I had a terrible experience with this takeaway place. I was charged £12.80 and all I received was a burger and some fries. The customer service was atrocious and extremely unprofessional. When I contacted them to ask for a solution, I was ignored. The food was mediocre at best, and the whole ordeal was incredibly frustrating. I would strongly advise against ordering from here. Horrible experience, avoid at all costs!

If I could leave 0 stars I would, can understand why these guys only have 3.1 stars, ordered a delivery and it came cold contacted them regarding a refund or we were happy to come down and collect a fresh order because it was so cold. The man on the phone told us to warm it up in the microwave. Poor customer service. Imagine being told to warm a £30 order up in the microwave😂 also your crepe is packet one from Asda.

ROTTEN! Absolutely disgusting food Crepe is a £1 pancake from Asda All food stone cold Staff just ask for WhatsApp pictures and refuse to change the food Manager is a right moron who suggests microwaving his “fresh food” Don’t water you money here guys!!

I asked for a biscoff and Oreo waffle, I got a Ferrero Rochet one instead of the biscoff and I’m allergic to nuts. U can’t taste the the toppings only the waffle is so plain and dull.

Ordered on Uber for an individual due to requirement and added in notes of what was needed on order. Totally ignored.

I was in the restaurant few days ago ... ...the hygiene very poor . It was better to name the restaurant - toilet!!!

Delivery earlier than expected and tried to keep my lil to sleep. By time I came out I saw miss calls and ran downstairs. There was no drive or no food but the gate was opening insisting the driver came to the door but did not leave the food.

First and last time ordering here. This place has failed in most basic things such as unprofessional delivery driver, who is not competent enough to find a basic address and apologise for arriving late, like it’s ‘normal’. Speaking of desserts, what a disgrace!!!! Never ever in my life I had to consume a milkshake with a table spoon, due to these guys failing at the basic stuff such as providing a straw! Cookie doughs are both stale cold, almost turned into a bisquit. All of that cheap oil could not be hidden with toppings, it almost tastes off! No quality here. Do not recommend! Avoid! There are better places where to spend your money.

Very nice Rainbow Cake and Double Decker milkshake was very tasty would definitely order again.

If I could out 0 stars I would I waited over a hour for food with delivery and it didn’t even turn up they put on the just eat app that it had been delivered if they had any problems they could’ve contacted myself I appreciate the customer service so much 👍🏾👍🏾 NOT

I've been ordering from here for a long time and the last few orders have been vile. the chips are soggy. the burgers just doesn't taste the same. the milkshake starts to taste funny after a while. I'll no longer be a loyal customer its a waste of money. most of our food if not all has gone in the bin the last few times. the disappointment is unreal. i'll no longer be ordering from you guys anymore.

I spent £7.50 on a smoking chicken wrap meal but only received the wrap, they didn’t send the fries or drink. It’s a shame as the wrap itself was nice but it was not £7.50 nice

grilled halloumi cheese was freezing cold smelt off absolutely rotten chips freezing cold cheesy chips was cheese sauce not actual cheese once again freezing and tasted vile only thing good was the mint donner had salad with it and didnt pick for salad

Said it was with driver at 21:45 never came so called restaurant and they sent order out again it came at 23:24 order was cold and forgot jalapeños

Chips was soggy and the onion rings was soggy too the only thing that was nice was the hotdog but it was too small for £3.50p.

The burger was absolutely supreme and the churros were perfectly cooked. 10/10!

Missed of one item but food was okay

We ordered £30 worth of food and it was terrible. 3 hotdogs which was just an average sausage in a small bun. 1 potlrtion Sweet chilli chips which were meant to come fried with onions and peppers. They were just barely cooked fries drenched in so much chilli sauce they were inedible. And tiny.chicken wings that worked out to a £1 each. It was shameful and I will never order from here again. Everything was also cold. Don’t waste your money. The food here used to be lovely. I don’t know whether it’s changed owners but this really wasn’t acceptable al all.

I’ve never felt to do a review before but this place was terrible. We ordered a delivery via Uber eats the order was over £30, we ordered 3 hotdogs, the chicken wings and the sweet chilli fries. The fries had the description of being cooked with onions and peppers and I had none of that, just drenched in sweet chilli sauce and cold and sloppy. The wings were tiny for £5 and the hotdogs was just a small sausage in a bun with a little bit of lettuce, for over £30 of food the portions were tiny and absolutely ridiculous, nothing like the descriptions.

disgusting quality came late because the driver did not make sufficient effort to alert us to his presence the first time he came. After waiting over 40 minutes longer it arrived with the hot items cold and the cold items melted. avoid unless you're literally starving to death

Used this place alot but because I live in a flat and they have lazy Asians delivering the food who dont know how to operate a lift or carry a bag of food lower than 5kgs we end up having to call the restaurant and get refunds once this company starts using uber drivers I wont order again

Best dessert shop ever thank you very very much smokin patties and the main man who I’ve been speaking too he’s been absolutely wonderful of everything he’s been doing for me I need too come to your shop one of the day and give you a gift you absolutely deserve it 100 💯 percent 👍

this place took over 2 hours to deliver my small order, when I called them after the 2nd hour they refused to give me a refund for the order they hadn't delivered telling me the driver had forgotten my delivery then lied and said a driver hadn't turned up, absolutely shocking service! the food came at 2.40 in the morning cold! disgusting wouldn't recommend and defo won't be ordering again, just eat is just as rubbish as they'll no doubt refuse my refund also! I'd give no stars at all

Cheese was delivered cold and the nachos were all broken into tiny pieces. £10 for the most basic nachos with a tiny serving of salsa, jalapenos were only 5 in there and tiny cheese portion which was cold, definitely not the “cinema” experience. Didn’t receive notification that my driver was on the way or had arrived. He banged the door suddenly then was shouting outside my house at after 1:15am waking everyone up. Wasn’t worth the price and not worth the delivery and service. Was very disappointed overall. Won’t be ordering again.

Correct food I received was good but I ordered a halloumi burger and was sent a slab of halloumi wrapped in foil, no brioche bun or dressings as advertised.

This is easily the worst place I have ever ordered from! The concrete cookie dough was amusing but the ‘crepe’ which was literally a microwaved pancake just ridiculous. Food took a while to get to us, delivery driver was unprofessional and the food of course was cold. The only thing I regret more than ordering from here is missing the opportunity to take a picture of the ‘crepe’.

I ordered on foodhub and got 2 fudge cakes they had hairs in it then I range the shop up they kept on denying there was a hair I had proof of pictures with hair they woudnt give me refund and kept on swearing and laughing about it when they knew about the hair they accuse me for putting it in the cake when i never because i cut it in half and seen a cake and pulled it out i showed them the proof of photo they kept on lying and offered me a free cake i said im not coming back and my throat got really tight i coudnt breath and i felt like I had to go hospital because i coudnt breath throat was tight and the manager didn't care about that there was a hair in cake and throat was tight the manager didn't care told me hope you go hospital

The food was amazing so juicy and the doughnuts were so soft and fluffy they were to die for

Very unprofessional. Ordered two meals to be delivered, 45 mins into the order I called and was told the food is out for delivery. After 20 minutes of waiting (the store is a 2 minute drive from my house), I called again and was told they would call the driver. A further 10 minutes and I was told the order did not get delivered because they note did not have a road name, it did have a door number and post code which is all you need to identify a road name. In the end the food didn't get delivered, will leave a review on just eat. If you eat here, I would suggest ordering in person and waiting for your food.

This was the driest kebab I ever had, same as the strips, felt like they’ve just warmed up food that was made 10h ago, also pepsi was warm af, dissapointed.

Would not recommend wasting your money here. Spent £35 and the only thing that was decent was the slushie… the burgers were horrendous literally looked like someone just threw it together that they just took out of the freezer and put in the oven, the burgers tasted stale the chicken, fish AND cheeseburger! I spent £7.99 for fried chicken and rice and the rice tasted like it was microwaved from an uncle Bens packet. The chicken was sooo dry. The fries were dry and lifeless and the brownie was not nice with a watery custard. The menu is so deceiving I was expecting quality I’ve literally just wasted my money as we couldn’t eat it. I really wouldn’t order from here again.

Food was terrible, loaded fries contained no jalapeños and looked like they just popped some Donner on some fries and squirted something that resembled cheese sauce. I had rang up the restaurant to make sure that sauces were put on and food would be as described. Food came lukewarm. Restaurant asked me to get in touch with JustEat who refused a refund. Money gone to waste and an empty tummy!!

Definitely worth ordering, it's one of the nicest takeaways I've had in a long time. I didn't realise how far away they were either and they still delivered with no complaints! Food arrived hot.

Cookie doughs we’re lovely arrived on time although we did order a millions bubble gum Sunday for our daughter and ended up with a strawberry and banana one

Food delivered early which was a bonus, until I opened my chicken wings and they were pink and gooey! Also, I’d love an explanation as to why the delivery driver thought it was acceptable to call me at 1:22AM AFTER my food was delivered ! I didn’t answer because I’m a young girl who lives alone so I would like an explanation please.

They gave the wrong food an it was horrible and not cooked properly either ice cream all melted an waffles are really thick an dry absolutely disgusting I won’t be ordering from here again. £35 down the drain might aswell of brought a Chinese

Food was basic and small portions for the cost. I got the £20 smash combo box and the burger was nothing special. Wouldn't waste your money on it. Chips were pale and again, a small portion. Apart from this, delivered on time and was edible.

Items turned up on time, no issue. But was missing items, food was extremely plain, sweet chillie fries were hard to eat. Have ordered the same thing many times but have been extremely disappointed this time round.

Sent me wrong food. I don't even eat lamb burgers so unfortunately went to waste along with my payment. Unfortunate events as was last place open to eat from and was quite hungry.

I paid £13 for a summer fruits waffle with vanilla ice cream and cheese fries Was disappointed when it finally arrived not much cheese on the fries not looking appetising. The waffle was ok but didn’t receive any vanilla ice cream phoned the restaurant and got told they would send some out didn’t receive anything from them so my partner had to go and buy some all in all it cost me £18 Not happy with the restaurant

Dessert was beautiful and milk shake was aswell my order came up to £15.50 have the delivery driver £20 he never had the right changed and owed me 1.50 as he only £3.00 thank you for my order and my order came on time.

Ordered from here numerous times food and drinks always unreal! Today, i received 2x cheeseburgers with STALE buns - they went in the bin. Then the rubicon milkshake had fell over in the bag so i had milkshake pouring from the bottom of the bag all over my carpets. massive waste of money. Disappointing. More irritated at the fact of carelessness of food quality. I want a refund for the inedible food and the drink that came empty.

I’d show photos if it let me. But as other reviews state the nachos are not worth £10 you get about half a small bag of doritos and two tiny sauce pots of cold cheese sauce not hot like stated. The waffle did not come with nuts as also stated. Milkshakes were nice. Delivery was on time but they do not tell you when they are on their way which can be a huge inconvenience when I’m running around the house after a toddler and don’t hear the door

Food came cold I stated in the notes plain cheese burger triple no salad no sauce , it comes with onions on and the sauces, chips was cold , milkshake had gone like water I’ve phoned them up and they’ve just fobbed me off. Don’t buy food they’re rude and most of all you can’t even eat it !

Service straight 10, food straight banging. If anyone goes, get Angus smash with an extra chicken fillet. You will not regret it. Probably best burger in Wednesbury if not the Black Country. HMC products too

Avoid at all costs!!!! Ordered the “New” Chicken & Rice, Angus Smash Burger and Churros on Uber Eats. Delivery was quick despite the 45-60min stated time. The burger tasted ok, not the greatest or fresh. The churros were ok also, same again not the best. The Chicken & Rice, very disappointing. The rice was not ‘steamed’ as stated, this is definitely microwaved mexican rice all lumped together, much like uncle bens. The Chicken was uncooked, raw and unedable. I couldn’t identify something in rice, looked like burnt chicken skin, plastic or something not sure. I complained through Uber Eats And ‘Anaveel’ replied with automated message twice, providing no help at all. If i could star 0 I would.

Honestly not bad Nothing too special to speak of, but I’d order from here again
