Slim Chickens in Scarborough

I’m sure it will be lovely when it comes, but been waiting over half an hour 🙁

So they bring you cans of pop when you get table service, but if you have to go in to collect because they've turned the app off and wait at least 30 mins for food you have to take the awful machine drinks. The food was cold both nights we tried it. If you wait 30 mins for collection you would at least expect the fries to be warm, but they were stale as if they'd sat there for an hour before being served. The toast was inedible on the 2nd occasion. The customer service was poor just young kids on the counter and no manager to speak to. Just kept talking about the people higher up. Save your money and go to burger king or papa John's the customer service is much better and food is fresh. The food last year was much better. We come to primrose valley every year and I will never spend another penny in the place for the pettiness.

What amazing food, the chicken is always moist with a crispy outside and a healthy serving of the sauce. The fries are all perfectly seasoned and have an amazing texture that's crisp and delicious. The place does get quite busy at meal times but is still out in a reasonable amount of time. There is seating both inside and out, would highly recommend.

Was not nice food 2nd rate and pricey

First time trying slim chickens as none near our home. We really enjoyed it we went twice in our 3 night stay. Tasty fresh chicken we thought is better than KFC and staff were very active and on it as it was a busy night both times we went. We are now looking for the nearest one in our area.

Crispy, very tasty fried chicken with crisp chips… well worth the money. Blue cheese sauce is really, really good as are the milkshakes

Me and my friend enjoyed lunch here.Ordered a large box.There were smaller wings so we received more fries.Great service and friendly staff

We had a long weekend at haven and slim chicken was by far the best meal we had,never tasted chicken so good

First time trying out this place and I really liked it. There are lots of sauce choices. Had the 3 tenders and korean BBQ sauce and it came with a piece of garlic toast and chips and bottomless soda. The seating was comfortable, we stayed and chilled there for a while. Haven't had a chance to try the milkshakes yet, hope to do so soon. Service was great, the girl with the cap and glasses (unfortunately I didn't get her name) was very helpful and kind. They also do student discount so something to keep in mind :)

Lovely food & decent portion size Bit pricey but it’s on site and convenient

Been couple times and it's spot on 👍. The wings are quality , much better than a bigger well known fried chicken joint 😃

Last week we came to the caravan site for a few days and It was my first time at this chain and I was dead pleased. The staff went out of their way to make my experience great, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! ..even managed to bag myself a top, a start of a collection! Thank you primrose!

Had a lovely meal here today the young lady who served us had lovley manners really enjoyed our food and trust me I'm funny with food took it back to our caravan it was still warm thanks to the young lady with the dark hair in a pony tail who served us at 5oclock time.

Excellent service and nice, clean restaurant. Ben served me and helped throughout the order process. What a lovely lad. Will definitely be back.

Staff were very unprofessional when i was there throwing food around the kitchen..for the money you pay here, you would expect better.

The food was not the best for the money, but the thing that really didn’t sit well with me was the attitude from the young staff and the way they was acting in the kitchen was unprofessional, ( arguing and throwing food round) Would not go back

Was quiet so no real atmosphere to notice, friendly staff and those milkshakes are amazing! Will be back again next year

It's basically trying to be like KFC, however it might actually be better than there. They have self ordering screens which makes it easy to read through and view what's on the menu. Downside to this place is that it is a bit expensive for what your getting but it's kind of what you would expect in a place for tourists. Everything thing that we ordered was fully eaten and thoroughly enjoyed. If you do visit here, make sure you try their Slim Sauce!

Sorry for any spelling mistakes This was my first time ordering from this American fast-food chain and let me tell you the mix-and-match meal was amazing. Korean barbecue-covered chicken wings. With chicken fillet pieces. Good portion size

Dined in a couple of weeks ago and i was very impressed by the store, it was clean, had a fresh vibe and very welcoming. The food is beautifully cooked and they have a wide variety of sauces to accompany the chicken. Order was ready within 6 minutes and was brought over to my table. The staff are very friendly and seem to know the menu very well. Think of a high end KFC, but with better food and a wide variety of sauces

me and my family visited slim chickens and we was very impressed. If you are visiting Primrose valley you must go to slim chickens. We ordered our food and not even 5 m9inutes after we ordered it arrived at our table. Ps. the staff are very welcoming.
