A lovely place to meet with friends… you need to taste their Angus burger 👍🏽

Terrible experience. I clearly stated in my order to leave the food at the porch. After waiting nearly 45 minutes, the driver came, took a photo of the food at my door, then took it with them and left. I received no food, no refund, and had to reorder from another place. Avoid this place — feels like a complete scam.

I’ve been coming here since 2016. It’s sad to see how badly this place has fallen off. The new management has ruined the place. It’s like they’re getting worse as time goes on.

Ordered the "Chikn Loaded Fries" a few times now over the past couple weeks as it's been on a buy 1 get 1 free offer on uber eats. Every time it's been perfect, and they've actioned my request to change the sauce :)

Ordered from this takeaway shop tonight. Absolutely disgusting, food arrived cold and soggy. Called to explain my issue and was being passed around to different workers, being told I need to slow down when talking, laughing at me and ending calls on me. Disgusting behaviour. Will not be returning.

Had rats running around for weeks. Used to go here often when previous workers used to be working. Service was very quick and smooth. Shisha was always good and coals changed at a regular pace. Been three times since May 24 and everytime service has been extremely poor. Had shisha for well over an hour and the staff didn’t come and change coal once for any of the customers. Food is usually good sometimes can be hit or miss.

Had a lot of problems here. Arrived and told we weren’t allowed to sit outside despite it being quite empty - weird but fair enough. We all ordered a burger and it took around 30 minutes to get there. When it got here, it arrived at different times, some people’s were cold, some incorrect, and one even had a hair. Waiter also had a face like a slapped arse the entire time. Cheer up fella.

Ordered from here last night and the food took two hours to come. The special instructions were not followed to the point I couldn’t eat it and refused to give a refund for their mistake. The guy on the phone is rude towards you and doesn’t take your issues seriously

I've been coming here for a few years now, and I always get the food with shisha because, honestly, it's the best shisha in Southampton. Lately, I've been hooked on their chicken burgers and loaded fries—they're seriously tasty! Today, I tried adding some onion rings and chicken wings. While I still love the chicken burgers and loaded fries, the wings and onion rings were a bit cold. The wings were still better than Wingstop—meaty and juicy. The onion rings could've been a bit more golden, though. Overall, still a solid spot!

Smokey’s? More like jokeys. Service was laughable, watched 13 people get our food before we did despite ordering before them. Food tasted like it was boiled in leftover eggwhites.

Uber eats , Justeat , Deliveroo Drivers don’t pick up order form here . These guys always rude . Never give you delivery on time . Make you wait for 10-15 minutes. Waste of time . AVOID

Drove all the way down from Portsmouth and arrived at 12:15 am to be told they close at 1am when it shows 2am online. Absolute joke. The guy who was working says, he has to go at 1am. Soo meaning he decided to close the business early a bit confused. Yeah disappointed.

Unprofessional staff who can’t speak and understand english and they served cold food after a wait time of 45 minutes on eat-in service. On complaining they brought the same burgers back after 25 mins and warmed them up in microwave which burned the cheese. I highly recommend “Don’t go here”

We had a takeaway, so although I put 5 stars for atmosphere and service I can't comment on this. But the food is AMAZING. The burgers are the softest, meltiest burgers I've ever tasted. Everything else is perfect too. It's melt in your mouth. My new favourite burger place.

Received an incorrect order that clashed with an alergy. When I called, they hung up on me mid conversation. Shame as I had very much enjoyed their food up till now.

Really dirty restaurant, grubby menus, we should have left as soon as we walked in. The burgers came out separately with a long wait in between. The quality of the food was terrible - burger patties were dry and crumbly, the chicken wings were grey in colour and the bones were black (I’ve never experienced this before). The sides are low quality and over priced. Really disappointed - we left most of the food - especially when we saw the staff who cooked/served the food wearing the same apron whilst he cleaned the customer toilet!!!

Awful. Ordered Angus burger and fries, and got 2 for 1 on the burger. It was delivered really quickly, but was still stone cold somehow? The burgers were also soggy and looked and tasted like they'd been sat around congealing for a while before they were scooped up and sent out to me. The fries were also terrible, with nasty burnt bits and old looking, overcooked fries in amongst the "fresh" ones. Avoid. That 2 for 1 offer looks great, but free is still too much for this rubbish.

Ordered food and drinks, wanted to watch football and they told us we can only stay to watch it if we order shisha/hookach. We are both non smokers so we had to leave, couldn’t even finish the food.

I waited over an hour for my two angus burgers off of uber eats and did not receive any of them in my order. Incompetent staff can’t put a simple order together. Terrible customer service. Luckily I got my money back from uber eats. Do not go here. I tried calling but they didn’t even answer because they were “closed”. Maybe they didn’t want to make the two burgers out of laziness. I do not recommend. The food which arrived tasted terrible as well. Cold food. Oil is probably 100 years old, enough to give me every cardiovascular disease known to mankind. The worst rated restaurant in southampton is probably better than this. Very unhappy.

I just bought the wrap it was the most fragrant and tasty rap of my life. I love their Lebanese chicken that was used and the customer service was amazing. The chef in there is extremely experienced and a lovely person. I would highly recommend this over any place in Southampton by far :)

Burnt and very crisp cookies, both were white chocolate chip instead of 1 being milk chocolate and NO white sauce to accompany the NO ice cream!! Very rude on the phone, blammed the deliveroo driver and said he had nicked the ice creams.. Like wow!!!! Poor guy on his motorbike! Milkshakes were ok but not great! Reviews left everywhere about this!! Waste of money for them.quick enough to take!

Hi there. So basically I ate at this place in person and it was banging. But second time I ordered from Uber eats. And the food was atrocious. The chicken in the chicken wrap I couldn’t even chew through it, I legit had to just swallow it. And I ordered chicken strips that seemed old or something cause I could barely chew through it was bland for taste when it was supposed to be hot. Please guys do a better job next time cause that’s £16 gone the Bin from me. If I knew this was the food I’d review i would’ve never ever ordered!

Had the mexican burger, peri peri fries and mint shake. For £18. Burger was ok, nothing special, fries were a large portion but a tad too salty, the shake was quite nice. Not worth £18 though.

Overall Average Lounge, Nothing too special, they forgot our drinks. Shisha: 3.5/5 (Smoked Well, but flavour felt a little weak. Good range of flavours available.

Ordered Oreo cookie dough and a Kitkat milkshake on deliveroo. It arrived promptly, it was really delicious and really good pricing of the items. It was really good value for money taking into account the size of each item, I was very happy with my order.

Smokey Angus and Cheesy Chips were pretty good but BBQ Wings were really disgusting - the meat wasn't too fresh and there was way too much sauce, very messy.

We popped in here as we were starving. We had the a cheeseburger with peri salted chips and a coke. The food was tasty. We went there around 3pm on a Friday. The place was empty and the set up is a little unusual. It seems like somewhere teenagers would like to go, eat and hang out in the evening, so imagine it's probably busy then.

Ordered of uber eats and ordered a chicken nugget meal but instead of nuggets we received cheese bites which a picky 10 year old clearly won’t eat. When we phoned to see what happened we were first told that they ran out of nuggets so they sent them instead without notifying us. after allowing us to order them in the first place. When we told them we would write a review we were then told the cheese bites were sent by mistake yet they removed the option to buy the chicken nugget meal.

I think this is hands down the best American style burger that’s halal in Southampton. I’m specifically referencing their angus burger. It’s genuinely juice and greasy and everything you’d want in a proper burger.

Great food reasonably priced too

Ordered 8 burgers using Ubereats (they had by one get 1 free and I had an additional 50% discount, so thought it was a good idea lol), 4 chicken and 4 beef. We are a family of 5 but only 3 of us ate these burgers. Yep, you guessed it, all 3 of us got sick. Bad stomach, vomiting etc. Last time I had the same experience was when I went to a restaurant in Basingstoke 9yrs ago. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Also the staff are quite rude on the phone and they barely speak English lolzzz

We had planned to go to 7 bone but they are shut Mondays and Tuesdays! So we figured we would try here as the reviews were good. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent. The burgers succulent and filled to the max - the lamb burger was particularly good. The fries incredibly crisp and the sweet potato fries the best I’ve ever had. The milkshakes are amazing - and we would definitely go again if we are in the area. Whilst the surroundings weren’t anything special the food was great and the portions just right.

I was humiliated in that restaurant. They treated me very badly. delivery job, I went to get an order, they said it would take 20 minutes. I said I needed to use the bathroom. when I came back I was shocked, no reaction. I heard humiliation from the manager, a man who works there. I never imagined it, I cried, I was completely sad and in disbelief. I will never go back to this place!

Burgers were worse than kebab shop, sauces sickly and buns nothing special. Ordered 10pm on a Friday, go at your own risk.

Originally came here in 2018 before they served food and really like the place! Went back there yesterday and have to say the place is still as amazing as before. Really nice food, dessert & Shisha! The staff are very friendly too especially the owner, would recommend visiting for sure.

Went there many many times when I used to live close by. Prices are very good service is okay you have to remind them to change you sisha but otherwise it was excellent every time I went. The only thing is that you cannot smoke inside (not their fault) and outside is very cold even is they have heaters there, in the winter time so I went there mainly in summer months :) I am recording the food as well as it is very good :) you get free drink for three small plates which is enough for two people as a snack. They also have vegetarian food which Is benefit.
