Twice in a row I ordered for a specific time for a reason and again 20mins late and food cold, At least you consistent , consitently bad . Don't give delivery time options if you cannot stick to them.

Never disappoints food came fast considering how far I am, was still so hot on arrival too!

I’ve ordered from here before usually great! Whoever made this takeaway, ruined my meal. So much peri salt it’s uneditable! Soaked in salt. The flattest double cheeseburger in the world and dry. Like cremated

First time ordering here I ordered fairly late and I'm around 15 mins away it came lovely and hot milkshakes were perfect and the burgers are mouth watering!! I will be so coming back! Only down side I did ask for plain in notes but it came with everything but it was worth it anyway

Been ordering from here since they opened and honestly smacks has to be my favourite cheeky takeaway. Definitely beats a Domino’s and a McDonald’s by miles for sure and the price is very reasonable. Never had any issues with the food here before it’s always been bang on. Got to a point where me and my friend were gonna attempt to try everything on the menu it’s that good, Highly recommend. If any of the homies from smacks are reading this keep doing what you’re doing! We appreciate you :)

I have had an absolutely pleasant experience here today. A***. Uber Eats made an error on my meal BUT I was able to communicate this to the restaurant on the phone, the lady who I spoke to is a GEM!!! I don't know you but you are very helpful, you listened to my needs and circumvented any issues. Also the meal was awesome. I will be back !!!!

The best burger joint to get mouth watering burgers! Was served by Rafi who works there and overwhelmed by the service. The interior deisgn is instagram pic worthy and the flooring design I have never seen with all sort of pink swirly patterns. Very chilled out and atmospheric enviroment. If you haven't already been there I suggest you go now and try "The Brisket Burger" its out of the world!

I usually like this place but my last few orders have been a bit on the sloppy side to say the least. One order was labelled as the Smack Down I ordered and yet was a plain chicken sandwich. I can understand them making an honest mistake so this occasion I would have forgiven were it not for the next. Upon unwrapping a Spicy chicken wrap I purchased I saw multiple pieces of what I can only assume to be lettuce with rotted areas. Working in the culinary industry myself it's pretty difficult to miss brown rotted patches on vegetation. This is a disgusting oversight and is one of the basic things you learn when you work in a kitchen. The fact they served it to me proves they don't deserve 5/5 for their food standards. I definitely won't be touching this place with a 10 foot pole for a very long time.

Burger was expensive, and disgusting arrived wrapped in greasy paper that was then wrapped in tinfoil, bun was soaked in grease. It’s just a horrible wet disgusting mess.

Some items on the menu are very good like the burger, chips or turkey bacon siracha bagel, the Beef Breakfast bagel is very sickly and the chicken wings are poor quality (in my experience) as they have far too much fat, the hash browns however are very nice. a big plus to this place is that the food is halal and is an excellent alternative for Muslims who want to avoid the pork breakfast at McDonald’s or Greggs.

Rude staff. wont be coming hear again. they have lost a good customer who spent lots of money here and was always here as I loved the burgers as it was really nice, shame really, and to get treated like crap when there is a issue with food and don’t want to help because they can’t be bothered to and think it’s funny. I mean just disgusting customer service so poor. not happy at all but it’s there loss I won’t be coming back again.

Waited 20 minutes for a cheese burger, that was small, but very tasty. I didn’t do a meal deal, but having had just the burger, in hindsight the deals seem like the better choice.

I tried the double brisket burger , I have eaten a lot of times from this place but seriously this burger is something else. Super juicy ,super tasty, the size is really decent . It does worth every single penny . Well done guys that burger is the dream every single person who loves food well done one more time.

Lovely food staff amazing and they even added a free can of drink as I forgot to order defo recommend the food especially the criss cross chips.
