Food was cold and had mould on the bun

Ordered a meal for two on Uber eats for a Korean Slaw Burger and there was NO SLAW, the cheese was completely not melted, they just slapped it on straight from the fridge and of course everything was cold, yet got to us in the normal allocated time

I ordered vegan tenders and it was actually real chicken!! I am so upset !

We ordered a delivery of potato waffles, chicken burger and wings. Packaged well, and food tasted good.

First takeaway in southend since moving and couldn't be happier with the choice!

Great chicken but was disappointed that I couldn’t order any of the burgers as there was no option to remove cheese from them on Uber Eats

Ordered online on Deliveroo but it was just as amazing!! The burgers are huge and I didn’t even end up finishing it which made me more than jealous to have to give in and share with my sister… My korean self is very satisfied with this restaurant ❤️

I ordered 2 vegan burgers on Deliveroo and was sent 1 actual chicken burger. If you’re vegan I wouldn’t trust this place to serve you actual vegan food.

Can't fault the meal, it was very nice. But for me it's no better than KFC and a lot more expensive.

I had the Hot Shot burger and waffle fries as part of the meal deal! Hot shot burger had a nice kick to it and was packed with crispy chicken! Waffle fries were warm and well seasoned!

I read the latest review and believed it despite all the other bad reviews. I ordered on deliveroo. It was painfully tasteless , I can't believe how can you cook something this terrible. The chicken was so dry. The lettuce was ancient. The chips were cold, wet and unsalted (which is fine since I am trying to lower my sodium intake :D). Overall, if you want something to motivate you quit junk food, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Ordered via deliveroo and order was on time. Everything included per order apart from a different flavour of drink. Food was pretty good, little expensive compared to others but would probably order again.

Not worth the price. Ordered on Deliveroo, and order arrived without a portion of regular fries. Chicken is a generous portion but had no crunch to it, felt like it could have been supermarket bought chicken strips. Waffle fries were cold and soggy, and coleslaw was bland.

Either there is a new management and chef or all those earlier bad reviews weren’t true. I almost cancelled my order through Deliveroo but I’m glad I didn’t. My food was good and delivered in one piece. Give them a go and don’t go by the bad reviews.

The most horrible experience! 9 quid for 4 pieces of chicken. They forgot to add my paid dip and the fries were soaked in oil. I guess I will also get food poisoning to get the full menu. A shame you call yourself a restaurant.

Order was finally cancelled after an hour of waiting. No communication from the restaurant and no means of contacting them. Four delivery drivers attempted to collect my order and kept disappearing. I managed to speak with the fifth delivery driver and he said the restaurant was closed. Do not order from the Croydon branch!!

Ordered today via Deliveroo at 19.45. Estimated delivery said it should arrive latest 20.35 but eventually it got delayed until 21.30 when they decided to cancel the order after 105 minutes. At least I got a refund for that.

Got food delivered and it was stone cold and soggy. They put the cold drink next to the hot food. There was nothing crunchy or enjoyable about the meal. Massive dissatisfaction
