Smokoloko in Tower Hamlets

I found them by chance, at one of the exits/entrances in Spitalfields Market. Very tasty! I ate a very tasty grilled beef at their place, well seasoned and juicy. They really know how to do it! You can pay by card.

The food was nice, and the atmosphere was great. The staff seemed nice as well. The only thing I would say is, as much as the food was really nice, I did find it expensive. At best, the food should be around £7.99.

La comida es tan buena. Las carnes son tan suculentas y jugosas. Tales buenos sabores y muy buenas raciones. Definitivamente lo recomendaría y sugeriría que lo pruebe.

La carne es muy tierna y el pan está recién hecho. Nos llamaron para probar y fue tan bueno que tuvimos que comprar uno.

Estábamos caminando por Smokoloko y uno de los chicos nos llamó pidiéndonos que probáramos una muestra de su pechuga y pollo BBQ. Debo decir que nos sorprendió - después de haber tenido una gran cantidad de barbacoas al crecer, fue realmente bueno, con humo y húmedo. Hicimos un viaje especial más tarde para poder llevarnos a una casa (pollo) para la cena, no era tan bueno como fresco, pero el sabor todavía estaba allí y era realmente agradable. La próxima vez nos quedaremos y comeremos allí. Vale la pena una visita si eres un fanático de la barbacoa. Vienen en dos tamaños: probamos lo normal y lo suficientemente grande como para compartir.

The smells that come from this are amazing! Smoked meats cooked low n' slow.. The rump steak is tender and delicious, highly recommended to stop here for food!

Wir lieben Fleisch und das ist genau das richtige für uns. Im Smoker zubereitet und richtig viel Steak geschnitten in unserem Brot. 9 Pfund finde ich ok für diese Menge. Man wird satt wenn man nicht teilen muss. Kommen sicher wieder.

Yes it's a bit on a pricey side compare to other food stands even in Spitalfields Market, but for a meaty lunch, they are the best in this area. They smoke beef / pork in this metal train, so rock'n roll! They also let you have some taste of off-cuts, which are enough to drive you mad to have a big mouthful of it.

Large could have been larger but it was super yummy and you get to taste while you wait! :D Queue is long, for good reason, but it moves pretty quickly. Definitely as good as it looks to be!

Whenever In spitalfields ... this is the must have! The food is excellent. Would like to use for private event as food great!

Amazing smoked rump and brisket. I'm there once a week after yoga! Definitely satisfies my weekly meat cravings.

Smokoloko is situated just outside the Spitalfields Market. They smoke rump, chicken etc for several hours and then serve it in a wrap. I went for a large mixed version and it was delicious. The service was quick and friendly. Pay them a visit
