Good service , portions are big and food is very good , a good selection to choose from. Staff are very friendly, environment is clean

Ordered a Thai Green Curry. Was terrible. Didn’t taste anything like what you would expect. Even the colour was off. Looked florescent green in colour. Anything but authentic. Ended up throwing it away.

If I could report this for fraud I would. The ramen tasted like nothing, we literally threw it straight in the bin after one spoon and were charged 30p for a container. I don’t think even the foxes will touch it. If I wasn’t depressed enough before I certainly am now after £48 would have been better used for wiping my bum. My disappointment is immeasurable and my Sunday ruined. I’ve lost faith in humanity and will never be able to look at this place on my way home without feeling a deep sorrow and resentment. Thank you for nothing.

A friend took me here for dinner and I have been thinking about it it ever since, I had the house fried noodle and king fried prawns. I wanted to order the whole menu just from those two dishes. 100% would recommend.

Just ate at newly opened Slurp located in Gauging square, London Dock development. Sad as the food quality was poor, cheap even. Had Hainan chicken rice, normally made with corn fed chicken and usually poached breast. What was delivered was two poached, boneless chicken thighs ( can you say cheap) gelatinous and devoid of flavour. Crunchy rice with ginger, plain rice would have been better, decent clear broth soup and three sad, almost off, slices of cucumber. Most flovour from this meal was the chilli sauce. We also ordered siu mai, what we got were steamed wontons, not even warm. Was served with cutlery but had to ask twice for a napkin. This location will not stay open with auch poor quality food/service

We visited on a Saturday afternoon. The place was clean. The only thing I did not like was the bench seating. We ordered salt and pepper quid, we got a large portion and thai green sweet chilli chicken with rice, and it was all fresh.

Avoid! Previous time my husband found hair in his food, it got replaiced. Yesterday we went for late dinner after busy week. Had some food there and I took my main course home(Red King Prawn Curry) . Had it for lunch today and found a MAGGOT! See the pictures! Absolutely disgusting! We will not be visiting again and I shared this with all people I know that used to go there. I feel SICK

Good food, reasonable cost. Service on point in a relaxing setting. I enjoyed the yakitori skewers, I was not too keen on the salt & pepper wings or the barbecue spare ribs - not really liking the batter they were covered in. The nasi goreng was good. A very great place to meet up after work. I would definitely recommend.

Hi, I have never complained on Just eat before, however the food that was brought to us yesterday on my mums 60th birthday was disgusting. Soggy rice, with no taste or flavour. We ended up having to cook our own meal from scratch after spending £40 on a meal. I want my money back a full refund, on the food we did not eat after 2 spoon fulls!!! As I have used just eat many of times, once again I have never been this dissatisfied with my order!! Look forward to hearing back from you and finding a resolution!!

The time of arrival changed 3 times. I also had to trawl in the streets as the driver ignored the Information given about property. The property is the first house closest to the common at the start of the road. (After the small flats on the right hand side). I normally check out the window and see the driver go past.I then have to go into the street and try to flag them down. Please can this be noted for my second delivery today. Thanks.

My family and I have been going to slurp for over ten years and they've never once given bad service or food. It has always been top notch. Loads of birthdays and celebrations have been spent there. Their customer service is excellent, the team are super friendly and hospitable, always ensuring you have a great evening meal or lunch. Their takeaway standard is no different, food arrived as well done as always, and tasted just as good as if we'd had it in house. Would definitely recommend. Hope they are around for many more years to come

There was no contact number to actually speak to anyone at Justeat, this was very frustrating as I had sent multiply messages in the chat that kept ending. i wont be ordering through JustEat ever again. I had to go and collect our food in the end from the restaurant who were really lovely and apologetic. It wasn't their fault it was down to JustEat as they failed to send a driver to deliver our food and I had paid for delivery. Our food was due to be delivered at 6.40pm and we ended up finally sitting down to a meal that was not piping hot at 8.25pm. Our evening was spolit by this as I had to change clothes and get the car out, drive, find a parking space when I had started to watch a film with my family, settling down to a nice evening. They sent me am email at 22.17pm to say my meal was going to be late! I finally got through to someone at JustEat who have tried to put the blame on the restaurant for unsatisfactory food, this is very wrong, JustEat are at fault here as they failed to find a driver to make the delivery. They have offered me £20 compensation. What do you think of this as a gesture of goodwill?

It was late but overall nice apart from the soy sauce with the gyoza was overloaded with chilli and far too hot - painfully so at both ends

I’ve made an order and my delivery came wrong. I left a note stating that I don’t want pork or chicken in my food and the delivered it with meant. I would like a refund

Lovely tasty food and massive portions

Ordered 7:30, delivery expected 8:30 then delayed to 8:55, arrived 9:25 and discovered half order split into bottom of delivery bag. Restaurant lovely and trying to send out replacement but still not arrived, 2hrs 35 after initial order. Nightmare!

Pad thai is amazing! Tasty and authentic. Squid is a good portion and so tasty, was slightly over salted this time but still amazing. (It was salt n pepper squid!!). My go to place to support when I can afford to 😉 Delivery guy was friendly and early.

Order arrived almost 2 hours after I ordered. I had to chase the order twice. Poor customer service. I was offered a refund which didn’t even cover the cost of 1 dish!

Popped in for the Raman and crispy prawns . Absolutely delicious ! Great portions and efficient service. Prices very reasonable too. Great little independent neighbourhood restaurant. Well worth it . Can’t wait to try the nasi goreng next time.

I'm a regular customer. But when the food is delivered cold and inedible - that's not cool. Shame.

Had to call the restaurant after I placed order after 8pm and was advised it will be at my home at the latest 9.25pm. Restaurant told me it was due to the weather and I explained it was an awful long time and then told me my order was now on it way. It arrived just before 10pm and was “cold”. Highly annoyed and frustrated. Threw it away and did not want to reheat salmon again. What a waste of time. Contacted “just eat” and complained.

Terrible customer service from just eat and impossible communication with the restaurant. Waited for 2h30 for the food (the restaurant is 2 miles from my postcode) and it arrived cold and with an odd smell. Tried the pad Thai and it was disgraceful. Couldn't eat it and it went straight to the bin.

Food was very good, fresh and tasty and not too greasy or full of MSG! But the food arrived around 45 minutes late and when I rang restaurant to ask where it was (when it was 30mins late) I got no explanation and not really an apology.

My food has yet to be delivered. The delivery time has not changed and the restaurant phone line is busy. This is unacceptable. No one even bothers to keep me updated and I also can't contact justeat customer service.

No communication until after it was already 30 mins late then repeatedly told ‘running late’ on the website and later timings still being missed. Nobody answered the phone and Just East were pretty useless in assisting in cancelling the order when it was clear it was going to be more than an hour late. Food did eventually arrive but to be honest by that point we didn’t really want it anymore.

Went today with my friend and we ordered from the £8.50 lunch menu (main and a drink). I ordered the house special fried noodles with a tango orange. The pork in the noodles was a bit dry but the chicken and beef was moist and tasty. The portions are huge and needed some extra soy sauce but other than that it was great! We had some ribs and fried squid from the main menu as well which were very delicious. We had so much left over we were given a container and bag to take it away. We also went during the ‘eat out help out scheme’ so our meal was less than £10. Amazing value and nice food. They also made us use hand sanitizer before sitting down and places us with some distance from other customers. All the servers were wearing masks and we were given a bowl of warm water to was our hands for the ribs. Wonderful service. It did however take some time for us to get the attention of the waiters for or check, but once we asked they brought the bill over straight away.

Food was delicious as usual , however the goyoza are seeming to be a little smaller and not of their normal shape.

The food is good but we went in without a booking and they had no way of getting our names or details for tracing should anything go wrong and someone in the restaurant having covid. This was a Friday night too. Staff were not wearing masks neither was anyone in the kitchen, staff weren’t wearing gloves either. Normal menues being handed out and handled by staff and customers alike. Yes, some signs about covid and hand sanitizer but no real precautions like I’ve seen in other independent restaurants. One restaurant not taking things particularly seriously.

Food was nice. Spring rolls were are bit hard For some reason.

Okay. Ordered a takeaway. Other people ordered after us and received their meal. 30 mins later we are still waiting. They had forgotten us .... had to go to the order desk to query where our meal was. One of the staff (male) was very dismissive of my query. Manager came and was very apologetic. However we will not be going back.

£8 for a soft drink including fresh juices and a choice of 38 different Asian dishes. I had the red duck curry, packed with meat and huge portion overall, you would be hard pushed to find better value for £8 in a real restaurant (ie not a fast food chain). The number of people in there on a wednesday lunchtime shows what a fantastic deal this is (and the tables are communal, always a nice change in London)

I chose this venue for our inaugural group gathering. We meet once a month to explore different ethnic restaurants and cuisines. It’s the joy of gathering together to share a meal and socialise which we enjoy and decided on Slurp.We sat on a large square table, great for conversation to flow, dishes were ordered off the lunchtime menu which covers a range of Chinese, Thai and Japanese dishes. We drank green tea which was hot and lightly flavoured and our choice of freshly squeezed juices, a beer and a glass of red wine to go with our lunch was a nice addition. Portions are generous, nice flavours and for those of us who have a more piquant spicy palette extra Chilli oil and fresh chilli was available. No request was denied and the Service was friendly, dishes ordered were confirmed, rechecked and explanations given to ensure there was no confusion. A great experience especially if you are looking for good value, variety and Bon appetite.

I am disgusted by what people are saying about this restaurant I’ve been going to this restaurant since I was a kid and I can tell u it may of changed but it is not a disappointment and as different food shops open we will get different opinions on restaurant but we should never degrade a shop that is doing there best as I have recently gone to the restaurant I know that it can still get better

Este restaurante realmente ha ido cuesta arriba en términos de servicio al cliente y calidad de la comida. En mi opinión, solía ser uno de los mejores restaurantes rentables que ofrecen una variedad de platos en Streatham, sin embargo, mi reciente visita a Slurp me dejó conmocionado y conmocionado. La comida llegó y no se parecía al plato que pedí y no pude comerla, cuando traté de hablar con la persona que decía ser el pesebre, ella reaccionó de una manera grosera y desdeñosa casi llamándome mentirosa . Normally fearful of restaurants that do too many cuisines (Chinese / Japanese / Thai) but at Slurp they keep the menus small and do the dishes it well so it really works.Gets very busy .... but even then the staff are lovely and friendly Whether I'm eating in or taking away it's always good food and great staff

Amigos cumpleaños (15 de nosotros) y ella decidió mantenerlo local y estoy muy contenta de haberlo hecho. Esta fue la hora de la calle 1 y definitivamente no es la última vez en este restaurante. Servicio 100/100 comida 200/200 no podría criticar este lugar. Tamaño de la porción grande Tuve que llevar el resto a casa, que era más que suficiente para el día siguiente. Incluso aunque estaba ocupado no tuvimos que esperar mucho para nuestra comida. Alitas de pollo BQ del menú de inicio chino, es una necesidad que no se puede obtener suficiente. Cuando llegó la factura de bebidas, entrantes, plato principal 28 no podía creerlo, Valor por su dinero SÍ. Qué noche tan increíble. .

Slurp used to be my favourite restaurant being literally on my door step. I hadnt eaten there for a while but always loved their salt and pepper prawns and praised them for always delivering me tasty and fresh prawns every time. Ordered yesterday and I could see that the prawns had been re-warmed which made them taste stale and overly chewy but also the beautiful flavour they used to have was completely gone. They tasted so bland and stale seriously so disappointed and won't be bothering to order again after seeing someone has written a very similar review about their salt and pepper dishes recently.

I think I'm addicted to this place AND all 13 work colleagues ..food is delicious, portions are good. Definitely recommend

He estado comiendo en Slurp en Streatham durante muchos años y generalmente siempre obtengo los mismos platos, por lo que no puedo dejar de engañarme por el sabor de la comida.En resumen, algo está sucediendo con sus platos de sal y pimienta e. sol. Langostinos, Calamares Y Pollo. O bien están reduciendo los ingredientes para ahorrar en costos o han cambiado el Chef. La sal y la pimienta son inexistentes, los platos son insípidos, especialmente el calamar, que suele ser mi plato favorito, pero como no tenía sabor, no lo comí todo.No pediré ninguno de los platos de sal y pimienta del futuro, y como eran los platos principales que espero comer cuando vaya allí, supongo que tampoco volveré.

Visité este restaurante con un grupo numeroso y desafortunadamente la comida me pareció inferior a lo normal. La comida parecía haber sido cocinada en el microondas y era bastante dura y dura. Solo nos quejamos de un plato en particular que era casi incomible y encontramos la respuesta del gerente extremadamente grosera. Ella nos acusó de no querer pagar por este plato en particular y no creía que hubiera nada malo en ello. También dijo que habíamos comido la mayor parte de lo que no era cierto. Ella habló en voz alta y nos avergonzó frente a otros clientes. ¡No volveremos a visitar este establecimiento!

I have visited with my family for Easter lunch, amd was sooo good. Kristian my server was really good and friendly. The dishes are so big portions, bbq wings are soo good. Will be back soon for sure.

This place serves incredible Japanese food! I understood from my friends the Thai and Chinese options were amazing too. I had noodles and some dim sum, just as good as any Ping Pong or Wagamama, if not better. Speedy, efficient service. I get my takeaways here too!

Los camareros eran encantadores y de buen tamaño porciones. Sin embargo, el hecho de que solo haya 2 opciones para vegetarianos de 30 probablemente. Sin curries, sin entrantes. Además, la única opción vegetariana japonesa era extrañamente muy parecida a una bolagnese italiana, que también era muy insípida. I normally come here but I’ve had some problems recently with my meals , the rice is always hard when I order a sweet and sour almost like they’ve been keeping it for too long also the last time I went there I had a really bad stomach ache , I called them up and they promised a refund which they still have not put in place .

Esto no es realmente una crítica, pero una advertencia para la gente más grande que las mesas y los bancos no son adecuadas al asiento! Los bancos no parecen moverse y aunque me podía sentar, era muy incómodo para mí y nos dejaron sin comer nada. Es una pena que no tengan una mezcla de bancos y sillas de madera en vez de bancos sólo.
