Smowkhaus in Warwick

Busy, small bustling place, not really the atmosphere for intimate evenings and discrete chat but the overall vibe was good and the music was decent. Burgers & were fantastic and service was friendly. The sharing platter enjoyed by our friends also looked very impressive. Prices were fairly expensive but we had a great night at Smowkhaus and would definitely return.

It was OK. The burger I had was covered in sauce and couldn't taste the burger. The fries had no sauce and were dry and a bit ho hum. Service was good though. I love a burger but there are better places. Not my choice and wouldnt rush back

Worst ribs I’ve ever had. They were promised as ‘the meatiest ribs you’ve ever seen’ but there were only 2 and they were mostly fat. The dirty fries weren’t very big and had pomegranate seeds on which nearly broke my teeth. A small can of beer was £5.50. £27 in total and I feel absolutely robbed.

This is one of our favourite places to eat, the meat is out of this world, had a great meal with my family, service was excellent as well, would highly recommend this place

Unfortunately I've had a very bad experience today, it's the 2nd time but I thought it would be worth giving them a 2nd chance. I review restaurants and hotels all over the world as part of my job and I've never had anything this bad before. The shocking experience that I've had with Smowhaus Leamington has made me sick to my stomach. One of the staff has been very rude and placed ear wax or something very vulgar round the mouth piece of my can of drink which was a can of Rio (Usually £1 to purchase) their price is £3.50 may I add! Because of the attitude from the staff I instantly recognized that this has been placed there on purpose which is very concerning! I gave them my feedback on Instagram to which I received a reply from the restaurant saying Do not enter our building again, you are banned! That service and reply is shocking! That is not the behavior you would expect from a restaurant providing a service to the public! They persisted to carry on harassing me through a private message. I've had to block the restaurant on social media. I certainly wouldn't go back to spend any money there and I hope that they don't treat anyone else this badly!

Absolutely brilliant food and service but I expected that as we have been before. Will definitely be coming back again!

Both had the brisket - was delicious! Felt the sauces we had were not worth £2 (shanghai red and blue cheese) and they were very strong so could only dip a very small amount or it would overpower the food easily. Nice service from Kev!

Tip top food. The lamb shank is superb. The harissa lamb fries with the fatalii wings are out of this world. The staff are friendly. Kev our server was exceptional.

First time here but won’t be the last. The brisket is great and much better than others I have tried in the area. Nice, clean restaurant and good service. Will be back.

Under-whelming menu. Beef burger was OK but lukewarm and served on paper which ends up in your mouth. Multiple hair/feather fibres found in lukewarm, tiny chicken wings. Halloumi, what halloumi? Dirty fries were OK. Service was OK until I was asked to leave a tip, so I didn’t. Won’t be returning…

The food was very tasty and lots of it. Service was friendly and helpful. Happy adults and kids alike. Good atmosphere.

We visited this little gem on Tuesday Evening for a friends bday meal , we all had different meals I had chicken wings , chilli fries and chopped salad we all couldn’t fault a single thing the chicken fell off the bone chips cooked to perfection and the salad was lovely and fresh the staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us …..I then returned on Tuesday lunch time to collect my car with my partner ,I couldn’t resist another visit , this time I ordered the half roast chicken with coleslaw cabbage and fries my partner chose the brisket WOW another great meal , this place is a must go to if you are looking for somewhere good to eat with friendly attentive staff….Thankyou guys we will be over again very soon 👀

Fantastic Service and friendly staff. Very clean. Food was delicious, cooked to perfection, good size portions too. Not one complaint about this amazing place. We were a table of 12 and all our food was brought out together and no one had to wait.

This is my second visit. I brought my mom who was visiting. She is a very picky eater. We ordered the smowkhaus platter and we both absolutely enjoyed. Food was amazing, service was amazing. I highly recommend this place if you’re a foodie.
