King prawn tacos. Made to order and worth the short wait. Large local prawns in a lovely crisp beer batter. Thanks they were out of this world and great value for money

This modest cafe prepared our two pulled pork sandwiches; vegan burger, Monk fish dishes and side salads within 20 minutes. Each dish was prepared with care - fresh varied vegetables, juicy, savory pulled pork and amazing monk fish. Ample chips for all. The shop owner and his son worked tirelessly and always with a smile. Would MOST DEFINITELY return on our next visit to Uig. Cheers.

Such a nice barista made us hot choc and coffee and when I was disappointed not to have enough time to buy food before our ferry boarded, she snuck in some choc cake for us as a freebie. My three daughters really appreciated the way she chatted to us and took her time over our order, and was so friendly. Food menu looks amazing - this is a great find!

Cool looking cafe with nice indoor eating area. Huge portions. Tasted ok but about half an hour after we had eaten the FOOD MADE US VOMIT AND FEEL VERY UNWELL.

Perfect full English. Stopped here as it was the only place open for breakfast. Definitely worth the visit. The staff were so friendly.

The perfect pit stop while waiting to board the ferry to Tarbert. Eat in or take away. We visited pre pandemic and were so glad it is still going strong. Beautifully battered fish with tasty side salad. Lovely friendly, hard working staff. Would highly recommend.

AMAZING food by the ferry port in Uig - we had the prawn taco and the beef brisket and both were outstanding - definitely exceeded expectations for sure! Great quality food, friendly service and good value for money. If you’re in the area - defo give it a go!

Absolute gem of a place on the harbour in Uig. Friendly welcome, followed by some of the best food we've had on Skye, just goes to show you shouldn't judge a book by its cover! Fish and chips was perfect, and the king prawn taco was outstanding too. Daughter was very complimentary about the burger, which is a rarity. If you're looking for fresh tasty foodin Uig, this is the place.

The young man behind the counter made two of the best mochas we have had recently! He also explained that it was his first time making one! Very nice 👍

Amazing food! We were blown away by the delicious 16-hr smoked pork ciabatta. Fresh hot chips/fries, great music, and very clean. Friendly and attentive staff. Best place to eat on the bay!

Does. Not look like anything special from the outside. A cafe attached to a petrol station but the food is great and the staff attentive Brisket was tender and full of flavour and the cake was excellent. Pop in and enjoy some good food.

We walked in yesterday, a bit bedraggled with steamed up glasses looking for something light or a bowl of soup, and we were struggling to read the menu. We ended up with chilli nachos, tiffin and coffee to take away and they were all excellent, especially the chilli nachos.

Hidden in plain sight, what a beauty of a restaurant. It’s very low key next to the petrol station and a minute from the Skye Brewery. We had the brisket sandwich, prawn taco and wing, oh and a beer. The place is friendly and very clean. 100% worth a visit

stopped for gas and asked about a lunch place. was told there is a cafe next door that was good. very casual and informal and if you judge by its looks you might not stop, after all it IS attached to a gas station..........big mistake to overlook this place. basic sandwich menu etc., burgers, fish/chips etc. The item that puts this place over the top is its smoked brisket sandwich. I've eaten brisket at the best that Austin has to offer (re: Rudy's) and I smoke a lot of brisket at home. It is a tough meat to cook to a tender consistency. Thomas, the proprietor, apart from being a really nice man learned his smoking technique from a Texan expat in Cornwall England and it was some of the best brisket I've had. If you are a smoked meat fan you should try it; he also has a smoked pulled pork (I didn't try it but would bet it is good)
