The staff was friendly and we enjoyed our lunch. It's very rare to find such good service.

Quick service restaurant. Food is good. To get the best service is to order through the app. Staff are friendly and serve as soon as your turn comes. I have always gone for a takeaway but always been as expected. Will recommend.

Worst KFC ive ever visited. I've tried several times as my local KFC but it hasnt improved order always wrong even if you check with assist, food not the KFC standard ie twister chilli no saladjust chicken and sauce, chicken coating doesn't taste KFC.....etc etc....wont be using again....

Worst food ive ever had,this KFC food truly not eatable,the food was cold and wasn't cooked properly, if I could give them 0 star I would, I After I've eaten from this place I've got food poisoning and start vomiting, it almost killed me,please avoid this place because it's not worth it Highly disappointed

Closed seating area, an hour before actual closing time, got my order wrong. Price is ridiculously high. Only reason I gave it two stars is because it’s not just this franchise. Every KFC these days is rubbish. Go to Chicken World Kenley. I wish I had.

Terrible service today and very disappointed after giving a good review to this branch previously. I’m wondering whether this branch is now a franchise!? I ordered a bargain bucket with 6 pieces of chicken - got told that they only have mostly “legs”…the cheapest part of the chicken right? I got the bucket and I got 2 legs and 4 thighs…no white meat. What a con!!! 4 portions of chips now equal one box - not 4 bags of chips. I waited 14 minutes for the chips to be cooked and heard the Manager saying that I have to have legs!! A bargain bucket full of legs wasn’t my idea of a bargain but nevermind. Chicken wasn’t freshly cooked. This branch has now lost a good long standing customer. I will AVOID KFC from now on. Macdonalds is much better for value!

Took 20 minutes for a popcorn meal to arrive. When we queried he didn’t believe us and he didn’t give us a receipt when at initially paid

Really noticeably lovely staff here at Selsdon Kentucky. If you have to queue it’s worth the wait. All smile and are customer service focused. The chicken here is much better than Croydon central and Purley branches. Somehow it’s always fresh and tasty. I made the mistake of trying Purley branch again last week. The chicken tasted re fried and the service was below average with people being allowed to push in. I was given maybe 10 chips in the box which upset me but it wasn’t worth returning to Purley. I’m back at Selsdon branch today and I’m happy. Always great staff here!!! I will keep coming back. Great Branch!!

If you want good KFC, This one in particular will let you down. The quality of the food isn't great. Either over cooked or under. It's a shame thar KFC hasn't quite been the same for a long time and the one in Selsdon is a prime example. Not recommended.

Always kept up the service with speedy preparation. Pleasant staff and great food. Better KFC in the locality. Good job.

I don't have this type of take away very often , but , after spending a few hours travelling to and from Croydon hospital for an appointment I craved something naughty and tasty that I had not had in a LONG time,so I got off the bus 4 stops early and treated myself to a KFC bucket which will give me at least 3 meals. . The chicken was delicious,especially the crispy bits which are "finger licking good!" the fries I could do without to be honest. They were not busy and I waited only about 5 mins from time of placing my order to leaving with it. Even cold,this is yummy chicken. . .

For some reason, they never have any beans available in the Selsdon branch. Other than that, all good and usually not very busy compared to Purley.

They've missed a sweet corn off of our order. The total time to prepare our order took 20 minutes. Trying to explain to the little ones about the delay and why the sweet corn is missing... Bad experience for a Sunday meal... 😞😞😞

Great service was close to closing time but staff were really helpful and still a great cooked meal was brought. Everything tasted fresh and nice and warm. Good value for money

This was my first time at this branch and I had very slow service for an afternoon. It took about 10-15 mins before my order was taken but staff were as quick as possible. Happy with my order.

Should honestly be closed down and have been closed down for a while. Right from the beginning, the management have clearly been treating the staff poorly (You only have to see how miserable the staff are to understand). Went in yesterday and they don't have the following:- Regular Pepsi An ordering machine Vegan burgers Mobile ordering OK... So three of the above were signposted in the shop and one was signposted.on the app... But still. More often than not, the food is barely heated. They do, however, have those awful red-and-green strobe lights under the card payment machines. You know, the sort that make people feel like they're about to have a seizure, or at least become disoriented. Moo moo ching ching, I say... Because this branch is nothing more than a cash cow! Pity they don't offer beef 😜🤣

Got a bargain bucket for one on Saturday evening and in the early hours of Sunday morning got sickness and diarrhoea! That was my Sunday gone, thanks for the food poisoning KFC, be a cold day in hell before I buy any of your “food” again.

Fast and friendly service, food can be a bit up and down on the scale of consistency, which is a bit strange.

Chicken is raw and manager is disgusting towards their staff belittling them inform of customer. Lady at the front doing cashier, packing the food and cooking it / prepping it. Manager has red scabs on his hand while ha doing my food and didn’t even wear gloves 🤢🤢

This is the best kfc I have found for crispy chicken and thick gravy. I will always make the extra trip to go here rather than another kfc

There is something not right about the restaurant nowadays. I don't go KFC often but the last 3 visit has been terrible, the waiting time is too long. I waited 20 minutes for my 10 chicken wings. With the reason being the order was cleared off the screen and no sincere apology from the person serving. Horrible customer service. I hope management fix this.

Not sure if the owner of this establishment is trying to milk as much profit as possible by employing the least amount of staff or or no one wants a job in kfc. But you cannot call this fast food as takes about 15 minutes to get your food, they never have anything you want and the drinks are always flat. Considering the competition in selsdon I don't expect this place to be around for long and is living off its name at moment.

First time in a while having KFC and I must say the seasoning seems muted as if it has changed slightly, maybe cheaper ingredients or chicken but wasn't very impressed compared to other smaller chicken shops. The sides are still good though.

Don't expect to always get good food. Today, after a longer wait than usual, I eagerly awaited my chicken as I had built up a bit of an appetite. I had ordered a boneless banquet for one plus 3 extra mini fillets. While waiting for my chicken to arrive I noted that some customers had been queuing for some time without even being acknowledged, and were still waiting when I left. Unfortunately when I arrived home and opened the box I was thoroughly disappointed. The mini fillets were pale and the coating looked uncooked altogether in some areas, there was also some of the blue plastic bag melted in to one. After a niggling feeling there was something missing I finally remembered there was no garlic mayo dip that I had to specifically selected on the ordering screen. The next time I fancy a takeaway I will think more than twice about visiting a KFC.

Probably the worst KFC ever! I should have realized when I smelt the stale fat immediately upon entering and the slothenly staff, the fact there was little on display. The chicken was old, burnt and barely edible probably left from the day before and the fries were cold. Never again!!!
