Pizza Hut in Sandwell

Pizzas on buffet were brought out quickly, staff lovely as always.

I appreciate I probably ordered at a busy time regarding cinema, it was cold and delivery time changed so much, it was just a bit rubbish, last order was outstanding, I’m sorry

Our server (Keeley) was amazing and very helpful the pizza was delicious and very filling with the sides that we had a long with it. Overall amazing atmosphere.

Were greeted by the manager who was Nick who got us sat down quick and gave us a lovely welcome, our server Jack was very polite and made us feel very comfortable and gave us an amazing experience.

Was greeted and seated by Niamh who was amazing and quick to answer any questions we had. Then the manager Nic and chef Jack bought our food out with a smile on their faces 10/10 experience would visit again

Pizza was over cooked and didn't look appetizing and wasn't warm when arrived. we had to reheat the chips we had ordered

Went to for the buffet before going to the cinema and thought it was great. There was amples of items to choose from and the staff were brilliant especially in such a busy environment. Tip my hat off to them!

I took my family and some school friends after the football match today for my son's birthday! The buffet bundle offered so much value for money for us all and despite them being busy due to the football match they managed everything amazingly. I had pre-booked the table beforehand. Everyone left smiling and the staff were all so helpful and friendly! Thank you for. Ending a really good birthday day out!!

We celebrated my son's 8th birthday and how amazing the young lady who served us. Thank you dania for your hospitality. 5 star servive and you even went above beyond helping us with our choices from the menu ( fuzzy eaters were sat at the table) and even went that extra mile to celebrate with an extra suprise but little man went into a food coma and fell asleep. We will definitely be back !! Donna

Something very very wrong! Since my youngest son was 5 (he is now 15) every month we would go to the cinema and then to Pizza Hut. However, since Covid lockdown we broke our trend. Last night I took my sons and my eldest son’s girlfriend. From the time we arrived it felt off. We stood at the door while the first waitress ignored us and ran to the back when all the staff started looking over. Finally a male came over with no welcoming words but a very stern face. He took us to seat in the furthest corner from the door before changing his mind and moving us one table up. The waitress came over and again there was no hello just a very stern face when she took our order! My job mean that I am always scanning, reading rooms, movements body language etc and I picked up something was very wrong. During the meal I actually caught the waitress peeping around the corner checking we had not ran off which was very awkward and ironic based on what I do for a living! Luckily my kids and their friend never noticed! We don’t live in the area but I have a feeling they took our group for someone else! After paying near £90 for this kind of service I won’t be returning!

Good quality food and pleasant staff.

In this economy, £30 for a pizza is WILD. Especially for a 13” pizza. To then charge £2 - £5 extra for a different crust ontop is too much. Myself and my partner went for a meal pre-cinema and wanted a light bite - cheapest it comes is £13 for a 9” pizza. Granted it’s with unlimited salad but sadly the salad is bad. I also don’t eat it, so is usually just a straight-up terrible deal. The glory days of Pizza Hut are long gone, sadly. It’s the next TGI Fridays… into administration before you know it.

No bottomless drinks and still payed 12 quid and WE had to ask for a refund and the Pepsi bottle they gave us was flat if you think about going you are off your head the pizza also sucked even though it's price is unbelievable. Update we got 3.99 back absolutely ridiculous

Thin pizza was overcooked and hard, had no chicken bites or bottles of Pepsi or water but they did call us to let us know, just odd that they didn’t have many items. Cost £50+ for 3 individual pizzas and 3 sides but really wasn’t worth it.

No bottomless drinks. The pepsi bottle they gave was flat.

Not what it used to be, it's just too expensive. I enjoyed the food but not the prices, also very noisy and can be chaotic

Had a really nice meal here for my sons birthday last week, food was beautiful, service was friendly and server very polite.

Had a lovely family meal here, the service was amazing by both Amy and Nic & the pizzas made by Michael tasted fantastic! Will definitely recommend & be back again for sure!

Emma was really nice and friendly. She made sure we were happy with the food. She also was helping keep my toddler busy with the drawings and colouring in.

Great value buffet deal had today for lunch at work. Fantastic friendly staff. Chef was on point with the selection of buffet pizza.

Our waitress was lovely and so friendly. They were very understaffed but didn't make us wait long. Food was perfect as always left feeling very full and stuffed.

Amy and the staff at pizza hut were great and were very accommodating even sang happy birthday to our daughter and bought the cake out to our daughter as requested . There was a rude customer who came in with his family demanding they had a booth and we’re just very demanding and they handled the rude customer really well honestly I don’t think I would have been calm! Excellent service from all the staff . Kind regards from the family sat in the circle booth! We were very happy with our seats! X

On my first visit to this particular Pizza Hut store I was greeted and seated by the manager Nicola c who was very pleasant and took my order. The food was made amazing standard and was delicious.

Food was cold had to reheat in the microwave.

Amy from here went above and beyond to get me a coffee to take into the cinema . They don't have takeaway cups so if you want a hot coffee, not the tepid stuff from Costa machine, take your own cup and call in, I would 100% recommend 😁

Great customer service, Emma sat us down at our table and was great. Entertained my little when she was crying. Over all a great visit. Only downside is you have to pay by card but Emma explained why but I still don't agree.

Myself and two sons came for lunch, and even though the restaurant was busy with it being the school holidays Neve who served us was very helpful, polite and friendly. The food arrived quickly and we all enjoyed it.

Went to watch twisters and deapool 3. Both were amazing. Would go again to watch repeats

I ordered the vegie sizzler and it has never had mushrooms on it before which I'm allergic to. I rang to complain and the manager didn't even apologise and this has happened to me before. I won't be ordering from here again

Me and my family love coming to this pizza hut especially the manager Amanda is absolute perfection in every way possible always polite always making sure there's plenty of food put out I'm come to this one not just for the delicious food but for her too she always makes you feel so welcome superstar she is greatness now let's talk about the food what can I say apart from wow I absolutely love there pizza and pasta the girls live the ice cream and salad bar I wouldn't come anywhere else we'll done team keep up the good work youre all doing amazing xx

The manager Amanda was very attentive and can't do enough for you. She is the friendliest and kindest member of staff. Makes the visit worth it everytime.

Manager down here is the best manager I've ever seen! Always takes the time out to speak to you, makes sure there is a pizza coming out for the buffet that the kids like and myself. I have been going to Pizza Hut for nearly 40 years. For the last few years, I've lived out of the country. Yesterday I took my 2 daughters and grandchildren..... I was absolutely shocked at how expensive it is now. In my opinion, nowhere near the quality and quantity it used to be. I'm afraid I won't be returning. Very disappointed 😞

They changed the pizza base to one that resembles a cheap imitation of Domino's. Will not be ordering from here again until they change it back to how it was.

Generally I come with my 2 boys, and we normally go for the Unlimited Buffet. I like how the Staff walk around and ask if there are any Pizza toppings missing from the Buffet, or if you have a preference. Always way too podged at the end but got to force that ice cream down. Would highly recommend

Not a nice experience! Fizzy drink from machine taste like soap water, my cheesy bite meatfeast pizza dough was very chewy and bill was expensive for what it is. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Best pizza hut I've been to by far. Itc clean inside and the Salad bar is not messy and it's fresh.

specifically asked for the sauce with the melt and didn’t get any just got little packets of sauce which i don’t like. delivery time kept changing and driver stayed in one place for 15 minutes.
