Amazing evening bottomless brunch

Used to come here as there were no dogs allowed. Sadly no longer the case. Dogs sitting all over the sofas when we came in. Not great for people with dog allergies or those that just don’t want to sit in dog hair!

Excellent service. Alice is so friendly, liv can make a cracking drink. Woo woo 👍

Impromptu visit to Slug and lettuce as we couldn't decide where to eat. My friends plumped for the sharer plates and I had scampi. Food was lovely except chicken wings were slightly chewy but apart from that, all was very tasty, well cooked and certainly good value for money. Our bar lady Becca was attentive and gave excellent service and Alice was also excellent. We ended staying far longer than intended as the atmosphere was lovely - we had a brilliant evening and will definitely be going back.

Visited Slug and Lettuce for a bottomless brunch, I was served by the lovely crystal and amber who were so quick and friendly, the cocktails were also gorgeous! Harry b cooked my ceasar salad which was amazing. Lovely venue and atmosphere. I will DEFINITELY be coming back!

Very impressed with service, price and atmosphere. Very nice non alcoholic drinks. We had a tapas style tea with delicious hot food.

Premises showed signs of wear to decor etc. Otherwise pleasant enough. Staff were attentive. Food was okay except peas and sweetcorn were dried out.

Went for a bottomless brunch last night for my 30th birthday. Wow what can I say Jacob honestly the best host I've ever had! Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to do a brunch. He's was incredible and attentive.

When we came in we had accidentally booked a meal instead of the bottomless brunch. The staff at slug and lettuce were incredibly accommodating. Once we were sat we instantly received Prosecco which was lovely. When our server Alice came over she was honestly fantastic, she filled us in on all the information we needed and brought our drinks order over quickly. As someone who doesn’t handle spice I asked for a recommendation and helped steer me in the right direction to order. Alice was an amazing server, she came over with a smile every time and was amazing to talk to throughout our time here. She made the experience amazing for me and my partner! It was overall a really great experience which I would recommend to anyone!

Came in for a spot of lunch, we were served by Harry, she was so lovely. She recommended she we download the MiXR app for a free drink!!! I highly recommend this venue

Weymouth S & L website confirms families welcome (restrictions applying only after 6 pm on a Friday & Saturday). Despite there being more staff than customers (2 only), and after walking past the staff and taking our seats at 21:30 on Monday, our party of 3x very much over-40s, 1x nearly 20, 1x 17, and 1x nearly 16, were refused to be served when we went to the bar to order drinks because we had u18s in the party!! Perhaps Weymouth S & L staff don't want any business, either that, or don't know the family policy - Families beware.

Came here after calling up and asking about dinner and date offer - we specifically specified that we had a booking at 8 - we get here and are told that the offer finishes at 8. Baring in mind there’s no parking anywhere nearby, so to get to and from this place it’s a good 10/15 minute walk. We then spend 5-10 minutes downloading an app for a free cocktail, and it ends up being the choice of ONE watered down cocktail. Not only that, but our table was dirty with a half drank beer on it, even tho we had a reservation card on there. Some rude staff. Just don’t go here

Another great meal and drinks at the slug and lettuce had the smothered chicken and chips really enjoyable cooked really well and enjoyed the rest of the evening of our holiday allways come back here to visit thanks for the hospitality of the evening staff

Place was empty, overly gregarious bar staff. Cocktail was awful. Didn't taste like alcohol.
