I absolutely loved the Ladies Day Brunch. The presentation on the tables was fantastic and I loved the jungle theme - everything was done to a really high standard. I definitely felt as a customer I was getting a lot out of just 90 mins. The little touches like the goody bags were a great idea - They even had flip flops for every single person! The food as always was excellent; everything is served fresh, with good portion sizes and suited everyone’s taste buds. I have to give a special mention to the staff who were all calm, organised and happy! They seemed to enjoy being there as much as the customers which always makes a difference. Everyone was smiling and so happy and then everyone in the entire venue danced! The energy was contagious. The DJ excellent and the vibe was absolutely amazing. Can’t wait for the next! Well done Sleepers 👏🏻 We loved it.

Came here with 3 friends for food and we had a lovely evening. Service, food and cocktails were all prompt and we loved everything. Very competitively priced but it was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend the pink rose cocktail, the spicy Korean chicken starter and the beef brisket burger! We will definitely be back!

We where hired in to provide entertainment for the Sleepers Bar staff party. What an immaculate premises they have with such kind, welcoming and professional staff. We dealt with Harry upon arrival and was offered a drink whilst setting up. We witnessed some great fun, that was had, by all the staff of whom are a credit to the management team. Popped in for lunch yesterday, young man behind the bar was really friendly and professional, had the stroganoff which is a Sleepers Hull staple and it was just as delicious in the Beverley branch, fish and chips were ok, but you are never going to get it quite as good as a chippy, would definitely return

Visited for Mother’s Day. Had a great freshly cooked meal. Halloumi fries to start. Beef stroganoff was great and my wife had the chicken Katsu burger. Only slight negative was that the Prosecco is not good for the money. Nice waiting staff.

Arrived at 6pm for our booking and our table wasn't ready. Ordered drinks at the bar the was shown were our table was. Which didn't have any menus or cutlery on. Had to ask for a children menu. Ordered starters which arrived but still no cutlery. We ordered nachos and Halloumi which was yummy. Had to ask for cutlery as it still hadn't arrived! Mains arrived and no extra cutlery was provided! We ordered sleepers burger, buttermilk burger, chicken burger and children's burger. Children's burger wasn't good. My son couldn't eat it. Chips were yummy and other burgers were fine. Were offered more drinks but had to ask 3 times for them to arrive. Ordered a pudding which came very fast and my son enjoyed. The service was very poor when you are paying nearly £100 for tea it's not ideal. The food was OK but the service has put us off a lot. Hopefully they will sort this out.

Had a fantastic evening here last night! The food is lovely and very reasonably priced. The staff and atmosphere make this place. Saw our party on a Sunday night last minute after the place we had booked only had about 4 main courses left to choose from. Staff were brilliantly friendly. Food was great, not too expensive. Staff are the real stars. Great team, looked after us really well. Thank you very much.

We booked last minute to celebrate a family birthday. There are adequate covid measures in place so felt very safe.The menu is reduced but we felt a very good choice was available.We had the haddock loin, beef stroganoff and pepper chickenwhich were all really nice.We had cake, sticky toffee pud and brownie for pudding which were also nice.The service was very good and staff pleasant.We will definitely return.

Had the sirloin steak and it was the best steak I had had for many months. Cooked perfectly, presented well. Husband had the chicken which he thoroughly enjoyed . Good quality, great service, highly recommended.

Food okay, I had the 3 plates of tapas, the pork belly, halloumi and pakoras, the portion size is disappointing considering the three tapas plates came to £17 altogether, three strips of halloumi, the pakoras were very stodgy, cutlery came after the food was served, my mums garlic bread was very hard. No check back on the food from the waitress.

This place is brilliant! I have recently read a review about Sleepers Hull in which someone has made claims of a long wait and rude staff - I believe it’s nonsense! Firstly they have gone out of their way to make it safe. Secondly they’re is a pandemic happening and so it is expected that you will wait a little longer. Thirdly the service is first class! We ate there today and it was packed! We did wait an hour but as it was so busy did not think this was an issue! When our food arrived we were given a free round of drinks to apologise for the wait - can’t ask for more than that! The food was delicious and thanks to eat out to help out, it was a bargain! I would definitely recommend Sleepers to anyone who visits Beverley or Hull!

Was so good! We loved it, they weren’t stingy on the drinks and even came to us before we’d thought to ask them for another. So many places make you feel unwelcome on the bottomless package and this is definitely not true at sleepers.

We came with friends to experience the bottomless brunch as we'd always had excellent food in Sleepers and this day was no exception. My only complaint was that the staff weren't very quick at refilling the bottomless drinks. I've been to bottomless brunches before where the staff have been very quick to top you up - whether it's their way of encouraging 'responsible drinking' which totally contradicts the bottomless drink concept... I don't know. But I would expect more than 5 drinks in 90 mins particularly as there was such a long wait for the food, we could only drink!The bar was busy this particular day and perhaps there should have been more staff on but the waitress who seated us said she'd come and periodically remind us of how much time we had left....and she didn't. We only saw her twice and for table service, we thought that could have been better. I will continue to eat here as the food is lovely but I will try a bottomless brunch elsewhere.

Not been for a few years so decided it was time for a re-visit and again it did not let us down. Service was spot on and very friendly and the food was excellent. I had a Beef Wellington (not had one for years) and as the waitress said to me “I hope it won’t be a let-down” and it certainly wasn’t. My wife had the chicken & mushroom pie that was an ample portion and very tasty. Wont leave it so long to return next time.

Had the seabass with Thai green curry. Absolutely delicious. Superb food all round, catered for seven of us. Also good drink selection and feel to the place. Overall experience excellent

We visited the restaurant 24th Jan 8pm ........RETIREMENT bash ....... Due to there being 15 of us we did pre book our food before the evening which was a great idea. All food arrived together, on time and HOT !! Every single dish was superb presented well and very tasty.The service was amazing !! All members of staff who looked after us was friendly happy, smiley and smart a real credit to the restaurant. Had a fab evening. We keep coming here because it is a comfortable, relaxing and conveniently located establishment that offers good value and service. The main reason however is that the coffee is so good and the milk always piping hot. Once inside, we inevitably have a sweet although at this point, I have one minor gripe to make. I ordered a chocolate and meringue coronet with ice-cream. It looked delicious and after some time, tasted good but the coronet itself was still heavily frozen. An extra zap in the microwave would have helped. Once it had defrosted, it was most enjoyable.

We used to go to a similar restaurant in Beverley and got fed up of the no booking policy so decided to try Sleepers. We’ve now been back to Sleepers about five times since and have thoroughly enjoyed the food on every visit. The chips are amazing, also love the falafel and sea bass dishes. The staff are always great and helpful, I was recommended Gin Mare by the barman and it is now my favourite’go to’ drink! The only slight negative is the acoustics, it’s sometime difficult to hear.

This is the second time we’ve had a takeaway burger from Sleepers and once again we were not disappointed! The portions are huge and great value for money plus they’re absolutely delicious. The staff are very friendly and offered us a drink while we waited for the food to be ready for collection. We’ll definitely be back!

Myself and my wife, (and our daughter) often come here for a drink, as they are the only place in Beverley that sell Hop House 13 on draft, which is usually followed by garlic bread with cheese! First off, it isn’t just the bread we eat, although this is the reason we come in, it’s for the overall experience too. The food is amazing, the service is always friendly and the atmosphere is exactly what you need at anytime of the day! Totally recommend this place to anyone, especially if you like stroganoff, garlic bread and hop house 13! (The wife said if you get morretti we’ll never leave!!)

Went for Sunday lunch and was covered in gravy which was not edible. Staff did not check to see if everything was ok. At the end when they came to collect the plates I mentioned I couldn’t eat it as there was so much pepper and my plate showed this as I had only eaten a small amount. No apology or option for another meal. I was told they would let the chef know. No acknowledgement it happened as we paid Really disappointed.

We ate at in the restraunt, had chicken kebabs and the ranch burger and it was great grub and excellent value for money on the lunchtime menu. We enjoyed it so much we ordered the same as a take away the week after and it was just as good! Will dedifinitley be eating here again soon.

Just wanted to leave a little review to praise the customer service we received today - myself and my husband have been a fan of the restaurant for years, and decided to pop in for a bit of lunch where we were served quickly and efficiently by a very friendly waitress.

Arrived at 6pm and was about three quarters full but not excessively busy. Food ordered at 6.15 but took until 7.20 before it was brought to table and by this time the restaurant was nearly empty. Waitress said sorry for delay but offered no explanation why service had taken so long. Food was nice when it eventually came.

Went for lunch and was very impressed! Two meals and two drinks for £19, so very good value especially for the portions. Mushroom stroganoff was very creamy and tasty, but needs more rice with it. Fish and chips were lovely, the chips were huge yet delicious! Can’t wait to go back and try different dishes!

Having passed this place a good number of times, we thought we would try it out - especially having seen a notice advertising 2 meals for £14 weekdays.

Bottomless brunch includes unlimited drinks (Prosecco, pimms, aperol spritz, beer or cider) for and hour and a half and a main dish! The full English breakfast was delicious and the drinks were kept topped up. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We visited on a Thursday evening as a couple with our 2 month old baby in tow. We were made very welcome and the service was great. We sat on one of the sofas and there was plenty of room for his pram. We both ordered the halloumi burger and I honestly think it was the nicest I’ve had (and I’ve had a few halloumi burgers in my time!!). Just make sure you’re hungry because it’s huge!

Went for family birthday, table of eight. Staff lovely and attentive, nothing too much trouble. Told us the food may be delayed as it was busier than normal for a Thursday, but to be fair we didn't wait long and it was all scummy. Staff attentive to a couple of special orders. Family tea out on Wednesday - didn’t book but got a table. Great food - the burgers are particularly tasty. Only slight problem was the sausages for the kids meals were very “herby” Overall though a great meal 👍

We booked a table last Saturday and it’s a good job we did. Great atmosphere, very busy. I had a sleepers burger and it was amazing. My partner had a salad with added chicken and she said it was delicious. They do bottomless brunch what my partner also went to a few weeks back, always great when we visit. Will be back

We have recently moved to Beverley so this was our first visit, but it will certainly not be the last. We called for lunch today and really enjoyed it. The staff were really lovely and friendly and the food was excellent.
