Unreliable. Turned up 11.25am Sunday on basis of good reviews and showing as open on line. Closed and not a sign of life about.

Really good size English breakfast, and these sausages with herbs 😋. Can't not mention about pancakes with jam and ice creams served with tasty sauce and sprinkles which my kids love👌👌 I recommend this Caffè bar for quick coffee and ice cream and something bigger as breakfast too. Including customer service it should be 6 stars out of 5 😉

Called in for lunch. Asked for jacket potato. Sold out. In January? Ordered a cheese and onion sandwich on brown for me and a bacon, sausage and tomato sandwich for hubby. Waited ages then it arrived. The cheese and onion sandwich was made with half toasted cheap bread, cheese slice (single) and a bit of chopped onion. The best one was hubby's sandwich, which was a bacon sandwich on half toasted cheap bread, sat on top a plate of tinned tomatoes. Sausages on another plate. 🤔🤔🤔🤔. Just about edible in a fashion. Won't go again.

5 Star - English Breakfast. 5 Star - Polish Soup Grochowa Coffee - Nice and strong Chocolate - really nice. To be fair, best food and coffee for the last year since I visit many places in Scarborough. Really cheap. Will see what will change in next few months. But I think that is the best place for coffee and cake or lunch in Scarborough now.

Very early call before rail journey. Cafe just across the street from railway station and food and coffee was much nicer than microwaved food served at station cafe. The food was fresh made to order and coffee from a proper coffee machine. No polystyrene cups of mass produced coffee here. Relaxed surroundings, it was a lovely morning when we went and we actually ate outside. It felt quite continental.

Went in purely by chance. Ended up being in their spring beer festival. Beers were good , but unfortunately all over 4 .5 percent. No session beers. They have a habit of letting people queue from the door. Firstly this blocks the exit. Secondly alot of people haven't got a clue where they are in the queue as some people go straight to the bar. And finally you don't know what beers are on the handpumps as you can't see them. This is an on going issue that they have never sorted out over a number of years.

Not the cheapest in town, but great food and dog friendly. We had the Special for £18 each which was for Haddock, chips, mushy peas, bread and butter and a pot of tea each. Ample portion size for us (some will complain about not enough chips - we heard a couple - but honestly, there are enough!) and the fish was lovely and moist with crispy batter. Staff were excellent and helpful, moving chairs or off the way for my wheelchair. Would definitely go again, but if the owners or managers read this, you really need a threshold ramp (cheap to buy and store anyone making a discrimination claim against you).

The food was terrible, paid for jumbo fish and triple cut chips, turned up must have halved the fish and got fries not chips kids meal had bigger portion, paid £8.50 for nachos and sour cream with salsa and guacamole, came out with just cheese, poor service, don’t eat here.
