Pizza Hut in Sandwell

Pretty good but they often get the order wrong. Usually good service on correcting things though.

Had a really nice meal here for my sons birthday last week, food was beautiful, service was friendly and server very polite.

Had a lovely family meal here, the service was amazing by both Amy and Nic & the pizzas made by Michael tasted fantastic! Will definitely recommend & be back again for sure!

Great value buffet deal had today for lunch at work. Fantastic friendly staff. Chef was on point with the selection of buffet pizza.

Emma was really nice and friendly. She made sure we were happy with the food. She also was helping keep my toddler busy with the drawings and colouring in.

Amy and the staff at pizza hut were great and were very accommodating even sang happy birthday to our daughter and bought the cake out to our daughter as requested . There was a rude customer who came in with his family demanding they had a booth and we’re just very demanding and they handled the rude customer really well honestly I don’t think I would have been calm! Excellent service from all the staff . Kind regards from the family sat in the circle booth! We were very happy with our seats! X

Our waitress was lovely and so friendly. They were very understaffed but didn't make us wait long. Food was perfect as always left feeling very full and stuffed.

On my first visit to this particular Pizza Hut store I was greeted and seated by the manager Nicola c who was very pleasant and took my order. The food was made amazing standard and was delicious.

Food was cold had to reheat in the microwave.

Amy from here went above and beyond to get me a coffee to take into the cinema . They don't have takeaway cups so if you want a hot coffee, not the tepid stuff from Costa machine, take your own cup and call in, I would 100% recommend 😁

Great customer service, Emma sat us down at our table and was great. Entertained my little when she was crying. Over all a great visit. Only downside is you have to pay by card but Emma explained why but I still don't agree.

Great meal for me and my son and even better we got a free kids buffet with every adult meal!

Myself and two sons came for lunch, and even though the restaurant was busy with it being the school holidays Neve who served us was very helpful, polite and friendly. The food arrived quickly and we all enjoyed it.

I ordered the vegie sizzler and it has never had mushrooms on it before which I'm allergic to. I rang to complain and the manager didn't even apologise and this has happened to me before. I won't be ordering from here again

Me and my family love coming to this pizza hut especially the manager Amanda is absolute perfection in every way possible always polite always making sure there's plenty of food put out I'm come to this one not just for the delicious food but for her too she always makes you feel so welcome superstar she is greatness now let's talk about the food what can I say apart from wow I absolutely love there pizza and pasta the girls live the ice cream and salad bar I wouldn't come anywhere else we'll done team keep up the good work youre all doing amazing xx

The manager Amanda was very attentive and can't do enough for you. She is the friendliest and kindest member of staff. Makes the visit worth it everytime.

Manager down here is the best manager I've ever seen! Always takes the time out to speak to you, makes sure there is a pizza coming out for the buffet that the kids like and myself. Is amazing with her staff! Just makes the whole experience the best it could be! Cannot fault her 😊 best service I've ever had at a place like this!

I have been going to Pizza Hut for nearly 40 years. For the last few years, I've lived out of the country. Yesterday I took my 2 daughters and grandchildren..... I was absolutely shocked at how expensive it is now. In my opinion, nowhere near the quality and quantity it used to be. I'm afraid I won't be returning. Very disappointed 😞

Very beautiful place first time going to see movie food was scrumptious although the mess my nephew made was hilarious.

They changed the pizza base to one that resembles a cheap imitation of Domino's. Will not be ordering from here again until they change it back to how it was.

Generally I come with my 2 boys, and we normally go for the Unlimited Buffet. I like how the Staff walk around and ask if there are any Pizza toppings missing from the Buffet, or if you have a preference. Always way too podged at the end but got to force that ice cream down. Would highly recommend

Not a nice experience! Fizzy drink from machine taste like soap water, my cheesy bite meatfeast pizza dough was very chewy and bill was expensive for what it is. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Best pizza hut I've been to by far. Itc clean inside and the Salad bar is not messy and it's fresh.

specifically asked for the sauce with the melt and didn’t get any just got little packets of sauce which i don’t like. delivery time kept changing and driver stayed in one place for 15 minutes.

Staff were rude and unhelpful I tried ordering online since nobody comes to check if you want to order in person but had trouble with the website. I had to ask a woman to serve me and she didn't look happy about it and had no manners, the salad bowls don't get cleaned when people spill other stuff into then and the drinks machine had grotty kids finger prints on it. Pizzas tasted nice but service needs improving

We went for birthday celebrations and they couldn't do enough for us. We went for buffet afew people in wheelchairs so they brought a nice selection of pizzas to table for u. Very helpful staff would definitely recommend and will go again

Giving one star as been told this particular building refused to take cash from a friend's son. If you guys have a stake in digital currencies, you can handle losing a customer, cash is king we don't want fascist currency control. Will be happy to change once confirmation has been confirmed that you'll take cash. Won't be recommending

Was ok. Seems to have gone down in quality lately and the prices going the other way. Was dead and limited staff. Stick to the take out.

Staff were lovely when dealing with us, but I was trying to catch the eye of someone to ask a question for about 15 minutes, and they aren't looking around to see if anyone needs anything. Literally, walking around, working hard, but looking at the floor, and it felt intentional, which was really frustrating. Food is exactly what you expect from pizza hut. The kids had a great time, as usual, and that's the main thing.

Honestly, awful. Was freezing cold, stale base, topping was flavourless and it was a massive waste of money. I’ve had better pizzas from backstreet takeaways, genuinely and they’re about £7 per pizza. This was £33 for 2 pizzas and 2 sides (the sides are just frozen chips and onion rings, soggy and equally flavourless. I barely ever leave reviews, even if unhappy, but for the price and brand size, you expect consistently decent pizza. I’d give it a 2/10 and that’s generous.

No food delivered. I definitely ordered to the address needed. However, the app? changed the delivery address. The restaurant said not their issue and just eat couldn't deliver as it was wrong address. All the details were correct. I have screenshots. No food and no refund allowed as just eat says its my human error. I wouldn't say this if I'd made a mistake, I'd accept responsibility. The drivers can't redeliver as they lose several hours pay as punishment. The food is returned and binned

Staff really couldn't be bothered at all. No welcome. Mumbled something about paying via app then failed to bring glasses so we had to ask again. Work lunch for 10 people but had zero attention from staff even though we spent £150 in one hour. A smile wouldn't have gone a miss. The girl who processed our payment was the only one who chatted a made an effort. Thank you

The Lighting is a little bright around the Tables for me. Also the margarita Pizza, I found too Salty.. But we will be back and I shall ask for Less Cheese and more Tomato 🍅. Thank you. 👌

It was spot the cheese (despite paying for extra) and spot the toppings. Not worth the money and won’t be buying there again. You can’t charge that amount of money for something I could buy in a supermarket for a quarter of the price. Was always a fan but no more.

Ended up waiting an hour for the food to turn up which was disappointing since they said it would come much sooner. The pizza was delicious though.

No longer the same. Used to be a go too place for us but since they brought in cashless the place feels sad. No interaction with staff other than walking in and food arriving. Just doesn't feel like the happy place you went to as a kid just feels like it died a miserable death. The higher ups have ruined it, cashless was kind of understandable through COVID but people come out to have a nice meal, be looked after by others not having to do the work for them. Then you ask us to tip after we have done the work of ordering and don't know if the food is going to be any good. Will be very surprised if we visit again which is a shame as staff and food is usually great.

The food was cooked to perfection but there were items from the salad bar missing. The place was fairly busy and there was a wait to be seated. The tables, seats and surroundings were not well cleaned. Children had used the ice machine and split all over as well as the toppings for Ice cream. Also our table was cleared while we were getting our food.

It’s just been perfect for a 10 year old and his pals as a treat visit this last year or so. It’s literally the only time any of them eat salad - the power of choosing their own and they go mad for it! The children’s meal deal is incredible value and perfect amount of food for 10 year old imo. Respect for this affordable option. Refillable drinks another great idea and the choice of sides on the kids meal deal excellent. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. It’s very child friendly but still a restaurant. I find online ordering very easy and the kids like the choices. We really love coming here. Huddersfield stadium. Thank you .

Always great service at this branch

Probably one of the saddest most depressing dining experiences ever. Dirty tables, unhappy staff and all the atmosphere of a dentist's waiting room. The food was ok but way more expensive than it has any right to be and the pizza toppings are all cheap rubbish. I doubt I would ever want to go back.
