Ordered £30 of food driver got lost gave him £5 tip and no chips! Food cold too ! Fuming! Said they’d send him back but order ruined! Not gonna meet a guy for a portion of chips I’ve complained about! After microwaving a pizza! Avoid

We ordered 2 square meat feasts and they were just your average pizza shop pizzas. Wasn’t bad but not great. The chicken bites though were amazing, tasted like little chicken balls. And the chips were good too. Review edited - Added a picture

Went in ordered large fries and wings, was told 15 mins for wings. Waited and got outside, bit into the 1st wing and it was frozen in the middle still. Took it back got a refund and offered to Cook them again. Sod that took the refund and ran. Shambolic tbf

this pizza is good because they have good prices and the services is very good and and it is very quality and they may know mistakes and not strongly suggest this because you would enjoy and there’s no doubts. Today I ordered a large chicken donner in naan with fries and a small chicken tandoori pizza the food was 10/10 the chicken donner in naan was really nice the flavours were good everything tasted fresh and the pizza was cooked nicely would definitely recommend and will be visiting again

that display very good because they Have variety of foods and desserts that Go from pizza to desserts to milkshakes and waffles and sundaes and cookie dough and I think that is very good because I could buy lots of sorts and the family would all enjoy it and the hygiene here is very good and I Strongly think that there is no doubts That you would not like it

I went to snappy pizza today and the food and the service of the shop was immaculate. The cashier whos name was Simon was so friendly and helpful with everything which was so nice of him. I had questions about if the pizzas were halal and about their deals which he answered very willingly. Overall the food was very good and the service was even better. I will definitely visiting again thanks to Simon!

Worst pizza ever tasted like a few days old and I’ve eaten lot of pizza there’s cutting corners n then there you thanks for a homeless persons meal scraps that’s what u gave me

I ordered the 10" pizza with mince topping, I have to say it was well baked and tasty Alhamdulillah. I would buy again, the dough did seem a little on the light side but not enough to deter me away from buying again. If the dough was a little thicker I would've been very happy, also the lack of chairs isn't great, would be nice to sit while waiting for the food. Still very tasty and Fresh 👍🏾 will order again

"Under New Management" and it seems they like to give customers extra ingredients they didn't ask for! I ordered a large pizza and find a long black hair baked into the dough. Nasty!! 🤢 That's an £11 pizza thrown straight in the bin and my birthday treat ruined. We ended up going to Asda and buying a hair free frozen pizza to replace it. I'll never order from here again!

Worst pizza ever Tandoori chicken pizza- so burnt the cheese snapped and chicken could have been anything! Hawaiian was meant to have extras but not added- and just as burnt. Most Went in bin- awful- never again!

Ordered twice, first time one of the extras on the pizza wasn’t included, second time they delivered a can instead of a bottle. Called to complain, they said they’d send it over and nothing. Won’t be ordering again!

Terrible service, order placed at 5.10pm, after multiple phone calls, finally delivered at 7.13pm. No offer of compensation. Food dry and chicken burnt. If you can’t deal with an order, let the customer know, not fair to keep them hanging with false promises. Absolutely disgusted, new management worse than the old ones

Summary: Best Pizzeria this side of Brum -- whether delivery or collection, the staff are friendly, orders are snappy, and the pizza is excellent! Review: My partner and I are local; we saw that the pizzeria was under new management and decided to order some food. The stuffed crust pizzas were superb and the staff threw in some free dips + sauces as part of the reopening event. We've since ordered for delivery and everything was of the exact same standard as if we'd collected: excellent. If I had one suggestion, it would be to put one or two chairs inside the pizzeria; my partner is chronically ill and found it difficult to stand whilst we waited to collect our pizzas; we were fine, but a chair would be a great addition! All power to you Snappy Pizza + all the best for the future :-)
