Lovely staff nothing was to much trouble problem in room with a leak was given another room straight away very dog friendly

Real nice hotel. Very big inside. Has bar . Restaurant. Quite room. Staff are very happy. And helpful. Hotel is walking distance to all of Scarborough. Room we had was very clean plenty of space. With tea & coffee. Massive TV . Parking was easy. We stayed for two nights. Can get a parking pass only cost pennies. Would stay again.

Long weekend and room was clean and spacious, food excellent, drinks competitively priced, location fine if you don't mind a short walk to front or town centre.

Another three days stay, would like to say perfect hotel,top owner Linda,and excellent staff , will be back.

It's perfect spot for the town centre and the beach and a centrepoint for some great walks . Staff are really friendly a lovely welcome. The rooms are individually styled to a high standard beds super comfy and the shower is perfect. The breakfast choice is great nothing too much trouble. A hidden gem

Great hotel, great prices, lovely food

Arrived on wrong day error on our side rectified immediately staff friendly and accommodating nothing to muct trouble third time using this hotel will be coming back in late summer comfortable bed room spot less would recommend thank you

Very disappointed on arrival the hotel looked like a building site surrounded in scaffolding Paid extra for a bigger room that was dated , mouldy shower curtain and pubic hairs in the bath. Unable to open the dirty windows which were covered in grime and bird poo Dirty net curtains Ok it's a budget hotel but the reviews definitely make it much more appealing than it actually is Staff ok friendly but not over intetested in the customers ,won't be going back

Lovely rooms, lovely breakfast, good service. Overall good value, £15 for dog stay no matter how many days.

Very good value for money. The twin room we booked (£110 for 2 nights) was very comfortable & clean and I was surprised at the amount of facilities it included. Great customer service with friendly and efficient staff from the reception to the restaurant. They offer a delicious breakfast too. It was a 5 min walk to beach, town centre and train station. I would definitely go back highly recommend.

Location & price were very good

Pros: Great location. Lovely and helpful staff. Cons: Very poor WiFi connection Window had bird sht on it Trash not collected from the toilet Pillows too thin and bed a bit hard For the price you pay, it's OK but hoping for a more diligent cleaning of the rooms.
