Honestly - I couldn’t think of a single good thing about this place. Service was so slow, it was cramped, and it’s too expensive for what it was (£10 for a little hotdog…). Took nearly half an hour to get food - was tempted to cancel and ask for a refund. Server seemed to mess up other orders, too - one guy had to return a burger due to cheese he asked to be removed (it wasn’t) and a lady was charged twice. Look for somewhere else - really isn’t worth it.

Not worth the money. Food is bang average. Season your mac and cheese and dont send it out lukewarm.

No lamb, no chicken bites, no wings, all had to be swapped out after ordering via the app. Staff were apologetic and kind, but the burger was dry as was the bun.

Had a pea burger (fancied something different) and it was really nice.

Not very fast service but the food is good and the staff is friendly. The lamb burger is delicious.

Good burgers. Unfortunately they do not clearly mark the gluten free ones, so it is difficult to tell which one is which, so ended up just having chips, and they got the order wrong as well, and not for yhe first time

I’ve tried to order from this shop on Uber eats like 3 time and only after a submit my order I get that they don’t have wings in stock, and never do since I tried to order last year too. At this point remove them from your menu and don’t waste people’s time Thank you

According to my 9-year-old daughter who is a connoisseur of burgers, one of the best burgers ever to date (she had the Haus Burger). Whereas Ihad the Smoky Bad Boy, nearly blew my head off needs to have a warning on how hot it is 🤯

Reviews speak for themselves. At the beginning the food was great here but over the months have gone downhill. I emailed to give my feedback and it turned into a interrogation more than anything.

I only ordered a milkshake (the machine was right behind the till) but about 5 families who ordered after me got served full meals before me. The cashier spent a lot of time chatting with friends too. I waited about 40 minutes for one milkshake. Poor service in my opinion. They clearly weren't that busy if they had time to talk and managed to serve everyone else first.

Firstly, i would look elsewhere. This place is very unwelcoming. I hated my experience here. Service was slow and when the food did finally arrive, it was lukewarm and just sad. I felt robbed. I was so disappointed with literally everything. It felt like a slightly posh wetherspoons. Will not be back or advise anyone else to.

Enjoyable meal had from here whilst at BoxPark. The burger was very tasty (though maybe a bit more cooked than to my taste - that is only a very slight criticism) and the beef was good quality. Delicious wings on the side. Fries standard sort, no complaints but having to pay 50p for mayo when you can buy a whole bottle for that price is not cool. Not the cheapest within there but I was happy with the price given that it was a very good meal 😋 I would definitely eat there again.

Good place and very friendly staff. Had their lunch deal. £8 for burger+fries+drink. Smoky bacon beef burgers are highly recommended.

£9 lunch deal still represents a fair value for money. Burger was super tasty, came with great fries and a canned drink. Sauces 50p extra which seems a bit tight but otherwise good.

Burger wasn't too big so that was hard to actually eat and wasn't dripping which I really liked. The brownie was nice and soft and not too sickening which ended the meal perfectly. 10 out of 10 for me!

A very nice Uber Eats delivery meal. Chicken, sweet potato fries and salad leaves. I enjoy the meal.

The chicken burger was very disappointing. Extremely tough and quiet thin. My husband had the beef burger (i had a bite) and that was done very well and tasted great too. The fries are great.

Review for the service is poor, the food is alright, won’t order dessert -brownie (won’t call it a brownie because it didn’t taste like one!) Also they lie about not having a particular item in store just because it cost more on delivery on purpose! You can’t have an item out of stock after 1-2 hours of opening!

Very satisfying meal! We'd rate it for a good 4.5, but as not possible we're giving a solid 4 (bcs 5 is reserved for extraordinary). We've ordered for delivery: smoky chicken burger, chili dog, jerk strips and fries. Everything came warm and was very tasty, we were super happy that finally in Croydon ordered food didn't disappoint us. ;) It's a bit pricy, but if you manage to match any of their promos, you can eat 2 decent burgers for 10£. Definitely worth trying! No photos, bcs we were hungry and it was delicious 😋

Burgers so tasty you can't eat them without moaning! Offers are great too. I recommend the smoky bacon beef burgers 100%. My new favourite burger place! You are the best thing to happen to Uber Eats and I will be sure to visit you at boxpark soon too!

Good place. Had their lunch deal. £8 for burger+fries+drink. Took about 15-20min to get the order. Tasty and fresh. Tried their Dynamite sauce. For sure spicy.

The service on Sunday 31st just after 2pm was horrible. The till girl was so rude, she didn't greet us and seemed bothered with our presence. There seemed to be a problem till but that was my assumption but I don't actually know because she stood there talking on the handsfree kit. My partner and I stood there for 3mins while she played with the till and she didn't say a word, at one point walked away from the till without saying anything and came back and just started. (Why does she have a job) The service was so bad and she shouldn't be working there. I will not be spending another penny smoky boys has lost me as a customer.

25 min wait for an average quality burger & fries. You'll be better off in a Burger King, which is 1 min away.

Really disappointed by this place. Looked really cool so myself and my partner decided to get some food. He ordered a beef burger and I ordered a chicken. When the food came we tried both burgers, the chicken was dry and just never very good but the beef... It tasted the way off mince smells! Put us completely off everything. We waited for manager who had disappeared for 20 mins and the staff member working at the till just gave us a £10 refund... Overall just put an dampener on our visit.

Seriously, a BBQ and Grill place that doesn't serve fresh fried chicken in their burgers - what are you even doing?? I waited 10mins for an order and was served a burger which contained meat barely resembling chicken - it was dry, over cooked and most probably chucked straight in the fryer from frozen. If you're looking for a good quality burger, this is not your place.

Amazing quality, fast and affordable

As a person who loves a good burger, and has eaten at plenty of burger joints across London - I left here very disappointed. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but hopefully a constructive review can help (or at least hope that this was a one off - based on the other positive reviews). The patty was overcooked, chewy and tasted off. The bun was dry. And the toppings were low quality too. I'd accept this in a chain pub, but I'd expect more from a burger joint .The sweet potato fries were tasty though.

Loved the food good as ever just wish sauces were standard like any other burger place. Its a shame they charge for sauce.

Terrible service. It took 35 mins to cook a burger and chips. Overpriced. Avoid.

Lunchtime deal...burger (£10 one) + chips and drink for £7.50. Customer service at front desk cheerful. Chef appeared abit snappy when I didnt even speak to him. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5

Tried this last weekend. Nothing that amazing. Burgers size is small for the price you pay. Taste is okay, not bad but nothing extraordinary. But the WORST is their nachos. We ordered nachos which turned out stale and old. We returned it and asked for another one, but they warmed the same one up and said that’s how it’s supposed to taste 👀👀. Ahh NO. And then they wouldn’t give a refund. We had to buy something else with that same money and nothing was that great. 😳

Very tasty food at affordable prices and the staff are very friendly

Husband and I popped in midweek during the October half term and were very impressed by the food and service. We got 2 starters and 2 burgers (1 chicken and 1 Beef) which were all delicious! As a chicken eater, there aren't very many chicken burger options but the one I had was fantastic. Glad to try a good Halaal burger place close to home! It was our first time at Boxpark in Croydon- parking is available if you're lucky on the streets around/opposite but also a new parking lot further down. Once you park and walk, entering is as usual but with covid security checkin before entering ( very easy) and social distancing at the communal tables in the middle. Big screens where live sport matches and other entertainment usually screened. Lots of restaurants/cuisines to choose from once inside; Halaal (smokyboys, coq fighter, tinseltown, thali), vegan, Thai, Indian, Asian, Korean, Italian and American too! Also a couple sweet/ dessert places (churros). Atmosphere at boxpark very cool and will be a nice place to get together with friends/ family in a group (post covid).
