Margherita pizza was absolutely appalling, cold yet it was burning my mouth and my belly after one bite until the morning and it was only a Margherita pizza.... absolutely terrible food , do not recommend!

Ordered a 16” X-Large pizza, was sent 2 small 8” pizzas because they ‘ran out of bases’ the 2 small pizzas didn’t even make up half of a x-large, no call no refund

Well what can I or should I say , I've ordered from here a few times and have always been happy with the food and quantity, just finished off a pizza and chicken kebab meet and chips, I enjoyed it that much I thought I'd leave a good review, after reading some other people's reviews I probably wouldn't of never ordered from here myself, but I have to say it as I see it I would definitely order from here and will do so , give the place a try maybe not everybody's cup of tea but I'd recommend it , kro Dare To Dream 💙

food was hideous how they sell kebab il never know. and forgot my drink i will never be caught out eating here again as i have tried it a few times and never eaten it in the bin it went

The Katlama was replaced with a basic chicken burger, this was a crime in my opinion as the burger is awful. Otherwise the chips were not chips, they were fries. The doner meat was burnt and too crispy. The food was average at best and it was our first order with Hagley.

I didn't receive my food the restaurant it's not giving me the refund

Food is rank and they overcharge and sell out of date Fanta they will tell you they only have orang Fanta to sell you a out of date bottle for £4 and tried to charge me £6 until complained bad food and service I called them they hung up the phone. How is not not close down and getting buisness I don’t know 2 bottles we bought out of date pop

I asked for a boneless lamb curry, the guy wouldn't let me leave the shop till I paid for the food which he didn't even start cooking, was only going next door to get a vape. Paid , got ma vape came back , gave me a lamb in the bone curry , when questioned .. the classic me no English reply. Naturally it wasn't gonna taste good after that, to top it off the naans were burnt.Cant complain the Cat and dog enjoyed the dinner.

4.5 out of 5 Started getting my chicken fillet burger here after a shocking meal from Neelams round the corner where the fries were totally inedible & hurt my gums on the first rock.... sorry, chip?!! I have to say, the fillet burger here is spot on, as are the fries!! The guy behind the counter on nights is always polite & friendly & now knows my order when I ring or walk in. I will say that the place does need a good deep clean & a bit of a face-lift with a proper menu display, but the food counters are usually clean inside.

They always burn the naan. Not happy!

£1.80 for one samosa where the picture showed three. Chicken pakora was so greasy I could not eat it. You squeezed it and grease poured out of it. The fries were soggy with a mediocre chicken burger. Not worth the money.

I ordered peri wings I didnt recieve peri wings n not of the chicken was well cooked

There was some confusion with my order as I asked for sweetcorn to be removed but didn't quite understand my request so when I got my pizza with the sweetcorn they were very understanding after phoning them up and they returned straight away with a new pizza. Their food was absolutely delicious hot. Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service and customer service thank you very much highly recommended.

Told the shop about my allergy to sweetcorn they were very understanding and very nice and polite. Lovely food pizza was very nice lovely service would definitely use them again 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

food was fantastic, cooked perfectly, meat was beautifully flavoured rather than overly spiced, salad was fresh and driver was polite and friendly, defo eating from here again

After many bad experiences with Neelams, then Karachi, I gave this place a try a month or so back now, to find the kebabs here are most enjoyable. Only letdown is the parking, which involves jumping a high kerb or parking half on main road which is risky. Food good, service swift and polite, so this place has my loyal business until one of those two positives change.

Paid £14 for food but didn't receive it

Hygiene should be the first thing in serving food, the lad behind the counter was on his phone then started to make my Naan bread. I told him I'd just take the meet even though I'd paid. The sauce on the chicken tikka was so salty I couldn't eat it. I would definitely not eat here unless completely desperate

Tried their pizza the other day and it was the best pizza I've ever tasted. I've tried other food from here too. Everything tastes amazing and is cooked to perfection. I would say by far this has to be the best chip shop in Birmingham. Hats off to all the staff. Keep up the good work 👏

The kebab house sent the wrong kebab.

I order lamb and spinch and there was no spinch in it lamb wasn't cooked and it was extremely spicy.

I enjoyed the food and it was delivered very quickly. Couldn't ask for more!

Driver did not come to my address phoned had to walk around my flat blocks to find him he came to me in his car and passed my order out of his window, not out of a thermal bag at my front door my food was partially cold , lazy driver no thermal container, never again just left me disappointed and frustrated

Lamb was covered in fat, chicken in biriyani was dry and there’s was broken bone all in the rice. Food was nice but it ruined it a bit. Had to stop eating it because i was getting too many sharp small bones in my mouth.

Over a hour late … late ? Didn’t even turn up. Rang me at 0203 to tell me it’s still on it’s way. Sorry about the delay. Didn’t even attempt to deliver. Rang driver saying it’s been left in front porch ? Checked CCTV around premises and in porch… delivery wasn’t even attempted. Shocking. Waiting for Refund.

Portion size does not justify the price you pay at all tiny portion however a big price to pay, food was very nice tho

Food full of grease and oil wrong balti curries sent out (one inedible due to not liking lamb) the other not what was ordered either. No vegetable pakora. Was sent vegetable samosas instead. Requested a refund due to being sent inedible food and wrong items

Food is good for a takeaway. Delivery driver was friendly and it arrived early and was still hot. Delivery times and service from restaurant can’t be faulted. However there was a little unusual smell coming from the food and found out it was actually the paper it was wrapped in. When removed it smelt and tasted fine.

We all know a place called perfect pizza, well Hagley Kebab House deserves that title, I found them by accident and I’m so glad I did, their pizza’s are perfect, I also ordered a kebab, absolutely gorgeous. the lamb tikka from the kebab was clearly off/rotten it was also really tough but the sheesh was goodish my girl friend had the chicken donner burger it was great

The chips were re fried and it was like biting onto coals, most of the time food is nice but last night wasn't happy. When people pay good money for food atleast make the effort for it to be fresh for us please.

Food came late and it was cold no salad or sauce in the chicken wrap, naan bread was hard lamb chops had no flavour I also couldn’t get through to the business after calling 6 times this business has overpriced stale food would not order again or recommend, waste of money.

Only reason i gave one star is cos no other way to leave a review. Usually i never write if im not happy as i rather leave good reviews than bad. But this place was shocking starting from food to customer service. Very rude attitude and the food was uncooked! And cold
