Really disappointed. Ordered cheesecake, red velvet cake, and ice cream. The ice cream I wanted was out of stock, the cheesecake is completely frozen, I don't mean just very chilled I mean FROZEN block. It'll be literally hours before it's edible. The red velvet cake was very hard and dry. I might as well have set £20 on fire. For the price, I expect quality. This is extortionate for what I received. I wish I could get my money back because I'm completely disappointed and will never bother again. Complete rip off.

I ordered O-re-O cookie dough and got this. Enough said.

Few months ago I had a fantastic experience there.We just walked in with my son and I mentioned to Nusrat that it my son's birthday, She make us such an amazing surprise.Thak you for your kindness and extra effort. Definitely highly recommended.

Dont seem to care about customers allergies. I specifically told them to leave some things out & they didn’t.

First of all I have been calling this place this morning and early afternoon today . No one ever picks the phone up ! I went there with my family when you walk in no one greets you hello . We went up to place the order at the till the guy taking our order did not smile nor greet us with a hello . I straight away told my sister I don't like the vibe here and rather pay somewhere else with good service but she told me the kids are settled and are looking forward to having their desserts . When placing one of orders which was a oreo cookie dough that comes with an ice cream which I didn't realise I then ordered another ice cream for that but the guy at the till could at least tell me this dessert comes with a oreo ice cream Paid extra for that. I was asked will I be paying by card or cash I said card but realised I needed to pay half by cash and the rest on card. When I told the guy can I pay like this he said you should of told me that before and wasn't bothered at all . My sister then stepped in and paid the full amount by card. You can change the payment method way but this guy clearly wasn't bothered to do that . We sat down at our table i then noticed the guy at the till would greet other people's with a hello. The order was quick but we was disappointed. My son's oreo cookie dough was not hot all three of the white ice cream had a weird taste to it. We waited for a while to get a water's when it arrived we had to get up and get it off the counter ! How dare they ask for us to get the water I mean the place wasn't busy. What a wasted journey and waste of money. Will not be visiting this place again and will be telling friends and family about this horrible experience here. You need to step up with manners and a service with a smile won't cost you ! Maybe do some courses/ training on that.

Sumbal was amazing, super welcoming, and accommodating to me and my niblings every never ending request. The rest of the team were nice too. Superb service overall. The place does need a little TLC but thats for management.

Came in the staff didn’t bother to seat us, we sat down ourselves on a dirty table with plates. After about 5 minutes still no one had come for us then we asked the lady for a menu she told Us to get it our selves. She then came to get the plates off our table and we assumed she would at least think to clean the table after as it had ice cream on it and wasn’t clean she didn’t. We asked other staff twice to clean the table as we couldn’t even put the menu down as the table was not clean. We waited around 10 mins still no one cleaned our table so we left. This is disgusting and appalling service the owner should really do something about this as you are losing all your customers. To add to this the table infront of us were also complaining about their food. I’m assuming this place will shut down soon these staff need to learn about customer service. Never coming back again which is a shame because I live near too.

Rude staff. They clearly don’t like customers. No one pays attention when you’re coming to a counter. Tables with fake reservations because lazy staff don’t want to clean them. Toilet closed. Probably for the same reason…

Below average service!! I booked a week in advance for a large party. They reassured me that they would have enough staff to serve us and the kids would get complimentary slushies. On the night, only 2 men on shift, no slushies for the kids and most of us waited 90 mins for our order! I only had 20 mins to eat before they came over to say they were closing!! Don't waste your time & money here!!

Lovely treat for my child and I after school broke up for Easter. We were served by a very friendly and helpful lady. The ice cream was delicious.

I bought two different Boboa Teas and they were really disappointing !! No ice … cheap recipe used !! The overall flavour was not good and a waste of money !! Uber Eats we’re ages too !!

Fast service and great dessert. It’s the cleanest Creams branch I have been to. I ordered our favourite, hot waffle Oreo and crepe with strawberry and banana.

Was a nice treat for the kids. Took a while to get our drinks. No music or anything in the background so a very flat atmosphere. A nice treat but not much more

I loved the food while I was there but it didn't seem quite as good as the one in Bristol I'm used to and the atmosphere wasn't the same. It was a little smaller than the one I'm used to but overall it was nice.

The woman serving had a real attitude problem toward me and I honestly can't say why, I ordered, I was polite etc. Yet she spent her time looking at me like she wanted me dead. Perhaps if customer service was nicer then I'd want to return but not if staff are going to behave like that.

Just WOW. Working in the area and popped in to quell the sweet tooth voices. Staff are really friendly and welcoming and the food, oh the food. Words really can't do it justice, so will leave you with the photo and one more WOW

Very rude staff. A family was in front of us and had kids who wanted to try different flavors, it then got to our turn and we asked to literally try one flavor before ordering and the man was extremely rude about it. Talking about “people always come here and don’t order, just taste and leave” how is that my problem. This is my first time here. The other lady serving us also used her bare hands to grab the cones. I just had to opt for cups. They need better customer service. Horrible. STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Worst service I have ever seen. We were 5 of us , staff didn’t even start preparing my order even after 32 minutes passed. Shop wasn’t busy at all, we cancelled the order and left the shop. 5 people have been waiting for half hour but staff was out having cigarettes and break time all together. Very unprofessional people are working at this branch, it’s a shame for Creams to keep all unprofessionals at one branch. They need to be educated!!!!!

Lovely ice cream and cheap aswell, but weird that you have to ask a member of staff to open the toilet for you.

Went to Creams Woolwich for an ice cream with my son on Friday. We woke up Saturday with diarrhoea and vomiting. My poor son was so ill. The ice cream was a bit too melty and soft but it didn't cross my mind that is going to make us so ill. There is obviously something wrong with either storing the ice cream or food hygiene. Such a shame!

Had an absolutely lovely time at Creams Cafe in Woolwich! 😊 We visited during the night and although there was no one to greet us like they usually do during the day, everything we chose was fantastic, except for the cookie dough – guys, are you getting a bit stingy now? 😄🤣 The portion size seemed to have shrunk a bit. Nonetheless, we still had a great time! 🍦🍰

Me and my friend came into the venue and the place was so filthy. As well as the lack of service the food was poor. My friend ordered a vegan waffle and it looked anaemic. On top of that when went to separate the waffle it literally wasn’t cooked. When we tried to ask them to make a new cooked one and the woman refused and refused to give the money back as she claimed she ate majority of it. If you like to eat raw and uncooked waffles then this is your best spot.

We walked in and were met by an employee with a big friendly smile on her face and with the best customer service skills - she came over and spoke to my granddaughter and made her feel like what she wanted was most important. This was a good thing because she is usually quite shy, but she even commented on how nice she was. On the way out I asked for her name as she had made the experience quite enjoyable, and she said it was Nusrat - I think she is an asset to the company, and the food was lovely too! Waffles are raw. The lady claimed that it’s like that because it’s on a set timer and they can’t cook it any more because it’ll burn. It’s gummy and each bite made me gag.

Delicious waffles, fresh and soft. Divine to enjoy at home on a Friday night while watching TV with the family. I recommend: White Kinder Bueno and Biscoffi. For the shakes: Coconut and Banoffee. The delivery was fast and friendly. Thank you!!! Delicious doughnuts too😍

The service was horrible, the waffles were not fully cooked, they didn't have bottle of still water so they decided to passed me a bottle of sparkling water and when I asked them to refund me the bottle of water they said they couldn't do it so they gave me 3 bottles os mik for children.... disgusting I will never come back .... I wanted to scream seriously...

this place is shambles... Long wait time for ice creams. (Approx 30mins).. and you don't even get the correct order that is advertised on the menu.. No fresh fruit and EXPENSIVE AT THAT. Only 2 staff.. very lazy.. ice cream doesn't taste fresh . Message to the owner: consider retraining and QC... The cracks are starting to show.. how badly managed this place is.. they've even downsized.. i trust this place won't even be open for very long.. a sinking ship

Awfully managed restaurant! Perhaps the worst Creams I have ever been to. Unfortunately this is my local chain. Can never get hold of them via phone - incorrect phone number or a mobile number! What kind of restaurant doesn’t have an active phone line!?!?! It’s ridiculous. Food late, COLD, incorrect order because I can’t get in touch with them. Always have issues when ordering, WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN! Super expensive for average food and really, REALLY poor service!!!! Avoid avoid AVOID.

Complete waste of money and time! I ordered off Deliveroo a milk chocolate cookie dough dessert and this is the horrendous meal I was sent. It smelt and tasted awful I had to throw the whole thing away! I mean what is this? I will NEVER BE ORDERING AGAIN.

This place is horrible and the staff too! £9 for waffle which comes with 4 slices of strawberry??!!!! Ice cream size is much smaller then use to be!!! We will definitely not coming back

I usually love it here, but lately the cookie doughs seem smaller than normal, about 1/4 less. That is pretty significant. Despite this I still enjoy going here. I added an old picture it is a lot smaller now. Will update next time I get one to show the difference.

( On 30th December 2022) I went there with my family to have a nice time and it was the complete opposite. I went with my nephew to order and it was a complete disaster. 1) My nephew was ordering but there came a time when the waiter did not want to understand what he was asking for, so I tried to help him, but the waiter did not even look at me, it was as if I did not exist, it seemed that he only wanted to talk to men and did not with women… a shame! 2) We ordered 4 desserts, because the cookie dough was nothing like what appeared on my menu, my husband complained about it and the waiters said that it was like that... they brought the cookie dough ice cream much later after making it served Already. It took more than 25 minutes to serve the 4 desserts and later we complained again when we observed that one of them was missing. 3) and when we thought that everything could not be worse... when we got home, all 4 of us and my little girl (she only ate ice cream) got sick, so what makes me think that the food was rotten or poisoned. HORRIBLE TIME THERE!

The Experience, he was very good because it had a clean environment and the stuff was nice and the food was incredible.

Today the service was much better, well done. Next thing to getting right are the toilets Before. We are a regular customer, where the kids love to receive the reward of their good week work on Friday. However, today we didn't received the good treatment as before, the staff didn't want to take our order, then when the food actually comes we find a hair in the batter. Not even an apology was given... Discussing and low rate service.

Very relaxing place with lots of dessert options. I really like the waffle and gelato I chosen. Only reason why I give 4 stars is because the cutlery were a little sticky upon arrival which means it wasn't cleaned properly.

Apart from the walfle tasted really nice,the place was really dirty and the toilets even worse,about 7 staff standing around doing nothing, asking for cash only,then when paying for it they didn't have change lol,the amout of staff and how not busy they were they should be tidying up or mopping the floors, I won't be returning there again in a hurry

Amazing food and lovely different options on the menu. Toilets are quite dirty and cramped. Staff are often friendly and the tables are clean. Food doesn't take that long to arrive and the place is run down. Would recommend to here for some dessert though, quite filling.

Worst customer service I've seen in London. Food took way too long for just a waffle. The woman working the counter obviously could not care less about her job or the customers. The obnoxious music is also way too loud.

Employees were slow to serve during the quiet evening but who I assume was the manager noticed and got us extra toppings on our ice creams. Expensive.

The dessert and portion size for the sundae, cookie dough and waffles were excellent as usual. However, the establishment in woolwich is filthy, unkept and unhygienic. All of the workers stayed behind the counter unless they were waitressing/ waitering. Dirty plates, glasses, napkins and menus littered the tables and the floor was not cleaned for a while. The chairs are a bit ripped. I’ve been to the local creams for a while as I can rely on the dessert but the establishment and its standards are rock bottom. It’s disgusting and horrible to visit. The chain needs a bit of care.

Dined in and the food was up to scratch but the interior was extremely disappointing. More than three tables were full of dirty plates while all members of staff were free. The chairs are ripped. The menus were on the floor.

Creams is never the best as it is, but this one absolutely stinks to high heaven. It smells like damp mold. The tables are filthy. It's just all round gross.

Place is filthy,needs a deep clean and hoover.. dust everywhere,floor has never been cleaned before.. my family love this place but we only have take out while we wait as its too dirty to eat in now.. toilets are absolutely vile too!

Got served by Sid, honestly the best customer service. Made my experience there 10x better. Made my own waffle with crushed Oreo and mini marshmallows with maple syrup and it tasted so good, waffle was the perfect temperature. I just had a great time. Would definitely come back just for the customer service.

There is a staff member who gives the best customer service and always makes me my special (Bubalicious sundae) made with absolute care. The rest of them need to learn from her, as they ALWAYS get it wrong, though they could read the menu and add the promised ingredients. Please don't leave anytime soon. Such an asset to the company!! :)

Customer service none existing. Took 30 minutes to receive our orders which all came at different times. It wasn’t even busy, so no excuse there. We ordered 2 Sundays and a waffle as a sweet desert and nachos as savoury snack. I will be getting the money back from my bank! Absolutely shocking! To charge £10 for nachos for a large portion, is not a problem. But what we received was shocking!!!! And to then say it’s because of inflation is just embarrassing.

Waited and waited and waited. After ordering - they just could not bother to serve. Shame on you. Advise everybody to avoid.

Terrible experience. Entered with a party of 8. Made 8 orders and received two in 5 minutes, then noticed 2 of the 4 staff left the shop for a cigi break. 30 minutes later went up to counter and asked on remaining 6 orders , and “oh we seem to have begun, but staff went on break and we forgot to make them” enter the other staff and no apologies but only excuses, we’re very busy etc and online orders blah blah. No apology and no acceptance of responsibility or accountability. Asked on who the manager was but it seems they weren’t there then ( this was jubilee bank holiday Thursday evening) so manager-less managed zero customer relations staff and don’t trust on a soul. Overall make your own ice cream at home and save your self some time and money and quality to be fair.

Food was so yummy. Shop was So cleaned, staffs were professional and maintaining hygiene. Best place for spending family time while having delicious dessert.

This branch needs to be closed down. I don't think I can honestly say that I have ever had a good experience ordering from here or even eating in. It's actually an embarrassment to all of the decent Creams branches out there!

Ordered on Deliveroo, both milkshakes literally tasted like OFF milk/cream, you could smell it aswell. The ice cream that came with my cookie dough was also off. The cookie dough itself was cold???? Is that normal?? Waited 70 minutes for my food just for it to be gone off.

We ordered on Uber eats two oreo doughnuts and two milkshakes. One milkshake was supposed to be oreo, however they gave us Aero Mint. When we called to ask for the right item to be sent to us the lady hung up on me and then put the phone unavailable. Incredibly rude, she should be fired. Such an easy solution to correct the wrong item that we ALREADY PAID FOR.

What a dump floor dirty food on tables and floor not been cleaned in a long time . Nothing in stock ordered cookie doh paid and then arrive with something different as no stock of what I brought

Dirty tables, poor service and didn’t deal with errors or complaints well. Staff would rather watch football on their iPhones than serve customers. It is not surprising it’s empty.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and customer service was abysmal. Staff were too busy fulfilling deliveroo orders to care about anyone who walked inm No one to greet so just sat anywhere. Tables were dirty and plates not cleared. Food took 20 mins which would be okay but we were the only people in the restaurant. Definitely would NOT recommend

Almost all the tables are filthy - plates and leftovers just left. Ordered two waffles and told later that they don't have any plates. Waffles were okay.

I've ordered a Strawberry waffle and I've received an Oreo waffle. The order has been delivered after 1h 20 min 👎👎👎

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered cookie dough but they forgot to bake it. Its all squishy and not cooked at all. Like they threw in the mixture in a small tub and didn't bother putting it in the oven. Definitely won't be ordering from here again. Back to Urban ice it is. And when you try and call them to complain and get real cookie doughs delivered for the family they don't pick up.

Had lovely sundaes which were a bit to much for my boys as each had 1 but they thoroughly enjoyed them.
