Smallbridge Fish & Chips Kebab Bar in Rochdale

The chips were abysmal, proper warm ups and bitty. The meat pie was horrible, although the steak pie was nice. 1st time we've ordered from here in a long time and we won't be ordering again

I placed an order for delivery at 5.15pm. Paid by card, money gone from account but food hasn't arrived, tried ringing but no answer It is now 7.10 and it closes at 7 Absolutely disgraceful, they'd better return my payment !!

Chips was hard and under cooked and come with all the gravy poured out

Different owners not no we're near as food unfortunately shame really they did a good brown cooked chips

Fish has shrunk, peas like bullets much better last week

Spoke to someone from the chippy as was given normal chips rather than cheesy chips. Chips were poor and hard.

Mixed doner and chips is usually pretty good from here but the last time it's was disgusting. Wet chicken fat and gristle.

The food was lovely and hot and the quality was good, only issue was it took longer than expected but worth the wait 👍🏼

The nice lady at the shop phoned to say food as delivery driver had not turned up on time. Food however was good as with service from shop.

Last time I use them order wrong for the second time even though I put a message on the screen for them to read. Someone there can’t count and when you call they don’t answer time to visit the shop tomorrow to sort it out with the boss. Be careful when ordering you will pay for the food but won’t get it

Ordered cheesy chips, the cheese was revolting, it tasted sour/off, had to throw them away. Gravy was thin.

won't be ordering again paid nearly £30 for cold food. chips are only half cooked.. gravy tiny tubs but says large and one of them had spilled out. kebab £6 with just a couple of slithers of meat on them. we are now having to order food from someone else. won't ever be ordering from you again.

Been given cold food about 4 times now tastes like its been sat there for a while just got food the muffins aren't buttered the chips were cold. The gravy is the only thing keeping mine warm and even then they taste old wont be returning

Just had my first order from them the other day, turned up really fast but the steak and kidney pie was burnt and useless. The donner kebab meat had some kind of yellow sauce over it, it wasn't really a chilli sauce, but the chips were hot and nice. Takeaways cant afford to serve burnt food thats not monitored or looked after, there are too many take aways to choose from and food deliver is expensive, it will just get the owners and shops bad name going forward. Just honest feedback sorry.

Naan bread was rock hard like stone and centre of it like a sponge. The chips tasted like they'd been in warmer for a few days. Burgers weren't that great either . We have just wasted our money and will not return to this chippy again

Bought a large chips and gravy today after long bike ride was lovely really enjoyed it and good price for £4.50

Very good better than expected

On just eat menu it says deal 3 is battered sausage chips and gravy. However spicy chicken burger and chips arrived instead. When spoke to staff about this was told that's what the deal was. Very disappointed as do not like spicy food. Everything else was OK.

We had cheeseburger meal and chicken burger meal, the quality of the food was very poor, the buns was cold like stone and costed 11£ for a really small portion. the service was very poor since they was talking on phone instead of taking my order

missing yogurt sauce. delivery guy was rude. that's not the food places fault

I waited for a fish and chips for 2 hours it got here and was freezing cold and horrible they could of atleast remade it whilst waiting for the driver I want another now !!

Found a bug in the food. Previous owners could be trusted ever since it’s been sold and owned by different owners the service has gone downhill and the foods hygiene is disgusting.

Usually it’s nice but our mixed donner kebabs arrived with no donner at all and very little chicken. Nans also very rubbery.

Always taking orders on JustEat or UberEats and then cancelling them at the last minute. Leaving you waiting for ages for food before they decide it’s not coming. Really unacceptable service and I hope they get removed from both platforms for repeatedly letting customers down.

Best fish and chips we've tasted in a long time. Our takeaways are usually picked at then left. Tonight's has been demolished happily. Only had English food though so can't speak for anything else but will certainly give them a try. Definitely delicious and will definitely be ordering again. 😋

It was OK nuggets and Donner meat was OK chips very soggy and very greasy samosa was inedible don't think il order from here again tbh

Lovely chippy you don't get then like these much more proper chippy chips fast service and quality and value for money is good. Its hard to find a half decent chippy that delight this is a great chippy with great tasting food at great pices that also delivers great x

Fresh and tasty reason for 4 star and not 5 is the fish batter was very greasy and needed ringing before consuming. Would order again tho .

The chips were soggy and greasy the yogurt sauce tasted gone off and sour the chicken was like rubber the pie was hard the beans was stale and the pudding was dry everything was awful apart from the cake and custard I would like to be refunded for everything else please.

Great tea last night, friendly staff, fresh food. The chicken tikka with sauce is yummy. The kid's enjoyed the chips and burgers. Would recommend to others as also reasonable priced. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

W writhing had opened and spilled.out over the bag,the chicken burger had no salad or mayo was so dry,the curry sauce was like.water,onw of the worst chippy I've ever had

I try to order from these, but they shut over 2 hours early everyday, its everytime, maybe change your closing times as its not fair, then half an hr later, the order I put in gets cancelled

Have ordered here a few times. However, the quality seems to be going downhill with each order and after this last order, probably wouldn't want to order again. Fish soggy, chips were awful. The first time I ordered here the food was lovely. Very disappointed.

This Chippy is such a heartbeat for the Community of Smallbridge.. The Food is Great Here and The Fritters and Mega 😁🎯 staff are Freindly and you can get kebabs here which is always a Bonus... There's a bus stop not far from this chippi and it's always worth getting off to go here .... Please can you do chilli chips and cheese on your menu that would be mega 😁😁🤘

It wasn’t tasty. Very thick batter on fish and it tasted very bitter. Curry sauce very runny. The fish did bot taste of anything I would not recommend getting fish and chips from here

I’ve ordered before and the food was lovely. This time the chicken donner was lacking taste and very oily. The chips and chicken nuggets were very oily.. not sure what’s changed.. 🙄

Owner of this business is very rude. 2.5 hours I waited for a delivery kept being told it was on its way by the young girl that works there, the owner did finally call me back and I was told after him blaming just eat all night he wasn't going to rectify the issue because he wasn't going to go without money!! He still has my money and told me it's not his problem it's just eats.. don't order from here!!
