Snappy Crab Seafood in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

Not even open??? No sign to indicate that the owner is on holiday or it's just seasonal or anything. Gutted

This place has been shut every time I’ve gone to eat here this week, very disappointed

Not open despite supposedly being opening hours

We had a crab sandwich, which was very fresh and generously filled, and a large pot of fresh prawns with seafood sauce - also generously filled and fresh. The service was excellent - very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Terrible customer service. The crab had more life init than the staff. Was rude and unhelpful

Food is good, certainly fresh. However, the attitude of the staff was poor. Belittled by the female server for wanting pot of vinegar and asking about a product - expected better as a local.

Food was OK but a deliberately awkward woman serving. Spent £16 on 2 seafood boxes and when I asked for a third fork (my wife and son were not particularly hungry but decided to share) she moaned and threw it on the counter. Wish I hadn't given them my money.

Food was lovely however appetite was ruined by awful customer service. The older lady was very rude and very unhelpful.
