Our server Piper has been amazing!!! Best bottomless brunch ever!

We came for bottomless brunch. In the past we've usually had between 8-12 drinks in the 2 hour period. This time we had 4. Our first drink order came round 10 minutes into our session, the second drinks order came across because we approached the staff and asked for more. Our food order didn't get taken until 1.5hr into our booking. It felt as though we got forgot about. It's not like we was a small table either. 10 of us. Their excuse was " we saw full drinks on the table" . Our response... 2 of them were full as they don't drink very fast, me and another were drinking pints of lager, as apposed to the rest on cocktails. We were to the point of nothing left, but they looked at the wrong drinks.

Usually come in once a week for the fantastic burgers and fries which are lovely and cheap before 4PM on the lunch menu. Callum our server was fantastic and made sure everything was perfect!

First time in Slug in ages … came in for late breakfast and it was lovely. Food great, staff friendly and polite. Cerys served us and even though busy with a few food orders at once nothing was too much trouble. Excellent American-style pancake breakfast & served quickly. Best hash browns ever! Customer service was excellent… we were kept informed when there was going to be a delay with our hot drinks. Cerys, the member of staff who served us, also offered us a complimentary cold drink whilst we waited. Lovely experience all round! Thank you!

Bottomless brunch was incredible well worth it especially for pre drinking ! Are waitress was incredible liv she did a fantastic job especially considering how busy it is . ( it’s a Saturday night) she was fantastic the hole night and I really appreciate her hard work.

We did cocktail making with Jade and it was amazing! She was so much fun and so kind! Would definitely recommend and do again!!

Came here with my wife and son for breakfast on Sunday morning. The service was great from start to finish, high chair for my son was clean which is always a good sign as a lot of places it’s something that gets missed. Coffee was very nice too, but the breakfast was great. Genuinely really impressed. Definitely come here again when in town.

Had this booked for a bottomless brunch for my birthday. Showed up on time but was told that the manager had gone somewhere so they couldn't process the booking. Waited 5 minutes, as a member of staff walked past on her phone, for the same staff member to show us to a table (thinking the problem was solved). She took a drinks order and said she would have them over shortly, ten minutes later I see the same staff member cutting up fruit with no indication that drinks had even started being prepared. Absolute joke, no customer service whatsoever. Promptly stood up and left, not paying £70 for service like that when it's a 2 hour lunch and we were already 10 minutes in with no drinks. Wouldn't even be that bothered if they were busy, but we were 1 of only 3 couples in the building.

We attended the Taylor Swift night. The props were fun and the photo opportunities were amazing. We were disappointed that the taylor music stopped 30 minutes before me left but our servers Callum and Cerys were friendly and very fast at delivering drinks. Very fun experience would recommend.

the waitresses jade and anita were absolutely amazing. we went for the the taylor swift brunch and they were perfect. if i could recommend anyone it would be them. the food was also amazing, the vibes were everything. absolutely would recommend to everyone, 100%. 10/10 would recommend. (the poor people had to deal with some much)

Absolutely shocking service. Manager did not care. We walked out after waiting 25 minutes and not having 1 single drink. For saying it was £39.50 per person and they just lost out in £200.

Me and my friend attended the Taylor Swift brunch. Enjoyed the brunch of our ‘wildest dreams’ Great food and atmosphere, Yasmin was faster than a ‘getaway car’ at refilling our drinks the second they were getting low. Definitely worth the money. Definitely recommended to any Swiftys.

Yasmin was really nice and accommodating and kept coming round for drinks and was making us laugh, constantly checking in making sure we were fine for drinks etc. thank you :)
