Went on for lunch . Not too busy which was great. Food was delicious , drinks were good. Service was excellent. Definitely a great chill spot

Well had a pretty terrible experience for Thursday night football, they couldn’t even put the game on. So if you’re trying to watch the game there, definitely don’t do it on thursdays nights, somehow they’re incapable of doing so. But the food was okay, and service was okay as well, not exceptional.

Growing up I lived on the west coast so Hawaiian Pizza is a thing for me. It's delicious 😋. My kids of course do the pepperoni or sausage lol. I also do the sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms again very good. Their giant pretzel is soft amd yummy. My sons and family love the atmosphere there, sports games playing on screens, outdoor seating in the summer, definitely a family friendly spot. Danny's is totally a whole vibe. 😁😋

Food and drinks were fire! First time coming here and they did not disappoint! Cashier Nayelly and our server Sophie were great! Thank you for a good experience. Will definitely be back, and I will make sure to tell family & friends to check this place out! Good customer service!

Neighborhood pizza joint. Tuesday is Bingo night, and that's fun.

So I've ordered twice from this place. The first time, the pizzas looked terrible and they tasted mediocre. The most recent time which was two days ago I order a deep dish and fries, the fries were soggy and tasted like they were microwaved, and they screwed up my deep dish and also missed two ingredients which I requested. They made the whole pizza one type and forgot ingredients. My suggestion is go down the street to Obbies or Villa Rosa.

Had their pizza for the first time today. Had an Italian beef thin crust with a spinach thin crust and let me tell you this place is the best and they are amazing. I highly recommend everyone to check them out

I came to this place to see what it was about....the hype... The great things they say about it.... So I went their for my first experience... I talked to a hostess her name was... Nayeli... She did an over amazing job to tell me this place was amazing... She told me the price of the pizza and I was astonished...so expensive... I asked... If it was worth it... She said yes.... A 12-inch Pizza which is their medium is like 20 bucks....I said why not... I want to see what the hypes about... I got a large fry as well.... Came out to 30 bucks... She told me a 35-minute wait sound like I'm going to check out your bar.... So I use the restroom... It was clean.... So then I went to sit at the bar... Give granted I wait about 4 minutes.... But no biggie.... Bartender name Jason... Came up to me and gave me really good service.... I ordered a beer.... By the way the only serve pints from draft..... I ordered a revolution beer which is a microbrewery.... It cost me $7 25.... Which is... Pricey... But Jason give me a menu explained everything to me about their menu was very nice.... And my food was ready before the 35-minute wait... I give the pizza 8.0 Fry's not so much.... Soggy and greasy... Not crispy.... And that's just my point of view

This is the best pizzeria I have been to in Chicago. Not only is it consistent, it is consistently good. I absolutely love the food here, the people who dine here are friendly locals and the people working are so kind it makes me want to dine in just to experience the atmosphere. Every time I go I try to order something new and I’ve yet to find something in my 7 visits that I didn’t like. The monthly specials are a great addition that I always look forward to. Very good food, amazing atmosphere and staff make this my number one choice to dine in for pizza

Oh man! I don't even know where to begin. Food is what I was what ive been looking for in Chicago pizza! Laid back atmosphere and the service was tip top. Can't say enough good things about the waiter and the service. Def will be back when I'm in Chicago 💯

Pizza was absolutely delicious but the waitstaff at least my waiter was not too attentive. Got my initial drink order and appetizer. That went well but after I got that we waited about 20+ mins for pizza which is ok, but did not come back to ask for refills etc After pizza again no refills or if we needed anything and then proceeded to take to long to take payment and get boxes to go. Wait staff need better training imo.

Called ahead and asked them if they were pet friendly and they said yes, once I got there I got a table, another party had a dog as well and the owner told me that service dogs only. Yeah right that was straight up discrimination even after I told her that I called ahead and none of the “service dogs only” was ever mentioned. Garbage service. AVOID.

This place was so phenomenal! I got my outdoor dining fix. It's disturbing the number of times I think about their macaroni and cheese ball appetizer. By far the best appetizer, and it says it's a homemade recipe, I believe them! I've never had that macaroni and cheese flavor, so good. Deep fried, it just makes sense, and it's probably one of the best things on the menu. Everything is great about this. You can feed your whole family and get a great dining experience, and it feels like it'll cost you an arm and a leg, but their prices are so reasonable you can bring your whole family and have dessert!

I love the outdoor patio the food was good and the atmosphere is nice. The Ac inside was way way too cold just walking through. Very greatful that I could sit outside.

Overall it's a good time. Abit too quiet going there for laughs and drinks. Sit, eat amazing food pay your tab and get out. Go anywhere else that has loud music that you pay to listen to and a host of t.v.s that allow you to view games of your liking. Other than that I really like this place and it's menu.

First time visiting Danny's Pizza Place. Had not known about it if it wasn't because of Groupon Yes, the deal was good But the food was delicious Jason started kind of quiet and serious but he warmed up and he was very pleasant and provided good information about the restaurant WE WILL BE BACK !!!

We ordered 2 deep dish pizzas one sausage and one cheese. The sausage pizza had sausage that was not good and had some red liquid coming out of it. It was spoiled and very disgusting. Never again will I buy pizza from this restaurant.

What can I say, always a go to spot when I want to order pizza but definitely not the case when sitting in. Sat down with my father (at the bar to add) to order some food and not only did my pops' burger come out and we watched it sit there for I'd say 10 mins but even finishing our drinks sitting at the bar and having to ask for another drink while the bartender walked around clueless. Not sure where The server and bartenders learned their restaurant etiquette but the owners need to step up. I'll continue to order my fav pizza through you guys but will never dine in again.

Doing an update a year later.... Burgers are good. Sad I had to pay for side fries and got about 25 fries as a side dish. For 100.00 order I should have at least got couple more fries. And I bit into my burger and ajalapeño was in it. Talk about ruin my meal. Very disappointed now with this place. I expected the same as my past few orders. Keri is the best server. Always on top of her customers. Asks all the time if we're doing good. I have no complaints. About food and service. A suggestion tho is bring in normal cheese curds. The spicy ones are to much for me and the grand kids.

My wife and I picked Danny’s because we wanted to eat local and we were impressed. Young Tony did a great job. He recommended several items and we opted for the sausage pizza and it was delicious.

Ordered 2 large pizzas ...1 sausage the other pepperoni...Sausage came out raw and cold... I wont be eating there again.Place is nice to sit ,eat and have a beer... Service can be a bit better...Waiters have to be more Attentive to the customers because we are spending money eating there food. I didnt feel that here...that is not a great feeling.

Paid $80 to get grossed out by a bloody Mary with pepperoni & bacon sticking out of it followed by "dinner" that reminded me of my grade school cafeteria. I used to love their food. Pizza & burgers. Never again now. The server took our cutlery away B4 we got food, we were in the dusty back corner it was so busy. I could go on & on but I'm sure u get the picture. Their standards dropped horribly.

We went there on a Saturday early evening around 530 and it was pretty packed already. Thankfully we had reservations so we were seated right away. The place was your run of the mill hole in the wall pizza place/ local bar. The apps were a little lacking, the Italian Egg rolls and southwest egg rolls were mediocre, nothing to write home about. The wings were decent. I ordered loaded tots and the waitress asked me if I wanted the tots with apps or with the pizza which I responded with as an app. 15 mins go by, 25 mins go by, still no tots. Our pizzas finally come out and I follow up with the waitress in which she tells me she didn't hear me and didn't put it in, which was annoying. We ordered two pizzas extra thin, extra well done. Only one of them came out extra thin and well done. The pizza was good. All in all service was lacking and food was ok. I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Went there for a burger, got the Mushroom Burger and Parmesan Fries 🍔 and it was....DELISH 😋 They are known for their pizza, I must go back to try it as everyone's pizza looked and smelled good. My 3 star for "service" was due to our waiter, Dale. I don't know if he was new or just wasn't feeling it, but it reduced his tip.

Went to this place stricly based on its reviews and, let me tell you they did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, delicious and the service is on point ! I will 100% be back with friends and family for a true Chicago Pizza experience. No flash, just GREAT PIZZA 😛

I've eaten here twice and had positive experiences on both occasions. The food is good. The atmosphere is casual. The waitresses that served us were attentive and genuinely concerned about attending to our needs. They were customer-focused. I would visit Danny's again. I would also recommend Danny's to family and friends. If you are looking for a casual place to meet up with a friend and catch up over good food, Danny's is a solid choice.

Want to give you guys the benefit of the doubt, but I'm not sure what happened last weekend. I ordered 2 ranch sauces with my wings and only got one... that's ok. Also ordered two 2 liter sprites(Sierra mist, starry) and instead got pepsis... but then my son pulls a hair from his mouth that was on his wings. We're gonna try again. Because we love this place. We'll see what happens before I have to change my review.

The food was just ok. Definitely over priced by about 30%, but it was acceptable. What wasn’t was that with 3 of us at the table we literally got our orders ~20 minutes apart. My friends entree came out with my appetizer, my entree came out 15 mins later, and my coworkers another 20 minutes after that. Getting anything from the waitress was pulling teeth. I had to flag her down each time and ask twice for the bill then wait another 20 mins for her to come get my card so we could leave. All of this while the tables were about 40% full, so not busy at all. I enjoyed the music they were playing though!

Ordered carry out. Food was ready at quoted time. SO GOOD! The BBQ Chicken Pizza has great flavor, and the crust is perfect. Crunchy on the ends and tender under the sauce. The ingredients worked well together without any one of them being overpowering. The boneless wings have good breading on them (we had them without sauce), and the ranch and creamy gorgonzola taste homemade (unsure if it is maad in-house or not). Overall, great place!! Will try again

Danny's is THE place for pizza in our area. We've been in, and ordered delivery several times and each time , I swear it gets better!!

I went for the first time for a birthday party and The Pizza is out of this world..Staff was very nice. Also dannys is affiliated with Villarosa pizza which ive had and was Very satisfied with..Thank you Dannys I will be coming back. I Highly Recommend Dannys for a Great night out.

Price increases make it unreasonable to eat here. 18.50 for just a burger. Had the Cuban sandwich last time and it wasn’t even made correctly. Skip. Eat at home.

Since I moved to Brookfield I have made this my favorite place and tried everything on the menu. Order the thin crust pizza, the wings and the Italian beef egg rolls... save room for homemade desserts or bring them home. Beer is cold, service is friendly, atmosphere is casual, and the food is CONSISTENTLY FANTAStic. Everyone I bring here LOVES it....

Danny’s has awesome pizza and wings. The pizza crust is good. The pizza sauce is the perfect sweet. Which is sweet but not too much. This has to be Garfield Ridge best spot hands down- fight me. If Nathan happens to be taking care of your table you are in for an even better experience.

Terrible compared to the original Danny’s, when Stefano ran the place. They used to be the most affordable and delicious pizza on the south side and their pizza puffs were the absolute best and the atmosphere was also great. Now it’s a way overpriced, corn meal infested dough fest that doesn’t taste at all the same. All the best to them though, they seem to be doing well

The appetizer, salad and sandwiches were delicious. And, our server was superbly tending both bar and tables as the afternoon crowd increased.

Just dropped from 5 stars to 1. Called with a complaint regarding my $85 delivery order and 'manager' Sharon was too bothered by my call that she couldn't hear my concern without huffing and puffing on the phone. I think Danny's just lost a long-time customer.

TLDR: Don't Order ahead or through a 3rd party. No respect for drivers. Poor time management. Coworkers suggested we try this place for work. It would be my first time trying (And now the last time ). We ordered through a 3rd party and placed for delivery at a later time (ie: ordered 7:30, delivery for 9:30). Place was busy and ignored our delivery driver, who was shy and quiet and couldn't speak English well. Driver got our order 30 minutes late because of this, seemingly because they started it fresh while they are there, with a 30 minute cooking time. Workplace is only a 10 minute place away, so why start it then when they had a time slot delivery is beyond me. The only somewhat saving grace was the food, as the pizza was good, but not good enough for the wait and unfortunate treatment of 3rd parties. The driver was nice and shy, as I had to meet them at their car and they were ashamed, if not worried, we were going to refund the order to get our money back. I wish I did, but we didn't want to cheap out the driver just doing their job. The poor driver had to use google translate and felt bad for even showing me their phone.

The angry bird chicken sandwich is so delicious. Mom had the grilled cheese and tomato soup and she that itbwas delicious. Love this place.

First time in Chicago, and we wanted the best…we got the best. My wife wanted a deep dish and it was amazing. The wings were phenomenal, and the local beer was refreshing. Will recommend this place to everyone coming into town via midway!

The food is alway good but they nickle and dime you with a bunch of additional charges(not just the credit card fee).Happy hour used to be a great deal, now not so much.I would go to Dannys at least once a week now maybe once every two months or so. Its to bad they got so greedy.

I really wanted to like this place largely because they do have great pizza and the location has a cool atmosphere. This was my first time dining in with a friend and we both started with fried pickles and mac and cheese bites. The pickles were actually good but extremely salty to the point where we just couldn't eat them. The mac & cheese bites were okay, nothing to brag about. We both had burgers and they were extremely disappointing. I should have gone with my instincts and ordered a simple burger but I was intrigued with the fig jam burger and my friend had the spicy chorizo. To start with, the hamburger patties had very little taste. I don't know if they werent seasoned enough or maybe the type of meat used but the burger taste just did not come through. Additionally the pretzel bread sounds good but did not hold up well and fell apart Into a soggy mess. Needless to say we did not finish neither the appetizers or the burgers which is saying something for two big hungry dudes. Ultimately, I do feel that the burgers themselves were just overwhelmed with the amount of toppings in these specific burgers. It's possible their simpler options are much better and I'd be willing to give it a try next time. Lesson for life; just keep it simple.
