Nothing ruins a meal like overcooked steak. What's the point of asking how you like it if you're going to completely ignore the customer. Just write "Served medium" in your menu, rather than giving rare as an option.

We had a booking for a brunch for my birthday. We were refused entry on the door by a middle aged man, who automatically had a rude tone. The place was practically empty but he said that we did not have a booking as you need to book before 24 hours of arrival. We showed the booking on our phone but he still declined. He said that Aldgate would take walk ins (they did not) but we were definitely accommodated better in that restaurant than at tower bridge.

We did the bottomless breakfast, and it was really cool! The lovely Daisy served us and kept bringing us drinks with recommendations and was super nice! Highly recommended :)

We ate her 2 times the first nite I had a fajita chicken pasta it was ok. The second time I had a cheeseburger and fries. You have to.order and pay on your phone. They have 2 for 1 drinks.

Seriously the most bland vegan food ever. The cucumber in our salad had the most flavour. They must of bought all their food from a budget store because it was truly vile. Can't even imagine how bad the meat options are - it's like a over priced weatherspoons but the weatherspoons has better options that has actual flavour. Pretty atmosphere, nice staff but gross over priced (vegan) food. We noticed that most everyone else was just backing liquor so maybe it's not for foodies. Don't waste your money.

Excellent server (Ugne), sooooo busy but dedicated to ensuring we had enough drinks to make bottomless worth it.

There was a big mouse running around the restaurant and when I told their staff about it, they did nothing and carried on having a conversation at the bar. That was after we consumed the expensive and badly cooked food.

From the moment we arrived, Lexi made us feel completely welcome. She created such a fun and relaxed atmosphere, and her service was absolutely top-notch – attentive, friendly, and professional throughout. She had great recommendations for both food and drinks, and everything she suggested was spot on. The cocktails were fantastic, and the food was delicious! What really stood out was how genuinely enjoyable Lexi made the whole experience. She was full of energy, super helpful, and clearly takes pride in what she does. It’s rare to come across someone who adds so much to the vibe of a place. Lexi is a true asset to the team – her manager should be very proud! We’ll definitely be back, not just for the great food and drinks, but because Lexi made the night one to remember.

Visited for a bottomless brunch with some friends. Service was a bit slow because they only had 1 person making drinks. Food was delicious and the cocktails were tasty.

Had the best time with Kye! He gave us the most excellent service and was super polite! We will come back again and only ask for Kye to serve us!

Izzy our server for bottomless brunch was AMAZING she was so fast so nice and friendly it would so make us come back. Poor her she was literally the only person working in the whole place there was so many tables and she was running around to ensure she made everyone’s experience great which she did. Unfortunately the manager told her we couldn’t do the bottomless brunch originally because we booked a table instead of brunch but we quickly got this fixed but the manager kept saying no but never came out to speak with us he/she just made Izzy tell us which we thought was unfair but Izzy seriously made our time amazing

Excellent food! We ordered the lunch specials, it comes with drinks. The steak sandwich in medium rare in really good. For £12 , I give it a 5 star. Sheila is really nice to the customers. She is fast, efficient and knows how to save customers money. She will tell us the specials for different time frame.

Rude Service. Broken ID Scanner. Shady Characters Nearby. Turned Us Away. As a group of 21 year olds we were turned away because they didn’t believe certain members of the group ID’s were real. They are. They impolitely took the ID’s and said they could not be given back ‘under any circumstances’. They were given back? So despite the disbelief, they broke their own regulation. We believe they purposefully caused a fuss because they didn’t want to serve a table of 9. We also were pestered by men who were smoking inside the establishment. They didn’t say anything to that. Disgraceful. Never coming back.

No people were there, four homeless walked in and disturbed the customers and on top of that they took real id’s a declared them fake due to them being an older issued one and refused to give them back to the actual owners of said ID’s until they spoke to an older women instead of just believing the clearly 21 years olds in the group there for a bottomless brunch, they were very mean and in the wrong and I would not recommend for anyone, the customer service is awful.

Ruined my friends 21st birthday because their ID scanner did not recognise the old but totally legitimate IDs.
