Snowflake Luxury Gelato in Greenwich

I had a biscoff sundae. It was nice, although a little runny for my liking. I would have preferred it thicker. It's a little pricey too.

well the name of the shop reflects the customer service as the guy was a real snowflake and snowflakes are real melts… i asked him what was on offer as i saw what appeared to be milkshakes/smoothies on a poster… he was reluctant to explain what it was and just stated the flavours .. i was still unsure of what it actually was.. he then addressed me as “madam its gelato” as if im to already know… ive not explored snowflake or experienced this brand and doubt i will based on this employee poor skill set and knowledge and invisible customer service 02 branch 23:08/2022 afternoon

The place looks great with a good selection of gelatos and sundaes but unfortunately they just don’t deliver. Not only is the service incredibly slow but the sundaes don’t live up to their descriptions. We ordered a good old knickerbocker glory - a desert not often found on menus these days so when I saw it I just had to have one. The hefty £10 price tag also made me think it was going to be something special but how wrong was I! I was basically a sugar syrup topped with 3 small scoops of ice cream and a blob of cream on top. It was a let down and very underwhelming. When I gave my feedback to the assistant and told her there was no fruit in it (as per the description and traditionally expected) she said there is ONE raspberry included in the assembly. I think that is misrepresentation, totally unfair and extremely disappointing.

These guys are so unorganised I wouldn’t bother. We ordered three simple off the shelf items, it took 20 minutes for a coffee, then left them on the side , which were cold and then it took 10Mins for another to be made. The place is run by kids who were stud eating white chocolate buttons then handling the foods of clients. No respect, no hygiene awareness. Stay safe and avoid

Lovely hot choc and great service! Great selection of delicious ice cream and a yummy banoffee crepe! Would go again! Xx

I was being served by a girl called Erika at the till paying for my order when one of the other shop assistants called Phril asked her to stop serving me, to cancel my order in order to take the payment of another customer he was serving. Erika, just decided to follow his order and I was just left there at the till without explanation. When I go to Phril, to ask him what happened and why he asked to cancel my order when I was ready to pay, he ignored me and left me there at the till and went to do something else. Please note, the shop wasn't busy at the time I was ordering. I believe this is an unacceptable behaviour considering I was paying over £20 for ice cream. Definitely a must-go if you want to be poorly treated!
