Caffè Nero in Weymouth and Portland

Not too busy, friendly and helpful staff service was prompt and they brought the toasted sandwich over to us. Relaxing and clean environment. I normally have the caremel latte with oat milk which I really enjoy and as they use an extra shot of coffee compared to Costa... However I decided to have a mocka which I did not enjoy that much, it's a bit like hotel Chocolat very intense and it's pre-mixed but vegan.

A Nice place with seating ground floor, 1st floor and also outside. Located in the very centre of town. A Good Drinks Menu and selection of bites ams snacks. Can get busy, but the place ticks along fine..

Fine, but why are the tables never cleaned after each customer? It’s dirty and conducive to the transmission of disease. It’s shameful to see this because we are paying for a non-existent service.

The outlet a little tired in Weymouth now. The staff always friendly and helpful.

Good if you waiting for the bank. It's not my cup of tea. Excuse the lame pun... I'm usually too busy. Too stop long. Due too the horrendous parking charges... And have been fined numerous times. If theses Draconian measures were lifted then I would and I'm sure my friends would sit a while..x

Lovely staff! always happy to make exactly what you want and always friendly. I always get good service and coffee is really good!! Im hooked on the pistacio latte! Filthy good with whipped cream and pistachio pieces. My favourite coffee. I couldn't function without it. And I recommend the pastrys. Always fresh and and dare I say. Moist. Lol 😆 upstairs is quiant. quiet and cosy. Quality little cafe. 👌

Caffe Nero have decent coffee, but the place is dirty, they don't clear the tables and wipe them, we have to clear a table and wipe it with a wet wipe.

My first time in a Caffè Nero. It’s also my first time not finishing a slice of chocolate cake. It was dry, tasteless, really inedible. As for the luxury hot chocolate… rather watery. My fault entirely, so much for chain coffee shops… Service was very slow; staff otherwise kind.

I popped in just now to order a Hot Chocolatr and Blueberry Muffin to take away. The Barista working early this morning was a real tonic, such a lovely man - it makes a massive difference when you get amazing and engaged service. You don't know what someone has been through and to be polite and involved with your customers is invaluable.

Most times I use Weymouth Nero I don't get two reward stamps on my Nero phone app, only one stamp and sometimes no stamps, stamps don't come up right away so can't point this out at the time of being served, also upstairs now they play loud music so that customers don't stay long, Costa is quiet. Bad enough having people talking, j d wetherspoons as no music and coffee is only 1.56 new pence a mug with as many free refills as you like, nearly a fiver for one cup at nero

Cafe Nero can be inconsistent depending on the branch and the person who's making the coffee. Café Nero in Weymouth is excellent! Visited twice on a visit to Weymouth and lovely perfect tasting Soya Latte each time. Much better than most branches in London.

Food is ok. Quite nice even. Drinks are standard coffee shop. Staff do their job well. There was of course the ubiquitous laptop user.

A very nice place. The coffee is great, the tea is excellent. We had a cheesecake and it was delicious. I also loved the decor and the people, customers like me. The staff is very welcoming.

Staff useless and rude. Can't take £50 note without manager that's never here. Cash is Cash. Money is money lan...

Typical cafe Nero, conveniently positioned in town centre

A standard chain coffee shop but it was disappointing as facilities were below what I expected. Tables were sticky and toilets in a poor condition. Hope this is not the accepted norm for this particular venue as other cafes in this chain that I've visited were of a higher standard.

It's surprising that they don't include a bread roll with the soup, when other cafes do. The toilets could be better. It's in a good location and close to the car park. Overall, it's OK.

Freindly roomy branch in the town centre. Like many Caffè Nero branches though, the furniture is a bit tired and scruffy.

Last three times I have visited this Caffe Nero my Grand Cappuccino was not hot enough.

Pretty drab Nero. Not very clean at all Staff were friendly enough, food wasn't great came out half cold and half burnt. Drinks were good as always but the place could do with a serious deep clean. The floor near the windows looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. Windows were smeary. Counter was dirty. Not keen on the dogs allowed up to the counter rule either.

Visited as part of the social inclusion group. Good service friendly people. Downside is no way of getting wheelchairs upstairs as a lift would be impracticable.

Good coffee served as I like it by lovely helpful staff. However, the toilet very disappointing! The sink looks as if it’s never been cleaned with brown gungy dirt all round the taps. The floor and walls need a good scrub as does the toilet. Do the staff who periodically sign the Inspection sheet on the wall need to go to Specsavers? I might add photos later!

Very nice young lady served me. The service would have been much quicker if the other staff had helped instead of chatting between themselves.

Sandwich was awful, could have been made by a child and stale. Staff were not bothered at all. Other customers felt the same. Won't be going back.

The guys had a problem with the till but gave us our food and asked us to sort it out later whilst they tried to fix the problem.

Good coffee and very attentive service. The interior of the shop needs work, the ceiling was leaking on the rainy day we visited and it was not ideal nor sanitary. Other than the work on the interior it was good.

Untrained or non professional staff often behind the desk, dirty windows and tables are seldom cleared up.

Been here everyday during our stays in Weymouth. Drinks are served quickly and staff are super nice. BTW one of the staff members speaks very good Chinese and we feel very welcome here!

A caffè nero shop like many others, located in the centre of Weymouth. I got a hot chocolate that I didn't like, and the place was not too clean, but it was almost closing time so it makes sense. I still think that Caffè nero as a chain is better than other competitors.

If u don't mind the smell of pee as soon as you enter then go in, apart from that nice coffee .

Great early morning coffee oasis

Good quality coffee with a good choice of cakes and snacks many gluten free and veggie options. 3 areas outside front to sit and watch the world go by inside downstairs to people watch and upstairs a quieter place. Free wifi lovely friendly staff. Nice music different from the normal run of the mill found in most cafes.

Nero have the friendliest staff, always welcoming and engaging. Coffee is consistently good across all baristas. Great window seats upstairs and down, great for watching the world go by.

Called in today for a coffee and was disappointed, the whole place Wes filthy, the floor was covered in food, shelves covered in dust and cobwebs, the toilet was not much better, you need to close for a few days and have a deep clean. Sorry but won't be coming back anytime soon.
