Walk in there tonight stood at the bar with nobody there to serve , 3 others walked in still no service so walked out this being on a Tuesday night at 6 o’clock think they would want the custom

NOT a gay bar. Feels like they are just cashing in on the pink pound. The only gays in the village! Full of very drunk screaming women 😡

Great cocktails, mock Pina Colada was the best I've had. Mock daiquiri - nice strawberry garnish made into a rose. Inside is "extravagant darling" with flashing grand piano on top of the flashing bar, fake animal heads on the wall and about 20 odd mirrored disco balls. Seating a bit sparse when busy, Music starts ramping up about 9pm, Outside seating area with loads of lights, great in summer. Wide age range from young to old in the day, younger at night.

Good place for European partying. Nothing to do with Latin, but that's what you come for, to learn about cultures

So I went here specifically for a cocktail called the 'Greenway Ferry' which was birthed at SOHO. It was the afternoon of my 30th birthday, so I deserved a treat for making it 3 decades in life. I asked if they still served the Greenway ferry, and the barman said yes. He then served me a 'Long Island Iced Tea'. So I pointed out that the Greenway ferry had a bluish colour to it last time I checked. The barman said that it was a long island iced tea. So I said I ordered a Greenway ferry. He said that he thought I'd said 'does the company still own the Greenway ferry compnay' and blamed it on the music being too loud. There was only 2 other customers in there. There was no need for the music to be that loud. I settled for a 'Pino Colada' (which was served in a cup made to look like a coconut shell, and a triangle of pineapple that looked as though it had been there for days). So I left after that drink. Three disspointments out of three possible things that people go to cocktail lounges for. The drinks menu, the atmosphere, and the service. Poor, poor and poor.

Always my go to bar when I visit Torquay, great music, the decor is stunning, the door and bar staff are lovely and the cocktails are always 10/10. Attended on Friday and Sunday evening, and as usual everything was wonderful, the outdoor area is great as it has beautiful sheltered comfy seating, highly recommend.

Went in late afternoon. Nice place, staff were good. Not really my thing but I'm told it's better at night.

Update 2023 £5 to get in (Sat night)! Good trendy venue, dance floor, chill area, very nice outside decking area. A good place to be seen.

Didn't have food, banging music, great atmoshere

The staff are really friendly, and the door staff make it a safe venue to be in. They have a zero tolerance to drugs. Great place to make friends. Soho is gay friendly, the venue is clean and tidy.

Soho Cocktail bar is a great place if you want an entertaining evening. It can get very busy at weekends. There is surprisingly a real mix of ages from 18 to over 70 at times. Dancefloor DJ as well as a great choice of Drinks too. Plenty of cocktails are available to choose from. There is an excellent garden outside with bars seating and heaters too. Staff are very friendly. Well worth a visit.

More of a club than a bar. Cocktails were average. If you want a good cocktail bar rather than a club atmosphere, go to eltons piano bar. Better drinks. Better atmosphere. Clean. And great staff.

When I visit Torquay I always go into this bar. Its brilliant great place to let your self go. Cocktails are good. All staff are brilliant. The Bahamas B&B in Torquay always recommend the Soho bar. Both make a fantastic week/end in Torquay. I'm looking forward to returning in the summer ☀️

Female bar manager has a massive complex when you challenge her and decision on who is next to be served! warning you will get kicked out if you disagree with her decisionz a!’ this is because she would like a bar that doesn’t have any customers Especially gay ones!! Wetherspoons has a more gay friendly attitude, then this bar manager

Great place to be in the evenings in Torquay. After 9 pm the dj steps in and the atmosphere change to a dancing night out. Friendly atmosphere and a lovely garden with heaters on to to have a drink relax after a dance. Lovely place to be visited if you are in torquay.

Wow what an amazing cocktail bar.. we absolutely loved it here. The staff were really lovely, quick service and great to watch them making the cocktails. The prices were really good. The atmosphere was great, good music, the decor inside and outside was fantastic, something to see everywhere. This has to be one of my favourite places to have a drink.

We were walking by and decided to pop in. The decor was so fun and bright. We had a few cocktails and each was really nice and reasonably priced for the quality. Music was a mix of everything to have a dance to which we loved.

First visit, music was OK wasn't my kind of music as it needed to be updated if your into your music and having a dance, gets very busy and packed not nice ,long to wait for your drinks.

Got in trouble with the management on Saturday night, set the dance floor on fire with some great moves.

Was a great atmosphere and was a good place to dance but a young girl who calls herself the manager now has a really bad attitude. She came to our table asked for a random drug search on my girlfriend (found nothing obviously) and then started swearing at her because she wasn't happy about the approach which not many people would be. I was pretty shocked to be honest, its put me and others right off the place, shame!!

Very Expensive, there was £5 or £10 each on the door for entry (cant remember exactly cause was with my partner so was either £5 each so £10 or it was £10 each) we went during the Easter Bank Holiday weekend so don't know if that was a factor in entry fee and price, was an unusual bar the decoration was eye catching and a unique style I enjoyed, only issues we had was the price of the drinks far far too expensive and the time it took to be served at the bar it was just a free for all and it was always packed, if your ever in torquay and face a change and a uniquely decoration cocktail bar I'd go and experience it even just for one

Awful place told where to smoke even when outside as u can't smoke under their umbrella's how ridiculous this place should be shut dont as their umbrella's are not fire restant and this is a complete fire hazard and health and safety should look into this venue which is for the safety of their customers and the security are just terrible drinks are way over priced go to apple and parrot parklane or even yates cheaper drinks better night out and u can smoke outside without risking your life.

My friend, who is black, was refused entry because he was wearing "sporty" trousers. He watched the next people go in and saw they were wearing something very similar. When he questioned this, he was told "They are locals". I think we all know what that means.
