Shocking service and waitress with an attitude. They have ruined my nans 80th birthday party. From attitude, to telling me to take a deep breath whilst I’m expressing my displeasure of the evening. Food kept arriving either in wrong order or dishes we have not ordered for us to witness the same food being delivered to the table next to us. Probably one of the worst restaurants experiences I’ve had to date. The most shocking fact is that the food wasn’t the worst part of the evening but the waitress attitude - complete lack of people’s skills.

Came here for my birthday yesterday and booked an afternoon tea which was so disappointing. Considering the amount I paid for the package, it was not value for money. The sandwiches were pretty flavourless and quantity of the food was lacking. One scone per person and 3 small sandwiches each with 4 mini desserts. I've been to many places and have had significantly more food served than here. An overall let down.

We visited before Craig David and had a fantastic meal. The food was delicious and freshly cooked. However, we were disappointed to see the cocktail menu reduced to just five options when it used to be much larger. When we queried this, we were told it depended on staff numbers vs number of customers, but our waiter was happy to make my partner’s preferred cocktail, which was a nice touch in our eyes. It was also great to see the service charge not sneakily added to the bill like our previous visit and we instructed them to remove as our waiter was horrendous and spoke terrible English! One piece of feedback—staff should know what a shandy is. On both visits, they got it wrong, and I had to refuse to pay for it which isnt good service!

It's a beautiful bar and restaurant, very "in fashion" and bustling on a Friday evening. I think the check in was slightly chaotic but we were seated fine in the restaurant section by the window and was a lot quieter which was nice as the music was very loud in the bar area for dinner so glad it was away from hustle and bustle. The meals although tasty and priced reasonably enough, I don't feel the quality of the menu reflected the restaurant. You would expect a higher food offering and thus a higher price in reality.... We shared a very basic garlic bread and a buttermilk chicken (excellent), and with both had burgers one chilli and one hunters chicken, both tasty... Fries were awful though and been through the frier many times which was obvious in their appearance with many smaller offcuts which were rock hard.... Opted for a dessert and our choice was a baked cheesecake which we both love, not this one though as it was frozen, I didn't understand how the cheesecake could be colder than the ice cream that complemented it.... We did say something but our comment was washed under the carpet without any acknowledgement whatsoever... In summary, a beautiful place with a basic menu and reasonable prices. Just would expect more from somewhere that looks and feels more premium. Cocktails were very nice though and had a good range of premium drinks.

Called ahead to ask about closing times and service. Everything seemed fine until we got there and the waiter asked for ID. I had my provisional license and my cousin had her uni badge and a picture of her passport. We told him we weren’t buying any alcohol but still said she needed physical ID. Even after I showed him mine and on the website it says a minor can be accompanied by an adult so it shouldn’t have mattered either way. Really unhelpful service and we weren’t told we needed ID on the website or on the phone.

This was a truly disappointing experience that was defined by unbelievably slow service (no matter how many “my lovely’s” you throw in, slow is slow) and lacklustre food. Having a dense menu with no direction is the main reason for this. Soup of the day was bland - it was unfortunately missing any of the expected flavour from a traditional leek and potato soup. The most flavour came from the sourdough bread. The halloumi sticks were crispy and well cooked but cold indicating they were sat on the overpass for a long time, which made sense as we were sat for 40mins waiting. Fish was either not fresh or not very well cooked - it dried up underneath all the batter and was not flaky. The accompanying chips were hot but needed refrying for texture. Burger was overcooked, it was dripping in oil - would be better if it was smashed and if the bun was actually a brioche bun. The worst was the creme brûlée which had not set well at all - the rum should have added a tangy taste but instead it made it gloopy and the caramelised sugar was not burnt enough. So so disappointing despite a lovely backdrop.

I was really looking forward to trying the food at this restaurant but was actually disappointed. Don't think it was worth the money. I ordered Harisa houmous that came out with no Harisa just oil. Tasted awful. Then I ordered the buttermilk chicken burger and that came out with no nacho cheese on it so I felt the burger tasted average. If they have ran out of stuff let customer know before they order. So for my first time visiting this restaurant I left disappointed. Staff were lovely though.

Mixed bag — staff were very friendly and nice but rarely checked on us at all. Drinks would take 15 minutes while the crew were gasbagging together behind the bar. Main courses were quite nice, appetisers very sad (and the garlic bread looked like it had been found in a drawer). The decor and view were not mindblowing but were nice, cosy and appreciated. 12.5% service charge although we had to get up twice to order drinks as no staff attending. The menu seems to have changed (Christmas maybe) with no ribs or steak in sight (could’ve kept these). We left through an empty dining room, passed right in front of two barstaff who were doing nothing and neither said thankyou and goodbye… So overall… If this place was tightened up it could be really great, but at the moment it’s half what it should be.

Our group of 20 spent over £3,000 during our time there, and while we were excited about the occasion, a few things left us disappointed: 1. The bar staff seemed unprofessional, spending more time chatting amongst themselves rather than attending to guests. 2. Despite our request to change some of the music, we were met with refusal, which felt dismissive considering the size of our group and the amount we spent. I booked a table here not too long ago and i was blown away to say the least. The service and atmosphere as soon as you walk in amazing. A lovely lady looked after us all night and made sure everything was all good for us. The food was nice, hit and fresh. I would highly recommend and I will be back. A strange experience indeed - visually its a very nice place but its combined with staff acting without any sort of urgency - how long does it normally take for anybody to come get your drinks order? 5minutes ? We have waited 30 and thats only after I've asked. The place wasn’t even busy. But okay, if that was it I wouldn’t have bothered writing the review but it happened again later on when our table placed an order for a side and beer and after 20minutes still didn’t get anything. The staff was polite and even gave us a discount after we have complained but I’d rather have a nice experience and pay the full price than be neglected with a smile and probably fake apologies. It seemed to me like there is a managerial issue.

Bar was loud and full of rowdy blokes, took 10mins to get served even though there was only 3 people in front of me. Restaurant area was a better atmosphere but they stuck 3 tables of 2 all next to each other even though there was other 2 people tables and the tables were rather close. The menu wasn’t as good as it was the last time we went. It use to be quite “swanky” but now it’s edged more towards pub grub. Although the bar service was bad as it took so long and also I got interrogated as to what drink I’d ordered because I went back to the bar and wanted a sprig of rosemary (I’d had a ginmare with a pink grapefruit and rosemary tonic) which made me feel like I had to wash it a take it back when my wife had finished her drink, the girl serving us the food was fantastic and I wanted to leave her my cash tip. I told her this before we asked for the bill but when it came to giving us the bill she told us that she couldn’t remove the 12.5% service charge. It says in the menu that it’s a discretional charge so how come it can’t be removed?? I didn’t like this as I thought she’d earned the tip and the others hadn’t and I didn’t want it shared. Shame really as I’ll more than likely not go there again now

Went here for afternoon tea. Service was very slow. Booked for 1.30pm. Took 30 minutes to get our drinks and a further 30 minutes for the food to arrive, but as we were a party of 16, by the time the last few guests got their food the rest of the party had finished eating. Took a further 20 minutes for the tea/coffee to arrive. Very poor quantity allotted per person. Not value for money.

Terrible experience given the bill was £250+ We were shown to our table and ordered drinks upon arrival; these took 35 minutes to arrive at our table and even then we were missing a mocktail - this was still included on the final bill. When asked where the mocktail was the waitress informed us ‘the berries were not up to standard and therefore the drink had not been sent to our table’. The waitress took another drinks order, which again had to be chased up, as these had not been received. When one of the cocktails that we had ordered arrived there was a large chip in the rim of the glass with sharp edges exposed. Our starters arrived, one starter was missing. We again raised this but the rest of the party had finished their starter before the missing starter had arrived. When it arrived it was cold and therefore sent back. Our meals arrived, again, the order was wrong despite this having been checked by the waitress prior. We also had no cutlery and we were told it would be a few minutes before it was ready. I was provided with cutlery that was intended to be used with a starter to eat my fillet steak. We didn’t dare to order desserts given we had waited so long for drinks and the correct food to be received. Overall a very disappointing experience and terrible service given the restaurant wasn’t even busy. I would not return. It appears to be all style and no substance.

The restaurant I recently visited gave me an unforgettable experience. From the moment I entered, I was attracted by its warm and pleasant atmosphere. The modern yet classic decor created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where I could easily spend hours. The food was really great. I ordered a plate of mushroom risotto, which tasted amazing. The well-cooked food gave a special taste to the food. Also, the cheesecake I had at the end was too delicious to pass up. The waiters were also very professional and kind. They were meticulous and on the way every time I needed help. Their positive attitude and hospitality made me feel at home. All in all, this restaurant combines delicious food, excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere, making for a unique experience for anyone looking to enjoy a meal. Poor experience overall. Had to call and speak to 3 people to get booked in - apparently can’t book in without 24hr notice, only to then be told it’s ok as it’s quiet - annoying start, got worse, upon arrival, was seated in the wrong area apparently so moved, staff seemed like they were untrained, unable to serve without needing to go ask or check literally on everything, poor service, couldn’t swap a basic sandwich because ‘it’s the rule’ no check backs were done, and a pretty mediocre attempt at afternoon tea nothing had any taste just felt like school pack lunch for a 10 year old. Big thumbs down!

No acknowledgement or apology for the wait time, when we asked after 35 minutes how long it would be we had a curt and not non-commital response. The only member of staff who bothered to check on us and ask if we wanted drinks was the waitress who's first shift it was. We went to the bar to get drinks and bring them back to our table. Would not recommend unless you have 4 hours to kill.

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding an incident that occurred at your establishment recently. My colleagues and I were wrongfully kicked out for a supposed racist comment that was never made. We had just finished our shift at a restaurant in the airport and decided to unwind at your venue. There were five of us: two Romanian men, a Chinese man, a Polish man, and an English man. We had only been there for about an hour and had just two drinks each. Throughout our time there, we were respectful, quiet, and simply looking to relax after a long day’s work. To our utter shock, security approached our table and informed us that a staff member alleged we had made a racist remark. This accusation is completely unfounded and untrue. We are all professionals in the hospitality industry, and we have immense respect for the staff and the environment you provide. The idea that we would engage in any form of racism is appalling and simply does not align with our values. We are left in complete confusion about this matter. I would like to request access to the security footage from the time we were there, as it would undoubtedly prove our innocence. We are not the type of individuals to cause trouble or disrespect anyone in the service industry. Please address this issue promptly, as it has caused us significant distress and has tarnished our experience at your venue.

Went there looking for brunch / breakfast, as all other restaurants were closed on a Saturday morning, which is quite strange in itself. Unfortunately we arrived after Sky Bar stopped serving breakfast and before they started serving lunch. We were still able to order an oat mocha, a breakfast tea and two muffins. Our very unenthusiastic waiter informed us he wasn't sure of the feasibility of making a mocha with alternative milk but that he'll try something with the machine. He also wasn't sure whether there were muffins left and ingredients in the muffins. We ended up with muffins reheated in the microwave and an undrinkable mocha we left on the table. We weren't impressed by the service or the place, although the view was nice. It just doesn't inspire much confidence that staff at a café /restaurant in 2024 don't know about potential allergens in their food or how to make a non-dairy version of a simple beverage. Will definitely not come back.

I recently visited the Sky Bar at Birmingham Resorts World after booking a voucher for afternoon tea with bottomless brunch via their website. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations, especially considering the £110 price tag. On arrival, the staff seemed disorganised, and we waited far too long to receive our first drink. We were only given a small handwritten note with five cocktail options, which was frustrating given we had to look through a large cocktail menu, only to find most drinks weren’t available to us. After checking the terms and conditions, it turns out there were actually more drink options, but it was clear the staff had no idea. It seems like they’re marketing a bottomless brunch but haven’t sorted out the setup properly. To top it off, when I tried to order a pint instead of an expensive cocktail at the end of our visit, they refused. The price difference between a cocktail and a pint is significant, and the fact that they wouldn’t allow this is beyond me. For the price, I expected much better service and a greater variety of drinks. To compare, we also went to Las Iguanas in the same location, where their bottomless brunch is much cheaper, with a wide range of cocktails and excellent service. Overall, the experience at Sky Bar was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Not worth the money.

I went many years ago and had a great experience. Went back last week and firstly I was really disappointed at the lack of vegetarian friendly options. They used to do a lovely banana blossom vegan fish but that’s disappeared from the menu. The current options are basic and thoughtless, nothing special at all. The most important thing to note is that this place is NOT ALLERGEN SAFE. I disclosed to them that I had an egg allergy. I also checked with the server multiple times about what was safe for me to eat and what wasn’t. After giving me false information that the vegan options are cooked separately, I received a side that was labelled vegan but tasted of fish. After much investigation, it seemed that the vegan cauliflower had accidentally been cooked with fish. Firstly, it’s illegal to label things vegan if they’re cooked with non vegan items and secondly, this is a major allergen concern. I ended up cancelling my main meal due to no longer trusting the restaurant and still left with an allergic reaction. The atmosphere is nice but honestly it’s absolutely not worth the risk for anyone that has any sort of allergy. Was compensated by having a few things taken off the bill but unfortunately it wasn’t good enough.

We have been here many times in the past and enjoyed the upscale dining and the food definitely reflected that. They used to have very delicious and hearty dishes and you could get a fancy meal for a reasonable price. It used to be a place to dress up and have a really nice meal. Now they've swapped their entire menu and vibe for some weird upscale pub food with no dress code and just overall no destinct vibe. I'm not sure why they've done this as the food quality just isn't what it used to be and its no longer a nice place to have a meal. I've tried the ramen and it lacked flavour and the meat was just full of fat. I tried the Ruben sandwich and it was tiny and the bread was hard. The staff are no where near as attentive as it was run before, still kind and get you your food and what not but not very organised, ended up waiting in a near empty restaurant at lunch for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to come to our table at the end of our meal, had to get up and find someone who wasn't our waiter to ask for the bill. Honestly such a huge downgrade if you've been in the past wouldn't even recommend anymore. It's unfortunate because i really used to love this place and would recommend it to so many people. The price and quality do not match up.

Beautiful place. Food was good. But it took too long to order food and drinks. Potentially because it was very busy. Although one of the staff members was nice and took us to the garden area for few pictures for our Hendo The cocktails were cute!! Not many nonalcoholic mocktails though but tasty!

Great restaurant and food, service was good. But could’ve made a little more effort with the birthday. Most restaurants teams sing and bring out your cake just to make it a little special. They did it, but without any emotion in it. Maybe it was just an off day.

First time visiting, lovely meal but gave up on being served at the bar, queuing was meaningless as people stood by the till and not waiting behind anyone else got served before you. Twice. EDIT: Im changing the service from 3 to 4... Reason being that after I'd posted the view I'd realised my glasses were missing - random staff joined in trying to find them for me, kind and helpful too. So my thoughts on being served at the bar remains the same but I certainly would recommend coming here, It is a nice place, nice vibes. GOOD STAFF👍

Lovely bar and menu for drinks and food. Cocktail selection has a wide range. I wouldn't take much notice of the dress code online though as there was people dressed in tracksuits and trainers which is annoying as they made out online the dress code is strictly no sports wear.. The view is ok but nothing special

awful experience here, visited on monday. no atmosphere at all, annoyingly repetitive music. one of the waiters dropped my partners drink all over our table. said he’d clean it up, proceeded to put a tissue on a small area and my boyfriend was left to clean the rest up himself…didn’t offer a replacement. while a new drink isn’t necessary, if this happened anywhere else i’d guarantee it would have been dealt with a lot better as we had wasted our money. also failed to mention the burger came with fries already and we had ordered them separately. i understand it says on the menu, but they could have said something. just seemed quite money hungry and it really ruined the experience. also, the view of the river is beautiful, however we were moved to a seat with a way worse view on the other side of the building. food was mediocre. whilst we had four portions of fries, all of them were cold. would not recommend you go here. had family members want to visit this restaurant, though they will be steering clear now.

We arrived a few minutes early, our server was amazing, he offered us seats in the secret garden of free, even though it is usually £200 to book that area. Service was fast and friendly, another staff member came over just to compliment our perfume. I had to jerk sea bass, it was nice, cooked well, but it had no jerk flavour. The cocktails were amazing, the lavender honey bee was so refreshing, not too sweet or strong, would definitely recommend it.

On the whole it was a nice experience, staff and very friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the afternoon tea nice and fresh. If traveling by car l wish l had checked with Sky Bar & Restaurant before hand as some car parks in that complex can be expensive.

I hate to be a karen but partner took me here for my birthday meal and while the food was nice, the service was shocking. Despite booking in advance, we were told we weren’t allowed to have a window seat (at a rooftop bar) as they were already taken, despite the free tables we could see… never being filled the entire time we were there. Our waitress dumped our bottle of wine on the table and told us she would open it after speaking to another table first. But she never came back. Food was rushed and main came out straight after starters, which was way too soon for us. They said happy birthday but brought out sparklers and a free dessert for the table next to us, and nothing for me. Lovely food but really disappointing to be treated like we weren’t important customers, despite spending £70+ per person. Would recommend for drinks only, cocktails are fun.

Whilst the aesthetics of the place are pleasing, the restaurants best feature is that it's a Sky Bar. The food menu isn't vast, and the food is actually quite basic, however it was well made and we enjoyed it. The service on the other hand has room for improvement. After our main course, we were offered a dessert menu to which we said yes... but it was never brought to us. As such, we just paid up and left without dessert. The service staff seemed a bit frantic with how busy it was... which should have been anticipated given that there was a big artist performing at Resorts World

Went here for my 21st birthday, the service was amazing wasn’t a long wait at all for food.We had dinner in the secret garden pods and we never regretted it! It was truly such an amazing meal. The atmosphere was really a chilled vibe which I was going for, perfect if you just want a chilled one.

We chose this restaurant as it was near to the arena where we were attending a concert. Booked on line all good, menu options looked good, food was OK when we got it, 1 1/2 hours after arriving. Really disappointed. I did feel sorry for the waiting staff whose only response to our query was they were really busy? Sadly we won't be going back

Came for lunch with a friend and everything that could have gone wrong - did. No one greeted us on entry, we walked in and were then advised the kitchen doesn't open for another 15 minutes - which we were fine with and asked to order a drink while we wait for the restaurant to open. For some strange reason they asked for my friend's card to open a drinks tab, even though we explicitly said we are waiting for a table. Not an issue, just strange. Another table of two ladies arrived before opening time after us, who also had not booked - however they were shown straight to the restaurant and had their orders taken, while we were not approached at all, we were still sitting and waiting for someone to seat us. As this was all still before opening time, we were very confused about the diversity in service. We had to ask a waitress if it was possible to sit down and order some food - very strange. We then ordered food - the calamari and humous were bearable, however the half "roasted" chicken was an absolute shambles. Tasteless, it definitely did not taste fresh either - seemed like yesterday's roast was being served for lunch today - abysmal. My friend's nachos were awful and the poor girl was trying to eat them anyway not to cause any fuss, but we were at our boiling point at that point, so we had to say something. The waitress approached the table and I sent the chicken back, a minute later my friend sent her food back and informed the waitress the food was inedible and we really did not want to pay for it. To make matters worse, there were dirty salt and pepper shakers on all tables we could see near us. Covered with what looked like other guests dirty hand prints/food leftovers. Me and my friend are both running restaurants for 15+ years so at this point we would have expected a manager to approach us - even if as a courtesy. Instead - we were both ignored after this point; the waitress was walking past us not making eye contact and the manager never looked in our direction - so we had no clue if the waitress had approached the manager with our complaints, as no one came back to our table to let us know. We eventually asked for the bill - we were happy to find that at least the manager had taken off all of the food, which we appreciated - but it definitely seemed strange he never approached our table to apologise or to understand what had gone wrong. It seemed like the staff were bent on ignoring the customers, they seemed fed up and like they did not want any guests in the restaurant at all. Sorry we ruined your day guys. We learned our lesson and will not be back.

Sorry to say we had a meal hear yesterday. Table was prebooked for 12 people. Food was not great but the biggest issue was the time it took to get our starters and again, the wait from having our starters plates collected to receiving the main courses was agonising! I was the last to receive my main a few minutes after the rest of the table, even though I had ordered the same as a couple of the others in our group. When I did arrive I told the server I had ordered my lamb kebab with rice not chips. He stormed off to return with the cup of chips still on the plate and what looked like a spoon full of rice slung angrily over half the plate. Sorry but not a good experience.

Booking: Such a hard time to book when you have a voucher. T&C's say you must book via phone if you have a voucher, when I called up to book a week before, someone said I have to call 24 hours before hand - never heard of this before, usually the earlier you book, the better. Also they said a particular time was fully booked, how is this possible when they stated you must wait 24 hours before hand? I asked what if it gets fully booked, and the lady on reception stated 'then we are fully booked.' I also tried to contact the restaurant on Instagram who never got back to me about booking me in. Food: Rather disappointing. I guess thats why the afternoon tea was on offer. The voucher was more expensive than the offer that was on, so I would have expected good quality, fresh food. We only got 1 scone p/p, the cucumber in the sandwiches was soggy and not fresh, and the bread was stale/dry, which had obviously been made a while ago/had been left out. Restaurant service: General service was okay, the restaurant was accommodating and made a fresh sandwich for my niece. Nice views, I have been before, but it appears the quality of the food/booking staff have gone downhill, I would not come back.

First time dining here. Food was average. Service was fine till we got to desserts and they got it wrong which was ok but didn’t bring the one we ordered at all- I had to ask and the waiter said that we sent it back- I then tried to say it was the wrong one that they fetched out and as I was trying to explain above the music he told me not to shout!!! Which upset me a bit as I was only trying to explain. Well that did it for me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone now- sorry

Really disappointed literally received a starter after 10 mins ,, and then left for over an hour before main course and then another 45 mins for 2 scoops off ice cream… Burger came with 30% off the produce missing and hard and dry. Told the staff zero care they just wasn’t bothered. Seriously go 5 guys or miller n carter or Nando’s or Zizzi far far better quality and care.

We recently dined at The Sky Bar. We loved the location & the atmosphere. However, the food did not live up to the standard that you would expect from such an exclusive setting. The staff were amazing but there were not enough staff working to provide the service level that you would expect to receive from this style of venue. Saying that, the staff were amazing given the circumstances surrounding the poor quality food that was initially provided. It was such a shame that our experience was marred by quality the food. Would we go again, yes certainly for drinks & the atmosphere, but definitely not for dining.

I booked this as a treat for my mom for Mother's day but was totally disappointed food was poor I've been to quite a few afternoon teas and this is one of the worst I've been too atmosphere there wasnt any staff seemed as if they didn't want to be there and the food was a real disappointment I expected a lot more from the sky bar as I have had drinks here and I have stayed at the hotel and had the breakfast which was good so this was a real disappointment I will not be returning also the waitress when clearing the table she dropped the mousse it went everywhere but instead of clearing it up she just left and we had to clean it up ourselves totally unexceptable

We visited the SkyBar yesterday before the boxing and had a 2 hour slot from 6-8pm. The starters arrived around 6.30pm which were average and then the mains was a nightmare!!! After 4 requests we finally got served at 7.30pm and the food was disgusting to say the least. The chicken appeared pink and was tasteless. The service was shocking and totally useless. I wanted to be out by 7.30pm so we did not miss the 8pm fight, and had to rush out of the restaurant with my guest grabbing the fries ! This restaurant is totally unacceptable and really poor, and really needs to shake up the food and service quality. Will certainly not be visiting this place again.

Booked afternoon tea with family. Waited over an hour for afternoon tea the table wasn’t set when we came in even though we pre- booked, paid deposits and pre-ordered our meals. Had to keep asking for things. Like spoons for the tea and coffee. When we did ask it took them a while to bring them. Didn’t seem that busy when we got there. When we asked how much longer as we already waiting over hour we got a blank look, it then came anyway. Overall didn’t enjoy the experience and won’t be going again. Considering we pre ordered I don’t see why we had to wait so long. Also i paid deposits and confirmed our booking & attendance don’t see why the table wasn’t ready. There were people that got there after us and got serviced and their food a lot quicker.

I called to ask if the restaurant was open to the general public as Google advised the restaurant is open 24hours in which I was informed it infact closes at 10:30pm!!

The hotel’s location was superb and the breakfast buffet was incredible and the supervisor Sudha and the girl in the buffet Smriti were very helpful and hardworking! Thank you for making my child happy by serving her chocolate.

I was very disappointed yesterday as I went to the bar to complain about a drink. One of the managers.a young lady who l heard she lives upstairs, she very very rude and told me if I don’t like the beer I should leave cause she didn’t call me to this pub ,I’ve been coming there for years as l live in the village , never been spoken to like that, she bang the drink on the table and told me she could not do anything about it, all I wanted was a drink that was not flat poured by her. This was around seven in the evening., l was talking to another customer who told me she was rude to him too and wasn’t coming back , and told me live upstairs on the premises , I definitely will not be coming back me and my family , I was ashamed. This is how customer service is ,been coming for years and all the staff there are amazing alway happy to help
