Smiler's Cafe in Bristol, City of

Travelled from Swansea to try this cafe that my son keeps raving about. The breakfast was absolutely lovely, i had nice soft buttery toast, lovely cooked eggs with lovely sausages, and bacon with a cup of velvety hot chocolate. The food was cooked to profection. Customer Service 100% on point. Nice warm, friendly welcome and I will definitely be back when I next return to Bristol. If you need a good breakfast to start ya day, this is the place to go. 😍

Delicious food and amazing service, very welcoming cafe!

Been here before and fine but todays experience was nothing but farcical. The women waitresses were running around with dishes with no orders, no cutlery, no napkins. Drinks were dire (even a basic tea). Cheap but not worth the visit unless you like to be surrounded by work men and smokers. Just horrible!

Always served with a nice smile hence why it’s called smiler’s, all staff are friendly, u get ur money worth with the nice fresh cooked food!!

Pretty bog standard you assume the coffee is fresh because of the coffee machine but unless you ask it is instant. Generally full of oldies sat in there mobility scooters smoking

Very rude lady staff member in there. Was awful to the customers and felt very sorry for a gentlemen who was waiting ages for a coffee and when politely asked about it wa hurled abuse and told he wasn't welcome back. Also the prices have gone crazy

Good food, just very expensive with small portions. But then again, all the shops in this area is quite expensive for food

Had a good meal here last Thursday after a three year break due to COVID

Unfortunately like most places they have been forced to put up there prices due to rising energy prices and food prices But the food is still good and the prices are still competitive and your always made to feel welcome and served with a smile.

Loved it best breakfast around these ends.

Smilers cafe is ok. To get a cup of tea in this cafe you need to go looking for a member of staff who are normally in the back yard smoking and playing with there phones. And they don't seem to take there customers in mind this cafe may as well be a self service. The prices of food is moderate to expensive. I don't often use this cafe due to how it is run by the staff. It is moderately clean. Around a couple of years ago me and my boyfriend were sat in this cafe with a cup of tea. And I look up to see smiler left ceiling panels and dust and debris was falling on to surfaces where food was been prepared. Since then I don't use this cafe to often.

Always quick service an always great food, we don't eat breakfast anywhere else, keep up the fantastic work..

Food is good at a reasonable price ..service is efficient and staff are friendly and approachable .. it's not a restaurant but it is satisfying
