We came here 3 times during a 3 day stay in Mayfair April 24. Genuinely Dog Friendly and not "Dogs tolerated" The staff are awesome the food and drinks are great, the bar is really an extension of a 5⭐️hotel experience and quality while being welcoming and down to earth. We were staying in another great 5⭐️ dog friendly hotel around the corner but after our experience in Smith & Whistle definitely have the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane on our "to Stay" list. A must if you are in the parks around Mayfair with your 4 legged friends or during a shopping trip to take a break with a great bar menu including dog menu 5⭐️ service and quality and some good IPA's.

We had a wonderful time at Smith & Whistle. Food was very good. Our server, Gracie, went out of her way to make sure we had a nice dinner followed by my husband enjoying a cigar at an outside table. The outdoor space was lovely with heaters and a fun view of the traffic on Piccadilly Street Gracie even brought me a complimentary birthday dessert ! Great evening

Very classy and well run i was really impressed with the level of the staff here they communicate very well and they always have a smile on their face the staff that attended me was Aditya and special mention to Rhiannon the chef who made my night with a lemon cheesecake really pleased

We found this place when looking for somewhere to have lunch during a family day out. The service was friendly and efficient and the food was good.

Had reserved a table as there were 7 if us but when we arrived the bar man didn't seem to know.... the service wasn't great, the place looked a bit tired, several of our chairs were worn and had patches of the fabric missing. Drinks were okay but not amazing. It was pre dinner drinks for my sisters 40th and it was all a little underwhelming to be honest. Won't be back.

I came last summer and was blown away by the service and quality of the cocktails! I just came back for the first time in a while and I was not disappointed at all! Marco and his colleagues are phenomenal! I’m glad I had food this time too as the prawns were amazing!!

Amazing location, staff and super dog friendly! We visited Smith and Whistle this evening for a relaxed couples meal with our dog, our server Gergo went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He was super attentive and the barman (didn’t catch his name) was also amazing and really made our dog feel welcome!

Dog and people friendly in the heart of London, we go here often for dinner and drinks after a long walk through Hyde Park with our four springers. Calming atmosphere, with music to match. In addition to the bar menu standards, you can also order from the Italian restaurant, or the international fare at the Palm Court. Gina is often there to greet us and make us feel at home, as do the other FOH and bar staff.

Con le mie amiche, ci siamo fermate per puro caso in questo bel locale. Angelo simpaticissimo e molto gentile ci ha accolto e consigliato delle ottime bevande. Se dovessi ritornare a Londra, passerò nuovamente senza dubbio.

Great spot for some unique and amazing cocktails. Spot on recommendations by Aditya and Angelo really caters to the needs if you need anything off the menu. Smith & Whistle Lager is also a must try. the music in the place is amazing with good ambience to go out with friends.

This is such a great dog-friendly venue in central London. Really nice venue, incredible service (thank you Michelle T!) and the food is reasonably priced, especially when you consider this within the Sheraton.

Nice but not lovely ! We went because of a newspaper article but didn't really match up to what we expected. Staff were very friendly and attentive, drinks were ok but although our food (bar bites) were tasty, they were very very small portions (about 2 mouthfulls) compared to many other similar bar areas, where the bar bites were at least twice the size.

We went to the Smith and Whistle bar today with some friends . We haven’t had a booking but Aditya managed to find us a place to sit and explained the menu to us. Hana she’s a a gem to team , she’s so attentive and she was there before even asking for anything. Many thanks to Gina and Silvan for making the most delicious cocktails. If you’re in proximity please pay a visit and try the Velvet Vail and Mayfair Mystery!

Ate here after a theatre show, booked into the bar and it wasn’t quite what I was expecting, I guess I thought it would be a sit down restaurant table type of thing but in fact it was a small informal table by the bar where you could eat and drink at your leisure. Totally blown away with the food, quite a basic bar menu but done to absolute perfection - we ate 3 courses and a fair bit to drink over the course of almost 3 hours, very relaxed, no pressure, excellent drinks menu and impeccable service. Just a perfect end to a really smashing day

It's was a nice place to visit. Clean and friendly. Staff was welcoming and didn't have to wait long at all to get served. The only issue I have is the prices!!!!.... I know its London, but literally all the pubs and bars are much cheaper on the same street... let alone another part of London.

Had a delightful evening at Smith and Whistle Bar with my husband tonight. The surprise birthday cake was a thoughtful touch. Despite the busy atmosphere, the service was excellent. The signature cocktail menu was amazing, and Salman took great care of us, offering fantastic recommendations of drinks and food.

Always stop here for a drink and small bites to eat before setting off to whichever hotel we're staying out. Great place to people watch when sitting out either on a summers day or under the heaters on a chilly December day

The dinner was really delicious and portions sizes were just right so you don't feel overly full. Aditya was genuinely so lovely, helpful, welcoming and gave excellent food recommendations, especially for dessert. I would definitely come back here again!
