Had to cook my own pitta bread!! Ridiculous

This is the WORSE place i have ever eaten from! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Ordered an extra large kebab and a small turned up aswell as being cold, chips were freezing cold and not cooked with no sauce which i ordered! I called the shop to be asked what i wantbthem to do, i was offered a free meal next time which i told them i wont be ordering ever again from them to which they replied "good" and was so rude to me with other men in the back ground to then him hanging up. If you want to get a quality tasty kebab get it from the kebab shop on plumstead high street next to the driving school place ive definitley learnt my lesson to listern to reviews!! Hope this shop gets shut down asap!!... disgusting place

Half the order was missing, and considering I only ordered four things it was slightly frustrating. Tried to call and let them know but no one answered the phone. Took nearly an hour and a half to come so when the food did arrive it was lukewarm at best.

Delivery arrived early which was great. The chicken and lamb shish were great, how ever the kofte was rancid I am pretty sure the meat was off. Both me and my partner are I'll today with upset tummies. Will not order again.

Food was delivered after 3 hours and 10 phone calls, some items vere missing, kebab box was filled mostly with the salad, pizza was cold and chewy. Not ordering again.

Missing a item on the meal I was very disappointed at it

We ordered 2 meals and a veg lasagne with 1 of the meals they forgot the drink not a major issue but they had no veg lasagne so ended up sending meat instead. I think it's just common sense not to send meat to replace it for something that's vegetarian. The restaurant didn't want to give a refund and kept insisting the next time we order from them they will send veg lasagne. I doubt very much i will be ordering from them again in the future. Had to let just eat deal with this issue. They also used stale buns for burgers. Absolutely horrible service.

Orded coleslaw got baked beans,, hate baked beans.. Ordered many times and only mistake iv had.

The BBQ chicken wings were amazing however I felt the delivery time wasn’t great..an hour and a half when the shop is 0.3 miles away!

Unfortunately food was cold and had to be binned, shame as normally flames is excellent.

Food was cold, looked like it was thrown in a box and was so late this was quite surprising as I had ordered from there before and it was quite nice really disappointed! I'm not sure I'll order from her again

It’s the first day they have given a bad service and a bad costumer service. I received a wrong delivery and when I called them to resolve the issue they told me.... what do you want me to do??? I don’t think this is a good costumer service when you made a mistake!!!! At least try to sort it out.

Freezing cold food and no sauce on chips as requested. Spoilt dinner time for sure !

hot wings were dreadful rock hard tasted old. ordered lamb donner an got chicken donner which also tasted reheated. was not pleasant. service is good its a shame the food isnt.

The food was late and cold. Don’t take orders if you can’t cope with demand. Two hours from ordering to getting the food. Just eat didn’t get a full refund. Only a credit on the account. Twice this has happened to me in different restaurants using just eat.

I ordered a kebab last night and I was sent the wrong kebab I could no eat and the shop was closing so I was fuming didn’t get to eat but I was promised a free meal on my next order which is much appreciated

Arrived cold, dry fries. wouldn't order here again.

My order was incorrect, asked for garlic sauce on chicken Shish kebab and ended up getting chilli sauce. Left a note for no onions or chilli’s on the kebab and had 4 chilli’s. Food also arrived lukewarm. Not impressed at all with this order.

We order from this restaurant quite a lot but unfortunately on this particular occasion the food was very nice; it was cold, meat tasted different from other times; asked for extra salad and all we got was lettuce, some tomatoes and some cucumbers. I hope that this doesn’t happen again as it would be a shame; their food used to be really nice.

I was happy that I had Chicken Drumstick with my meal but I not get it on time plus 1 of the Photo Cheese with skin was not probably cook enough from it and about the Chicken Popcorn I not get that instead I had Chicken Nugget from it

Absolutely rubbish service. I phoned restaurant to say I'm missing a kebab and was told they couldn't get hold of the driver and would just have to wait.

80 minute wait for food, which was advertised at time of order but the food was really cold. Sorry won,t be ordering from here again, back to UberEats

Tasted nice, lamb shish was a little small and gave us bread when we requested none but other than that it was good.

The kebab was so dry, I nearly chocked myself. Chip are so soft and dry as well. but delivery was quick and food was till hot.

We just had a horrible experience took over an hour for the food to arrive even though the restaurant is less than a mile away. Once the food got here the chips were soggy the donna meat was tasteless and had been fried in cheap oil. The pita bread was soggy and we were given far too much salad it did not even look like a Donna kebab. It was such a disappointment as it is a food I enjoy but this is the worst doner kebab I have had in my life. It ended up in the bin we will not be ordering anything from this takeaway again.

burgers were lovely and the kebab wrap. however, I had a lamb Shish kebab. the pitta didn’t seem to have been toasted and was just cold and the overall kebab I had I was really disappointed with.

Food arrived cold, and was not what I'd consider a large donner kebab (what I'd ordered). The portion had been packed out with salad (mainly lettuce and thickly sliced white onion), but there was not much meat.

Loved the pitta not being under the meat was enjoyed rather than binned

I have ordered and called up the restaurant straight away to inform them I have made a mistake with the address It auto put my home address and my work address is 5 minutes from home. After waiting an hour I called up and they said the driver tried to deliver no one answered. I was disappointed to find out they still try delivering at home. I argued with them about the earlier call I made for change of address they said they can't do nothing now I can come collect it. I told them I am at work. They said it's my lost with the money I will not get a refund as I have paid by card. Had I have not paid by card they would have took my request more seriously. I lost over £10. And was left starving at work.

Late accident, then waited again still late called up 3 times to here on the way ...I am 10 minutes from the shop but at work....I given up.. finished my shift now. I can go home and eat. At the end did save some money, lucky I didn't use card if I canceled they would keep my money like last time.

Normally food arrives on time, food is always good, really enjoyable, must have just caught them on a bad night, phoned them twice and always gave me an update, surprisingly food was still hot.
