After a long dog walk not too far away, and with a lack of cafes around that area we came to Thame town. Had a nice walk around and tried to find an easy quick place for a sandwich/panini which wasn’t too expensive and wasn’t a chain. After stopping at another cafe near by I was reluctant to pay £8.50 for a panini when I didn’t even want to sit in and nipped further down into this place! Beef, blue cheese and rocket panini for £4.95 i think, was perfectly adequate for our needs. And there was plenty of other choices I would have happily gone for. Nice place, friendly chilled vibe, bit more basic. The menu, or bits of paper scattered around on the wall could possibly do with a design upgrade. Do I think it’s the highest quality, that would match the £8.50 alternative, probably not. But is it priced perfectly for what it is. Definitely. Sad to see this place hasn’t had more reviews. The young woman behind the counter possible could have done with some energy. Sometimes you might be having a bad day but hospitality doesn’t have any forgiveness for that. Deserves for people to keep it going. (This isn’t my first time here either, I visited a while ago, likely last year and grabbed a milkshake after a hard days work when working in the area and the milkshake then was very good too!)

We ordered food (sandwiches, wraps, quiches etc) for 50 people for a party at home. The Smoochy Moo Moos team were really helpful, the food was delivered on time and it tasted amazing, we had lots of compliments about the food from our friends. I would highly recommend.

Rarely do I write reviews on here and if I could have found a company email address I would have used that privately. My experience was so bad that I need to say something. This company has a great website but in reality the place is tiny and not somewhere you can go for lunch. That’s fine we chose to have an ice cream instead. This has got to be the worst ice cream I have ever had annywhere. Alarm bells started ringing when she couldn’t get it into a cone and I ended up with a tub. The ice cream had clearly melted and been refrozen at some point as it was full of ice crystals and was really grainy - there was little flavour. The other ice cream we had was slightly better but not much. It was all just dreadful.and the person serving must have known this. They really need to concentrate on the quality of their products as I can’t be the only customer feeling like this. Needless to say I will never return!

I have got myself into a weekly routine where on my days off and an afternoon off of if I'm in the area of thame I would always stop here at smoochy moo moos for a luxury well flavoured treat from a milkshake to their Ice cream really though I want to have everything when I go at once because it all looks yummy and made with love! The staff in there are just so polite welcoming friendly and patient when your trying to decide what to have ! I wouldn't go anywhere else for a sweet luxury treat.

The milkshakes are really tasty, a bit on the pricey side for us (£20 for the 5 of us), but nice as a treat. I opted for a vegan shake and it was really good.

The staff are extremely friendly. The food is really good (and good value). Facilities could do with a bit of TLC in places. That will definitely come here again! When is dog friendly.

I used to drive to Sonning Common when I wanted a Chinese because Henley's Chinese take aways were so poor. If you chose wisely, the Hot Wok was ok - never first rate, but good enough. But some menu items have always been poor, and the overall standard seems to have declined since the 'front of house' staff changed. About one week ago, I dropped in and ordered special fried rice, Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken (I avoid the pork here) and spring rolls. I got home to find I'd been given none of the above, but instead a cold, clammy bag of chips, two portions of sweet and sour chicken balls, and a portion of chow mein. It was by then after their closing time, so I had no means of getting the error rectified. The Chow Mein was the worst I've ever tasted - like something from the kitchen recycling bin, and the chicken balls were dense and dough-like. I ended up making toast and marmite, because the food supplied was completely inedible. And none of it was what I had ordered. I dropped in yesterday to complain, and the chap behind the counter recognised me, and knew why I was there. He offered no explanation, no apology, and no offer of a refund or a replacement meal. I double checked that he was not going to do anything about it, and walked out. I can only warm people that this place is capable of being both terrible and completely unapologetic. STAY AWAY!

Really good coffee but £4.90 for an oat flat white? Edit: thanks for your quick and straightforward response.

Beautiful setting but horrific owners!! Table of 12, happy group of family and friends. Age range from 19 to 53. Celebrating a birthday. If you do not want large parties, I would suggest you refuse at the point of booking rather than being despicablely rude, stuck up, derogatory and spectacularly unprofessional. The comment we over heard was...."I thought the wronguns stayed in Wallingford " How absolutely unprofessional. Considering the bill was over £500 for around 2 hours I dont really understand how, you can afford to be so disrespectful. All 12 of us will never set foot in there again. If the owners had any idea how marketing works they would know that a bad review can reach around 360 people. Perhaps hold your togue next time or slag your customers off behind closed doors to staff rather than to other customers.
