Smashcity Burgers in Sheffield

Store shuts at 1am on a Saturday, came through drive thru around half past 12. Was waiting to order at the drive thru tanoy. Nobody answered the call was waiting 10 minutes for someone to answer, not one person was wearing a headset, absolutely ridiculous. I've worked in hospitality 7 years and never encountered something like this before, get your staff sorted out!

Been to Penistone KFC and I was given less chicken than the quantity ordered. It was drive through i got home and realised instead of 10 piece bargain bucket I was given 8 chicken i paid for 10 piece. Not a good service 😕

If I wasn’t a gambling man, I’d probably never eat here. That is one BURNT hash brown. I paid money for that.

Nice bean burger, but very expensive for the size £13.00 for 2 still Hungary after eating it. a lot smaller than the plant base whopper. The bean burger isn't worth £6.50 its not worth the money
