I’m almost moved to tears. I’d heard these cheeseburgers were good, but never did I ever expect the outstanding quality and tasty deliciousness that ensued upon consumption. Waves of orgasmic pleasure overtook my senses as I savored the rich textures and harmonious flavors that unfolded with each bite. The perfectly seasoned patty, nestled between a soft, lightly toasted bun, complemented by a balance of fresh toppings, created a symphony of taste and sensation. However many Michelin stars this pinnacle of British cuisine holds, it is not enough. This burger deserves to be in a category all its own, a true culinary masterpiece that transcends the ordinary. When I say Biblical it is not hyperbole. Thank you Smacks.

Took over an hour to be delivered and food was cold had to put in oven to heat up but was awful

Nothing to write home about really, food was ok, but the burgers were comparable in size to a standard child’s hamburger from Mc d’s, feel conned really, wouldn’t order again, waste of money

The best burger joint to get mouth watering burgers! Was served by Rafi who works there and overwhelmed by the service. The interior deisgn is instagram pic worthy and the flooring design I have never seen with all sort of pink swirly patterns. Very chilled out and atmospheric enviroment. If you haven't already been there I suggest you go now and try "The Brisket Burger" its out of the world!

I usually like this place but my last few orders have been a bit on the sloppy side to say the least. One order was labelled as the Smack Down I ordered and yet was a plain chicken sandwich. I can understand them making an honest mistake so this occasion I would have forgiven were it not for the next. Upon unwrapping a Spicy chicken wrap I purchased I saw multiple pieces of what I can only assume to be lettuce with rotted areas. Working in the culinary industry myself it's pretty difficult to miss brown rotted patches on vegetation. This is a disgusting oversight and is one of the basic things you learn when you work in a kitchen. The fact they served it to me proves they don't deserve 5/5 for their food standards. I definitely won't be touching this place with a 10 foot pole for a very long time.

For nearly £18, the food was tiny burger was very greasy. I wouldn’t waste my money with this place. Shocking.

Yummy was delicious, didn't like the chilli cheese bites but that's me, burger 10/10, crisscross fries bit salty but delicious, milkshake devine & ice cream to die for! Have just placed my 2nd order with them 4 my dinner tonight as don't want 2 cook! Fingers crossed 4 consistency!

Burger was expensive, and disgusting arrived wrapped in greasy paper that was then wrapped in tinfoil, bun was soaked in grease. It’s just a horrible wet disgusting mess.

Some items on the menu are very good like the burger, chips or turkey bacon siracha bagel, the Beef Breakfast bagel is very sickly and the chicken wings are poor quality (in my experience) as they have far too much fat, the hash browns however are very nice. a big plus to this place is that the food is halal and is an excellent alternative for Muslims who want to avoid the pork breakfast at McDonald’s or Greggs.

Rude staff. wont be coming hear again. they have lost a good customer who spent lots of money here and was always here as I loved the burgers as it was really nice, shame really, and to get treated like crap when there is a issue with food and don’t want to help because they can’t be bothered to and think it’s funny. Waited 20 minutes for a cheese burger, that was small, but very tasty. I didn’t do a meal deal, but having had just the burger, in hindsight the deals seem like the better choice.

I tried the double brisket burger , I have eaten a lot of times from this place but seriously this burger is something else. Super juicy ,super tasty, the size is really decent . It does worth every single penny . Well done guys that burger is the dream every single person who loves food well done one more time.

Lovely food staff amazing and they even added a free can of drink as I forgot to order defo recommend the food especially the criss cross chips.

I ordered a £50 meal via Uber eats and the delivery driver was cancelled twice. The food arrived 80 minutes later and 60 minutes after it was ready. Disgusting. I couldn’t accept cold and old food but the restaurant and Uber eats were happy to take my money for nothing. I’ve complained to uber eats but they refuse to understand the problem. They refuse to refund and this now amounts to theft. Avoid Uber eats and avoid this restaurant.

Had a lovely brunch at this halal burger place. Quite liked their signature chicken wings, chips and Don burger.

Food from here is really good quality, customer service is shocking. Food came missing one portion of fries, called restaurant and he said you can have 20% off the next order. I hadn’t tried the food so how could I assume I’ll order again? I said can you send fries and they said no. They said they’d check with the boss and never called back. In the end I had to get a refund from Just Eat, which I don’t want to do because I don’t want to affect local businesses. Just own up to your mistakes…

I ordered the chicken wings and it was absolutely disgusting, it was undercooked and bland.

I’m new to Smacks. These guys have re-invented McDonald’s for the better and brought it into the 21st Century. Great burger, crispy chips and bigger than expected Oreo ice cream. Even though I’m 15 to 20 mins away the food was still hot and delicious unlike McDonald’s which is always cold. Will definitely be ordering again :)

Went in with my son, we had a smack down meal and criss cross fries! Absolutely delicious The chocolate milkshake was really tasty as was the Oreo smack flurry!
