food very good lots of options hot and cold.

Good coffee in the usual variety of types and flavors. Different breakfast and lunch options. Friendly and courteous service. A good option to the local hotel offering. Limited seating inside and outside.

I come here quite often as the coffee is really good and they have great pastries, cakes and wraps. Service is nice as well. Get's busy at lunchtime, mainly because they are good!

Me and my partner went for a drink before the theatre. It took about five minutes for the person behind the counter to acknowledge that I wanted to order. They had no customer service skills at all. I also noticed the same person sitting behind the counter on a stool. It seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The coffee was average, I’ve had better. I would not visit here again.

Eager for a coffee after a long train journey, I was welcomed warmly and served promptly. Clean cafe and friendly, efficient staff. Busy atmosohere as it was 10am and workmen were enjoying fry up breakfasts alongside weekend visitors having a sweet breakfast treat. No wonder other coffee houses nearby were empty - this place is so warm and inviting. Coffee in a lovely china cup and saucer set me up for the day.

The first time, we were the only Customers. It took 15 minutes to be considered. The second time, we sat at one of the table. The waitress was speaking at the bar with her back to the room and never looking. Dirty cups were piling, Customers were seating, no matter for her. After looking at this lady's back for 10 minutes, we got up and left> Never again!!

Popped in for a coffee and a cake, decided on a Pain au raisin and a double espresso, due to covid , no ceramic cup or steel spoon, just takeaway cup and wooden stirrer. the Pain au raisin was fresh moist and very nicely presented. The coffee was good, nice kick to it, but not too powerful, very happy all told.

A pleasant change from the large national chains is the smaller range of Soho Coffee shops. This was managed by two very pleasant staff on our visit who seemd to be enjoying what they did. There is a good range of hot and cold food with some nice cakes. We thought the coffee was excellent and it was a relaxed place to soend 30 mins.

London is getting chewed up by Pret, Costa , Starbucks and then a plethora of others.... quite surprised to see the growth of Pret since y last visit. Called into this appealing little shop and a nice range. Coffee was good, food offerings good and great location. Seem well patronised. Staff were ok but customer service lacking ... maybe the transient clients don't warrant old fashioned customer service 101. Worth a coffee here.

Sited opposite the Royal Court of Justice, and near Fleet Street, is this smart looking cafe, where one can sup a coffee, and charge up your smart phone. Friendly staff are it a most agreeable stop, and the statue of Samuel Johnson awaits beside the nearby church.

Just when I was about to drop due to a coffee lapse came across this little gem, not only was my latte and my wifes hot chocolate spot on it was a nice relaxing place to enjoy them. Friendly staff and very clean surroundings and despite us not eating here there was a great selection of sweet and savoury treats!

Nice place to enjoy a quick coffee and enjoy a moment of chill whilst running around London. Nice atmosphere inside with a long bench to sit

Just visited Soho Coffee Co in The Strand. Unfortunately, they served me with a lukewarm latte. I shan’t be going there again

Dopo aver fatto un po' il solito giro, vedendo le solite cose, e pranzando in uno dei soliti posti abbiamo optato per una merenda diversa scegliendo stavolta un posto dove non eravamo mai stati...la scelta è ricaduta su SOHO Coffee Co. una catena non molto diffusa a Londra, con pochi shops in centro. Abbiamo provato quello di The Strand, optando per dei Pancakes, non male nel complesso, ma nemmeno eccellente...la sufficienza la merita e a mio avviso resta migliore di molte altre catene più diffuse...

I met a colleague for coffee and early morning meeting. Online it looks like it should have been good fresh food and coffee. Very disappointed that whilst we were eating in the cafe that we were still given throw away cups, rather than proper cups....

This coffee shop caught my eye as I was out walking. I am pleased I decided to stop for a coffee as the toasted fruit cake is gorgeous. I would certainly stop again, the staff are friendly and very efficient. Don't expect the best china!

And good coffee, power points to re-charge, outside tables, inside window stalls and tables. Pain aux raisins squishy and tasty. £4.95 including small Americans. Not bad for central London. Right on Aldwych.

Had a lovely coffee and breakfast with my family at Soho Coffee on Bedford Street, the staff were really friendly. Great porridge and croissants and reasonable prices. Great choice of food. A lot better than some of the biggest coffee chains.

10.45 on a Sunday morning and they had run out of sausages, bacon, cream and toilet roll! I also ordered a peppermint tea and got peppermint and licorice. Very disappointing for what could of been a nice Sunday morning breakfast.

Grabbed a cup early in the morning on a Saturday, good coffee, nice cakes and pastries as well, staff was friendly, will stop in again

They gave me half a cup of cappuccino and didn't cater for gluten free. Even Starbucks is better than this place.
