So Sweet in Torridge

My family and I came in on bank holiday Monday and the shop itself had some amazing products and some things like pick n mix were reasonably priced, the 3 younger staff were very nice and helpful but this one older lady stank of stale fags and was so rude to the staff shouting and throwing things on the ground. She really put a down mood on the shop, the lady with blue hair was talking to her about the tasks around the shop and the older lady just stormed off. I don’t know what was going on but clearly the old lady needed her fags to get through the day you could smell it on her. However, the other 2 younger staff members were so helpful I had to ask both of the younger staff members for help and they were so amazing and even showed the website as well, I was served by the blue haired girl and she had a great smile on her (even with the old lady putting everyone down). I really hope the staff here stay positive as they have an incredible shop, and I hope that older lady gets happy and learns you can’t earn respect by shouting and storming around

Amazing staff. I was looking for a large quantity of a specific sweet. Which were needed quickly. The lovely lady in the WestwardHo! store, put me in touch Lisa, she went above and beyond to help. Kept in touch by email and phone and quickly located what I required. Thank you to everyone at Sosweet 🙂

I visited So Sweet after seeing their Tik Tok page, and hearing great recommendations from friends. The shop had a huge selection of sweets. They were excellent, cheap and great range 10/10

Excellent traditional style sweet shop. Huge range of pick and mix, classic sweets from the old days and USA drinks and candy.

This is a sweet shop with every sweet you can find. Prices are reasonable with a great selection for children to adults
