Thank you to Abi who was the best waitress for mine and my boyfriend’s bottomless brunch with our friends! Abi was a very kind and bubbly waitress who always made sure we had everything we needed! You need more waitresses like Abi’s!!!

I came in for drinks with my friends and I had a blast! The 2-4-1 cocktails were delicious and so affordable. I was served by Lewis and he was FAB!

I went to Slug and Lettuce for a fab Friday night of reasonably priced yet tasty cocktails. I was served by Abi all night, she made our whole evening. She was so friendly and helpful. She even convinced us to come back for a bottomless brunch!

We done the brunch deal here and had such fab evening. We were served by Jess who was super helpful and polite. Really recommend coming here, great atmosphere and service!

Nathan was very productive all night collecting our glasses! All of the drinks we had were very good value and very good quality. We would love to see Nathan on the bar, such a lovely lad!

Came in for a bottomless brunch yesterday with my family, we were served by Abi and had our cocktails made by Anais. Very polite and professional service from the both of them, such a great atmosphere, would definitely recommend. Give these girls a raise!!

Untasty cocktails and rude security! My two friends (both girls) and I went outside to smoke on the left side of the building. The security saw us and told us that we needed to go back inside and use another exit at the back of the building to smoke. However, on the right side of the building, there were already people smoking, which confused us. We wondered why we weren't allowed to smoke there as well. My friend had already managed to light her cigarette, so we decided to go to the bridge, which is a public place where smoking is allowed. We were still confused as to why people were smoking outside the building, but we were told to go around to the back using a different exit. The big surprise came when we tried to re-enter the building, and the security refused to let us in because they didn't like the fact that we hadn't smoked where they told us to. Meanwhile, our friends inside had just ordered new drinks, but the security responded that they didn't care. So, we went to a nearby club. As we were sitting across from it, smoking and getting ready to go in, we noticed that the security guard who had refused to let us back into the previous place (he had left his post) came over and spoke to the security of the new club. When we tried to enter, the security at the new club wouldn't let us in either! We were shocked that this was actually happening. The security guard from Slug & Lettuce was happy and smiling at us. This is definitely racism because I swear, we were a quiet group.

Came here with my boyfriend for our date and we’ve been waiting for more than half an hour for our drinks. Don’t recommend it. Waste of time.

Terrible security , went out foto vape , they said to go somewhere else , even that other people where smoking near the entrance. After that we wanted to go back to the bar and security said they won’t let us go back inside “that’s their decision “ . So we left our £150 order of cocktail and beers on table and had to leave. Racism!!!!

The worst service ever . We just ordered the drinks , left them on our table and went for a cigarette. Because of smoking in not correct area what is absurd the security didn’t allow us to come back in , so the money paid , the drink on table and you outside because of RACISM!!!

Awful. They absolutely couldn’t care less. For our large group booking brunch, who were ignored for 25mins after our arrival. We managed to get help from a new team member, Aria, who ended up being brilliant, but the rest of the staff were awful. Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs. Worst place I’ve been in years. Aria get a new job somewhere else, you were the only redeeming factor for this pit of a location.

Absolutely atrocious. I am still sat here almost 2 hours after ordering, waiting for the kids desserts. As if that wasn't bad enough, the food was appalling. Boa buns were just deep fried burger buns and all the fizzy drinks were completely flat. The staff were extremely rude and more concerned about what they looked like than the fact we complained twice for slow service. We have also been refused a refund, absolutely disgusting. Safe to say we will not be returning!!!

Came in a couple months ago, had Ethan serve us, shame he’s no longer there only came back to see his smile, the staff should be more like him, who ever the manager is please bring him back do all you can please!!!

Me and the girls finally got a night to ourselves and just wanted some nice drinks and good atmosphere, walked in and immediately took a selfie with the angel wings! So stun xx Tina and Jess behind the bar were unreal helping me decide what cocktail to have as so many tickled my fancy, ended up going with a spicy tamarita that Tia cooked up, her skill blew me away. A few weeks ago we were eating in this restaurant and the food was lovely. The service from Poppy and Henry was fantastic and we felt welcomed.

We had a fabulous time, the bartender (Mia) was able to recall what was in each cocktail without seeing the menu, I found that very professional from the lovely young lady. And proceeded to attended to our group the whole evening. Lovely time with lovely staff xx

I came with a group of friends for some drinks on Friday night, loved the fun DJ music and atmosphere. Speedy service at the bar from Mia and other staff. Positive experience all around!!

Avoid unless you having just a drink. Visited on a Sunday the place was empty. Only one other table was having afternoon tea and we waited 30 minutes for our first drink, 1 hour for the food of which one sandwich of 3 was brought out along with the cakes. No second drink was brought over despite going to the bar 3 times to ask. The cutlery was filthy rotten with dried on food. Really no excuse for such slow terrible service. Take your business elsewhere for afternoon tea because this is not the place or service even worthy of the price.

Had to sit outside as I had the dog- seating outside is limited. Drinks were OK but nothing special. Door staff were really strict about clothing- refused a guy because his quite smart trousers were draw-string at the waist (pull up not zip up). Seemed a bit excess considering he had a loose shirt so you couldn't even see the waistband. The guy actually looked smarter than me (I had jeggings!)

My visit to slug and lettuce on Sunday was unfortunately a very negative experience. From arriving, I felt the staff present were lacking professionalism. Two female members of staff continued their conversations, which included offensive language while I was at the bar trying to order which I found very frustrating. I overheard one girl refer to the other as Jess. I have other complaints and overall I doubt I will be visiting this branch again. A very disappointing experience.
