One of the tastiest burgers I've ever eaten.

Wish I could give a lower score. Taking away everything that goes against a certain religion and no longer catering for those of us who don't or won't follow a halal diet. As such, I can no longer eat at this premises. Shocking decision which I hope backfires massively.

Travelled from Coventry for an event at the NEC and stopped here for a quick bite. I’m usually not one for reviews but the food here was just so good I felt compelled to leave praise! The waiting time was fantastic too considering how busy they were - special thanks to Ava who was absolutely brilliant and ever so polite! She is a real credit to your team!!!

What’s very strange about this five guys is that it had the worst quality food and yet the highest prices of any five guys 12.50 for a Bacon Cheeseburger that for some reason wasn’t hot like the cheese was still not melted betime it got to the table 😱. And the chips were under cooked. I get it. It’s really busy when a show is on at the arena but you can’t be charging people a premium because of its location for sub par food! No matter how busy it is.

Henry is the main man, conscientious, excellent customer service and very welcoming, He is a credit to the five guys team!

The best place amongst all the five guys really, the quantity of my god no one can beat this in quantities also the taste is really so great. Trust me we atleast Go there twice in month or even more coz the taste and the quantity is really good no one can beat it . Thanks

Very regular place. Food ok (burger, fries), but also nothing spectacular. Fries with too much salt.

The worst meal i've ever had!!!

so i came here twice today DON'T YOU JUDGE ME at 10am DON'T YOU DARE JUDGE ME and 9pm and the staff both times in vastly different situations were courteous, kind, friendly (shout out to justin and oliver), and understanding of my autistic ass (and of customers whose number had been called again and again by which time i would have lost my smile). it's also likely - only time 5 guys can claim this - the cheapest burger on site and delicious! just... so good!

I visited this branch I believe 29th November. I was with my son who is 4 and on the pathway to being diagnosed as autistic/adhd and my friend. We only visited to get a couple of milkshakes just to have a sit down and a catch up. I could only really afford one milkshake so I ordered a strawberry as I knew that’s the only one my son would drink. The guy who served us overheard me telling my friend how much I liked the biscoff shake but I couldn’t order it as I knew my son wouldn’t even entertain the idea of trying it. To my surprise when my order number was called, the server handed me two cups, he explained he overheard me and told me he had made a biscoff shake for me and made just a small amount of the strawberry shake for my son. I was absolutely gobsmacked at this lovely and thoughtful gesture. I thanked the colleague and was honestly almost in tears about how nice it was. I didn’t get the guys name but he was probably in his early 20’s. He is an absolute credit to the store and because of him I would 100% recommend this site to others. Of course it goes without saying that the milkshakes were delicious ☺️

Five guys is a brilliant fast food chain. You can choose as many fillings in your burger as you like, and the burgers are the best tasting and most filling fast food burgers out there. The fries are normally quite good, you get different potatoes each time, and they tell you where the potatoes are from The shakes are incredibly good.

Holy heckin' heck the prices. But the food is amazing. The fries were far better than I thought they'd be. Ended up being my favourite part! Certainly not a bad choice as a one off. But a bit pricey! So only really recommend as a treat/"I don't know where to go let's just go there" kind of meal like I did. Not sure why ordering online only lets you buy a refillable drink when you're ordering *take away* however. A bit annoying. Paying for something you won't be able to use.

I ordered one little fries and they let me wait for almost 15 minutes even that I clearly saw that they have the fries ready!

Absolutely awful meal at Five Guys Resorts World today. I’m convinced the fries were pre cooked. They were soggy and not really hot. I definitely know that a significant number had black marks on them as though they had been made from discoloured potatoes. My husband felt his burger was smaller than previous visits. What a shame. I used to rave about this place but I won’t be returning. The prices were worth it when the food was excellent but I won’t be paying those prices for the food to go in the bin as it’s inedible.

Jaykumar and aaron were very welcoming and nice.honestly really do recommend they helped me pick which food i wanted and they made it easier for me. Really good workers

The milkshake machine is broken? What all of your multiple blenders broke all at the same time??? God I hate lies.

I had a really poor experience here after ordering a burger and fries. I waited about 15 minutes (no orders before me and quite) to receive my order and when I got it the bun and cheese were stone cold. I complained and got a refund after being told I wait have to wait a further 8 minutes. I kept the fries but were too salty to eat. The prices are expensive and the staff must have know the food was cold. Just couldn’t be bother to do it properly. I left and complained to their customer service portal, had an acknowledgment email and never heard anything again. Won’t be visiting five guys again.

Typical fast food place, simple and linear. Possibility of being able to build your own sandwich by deciding what to put and in what quantity, which I appreciated very much. Many varieties of chips and interesting spices. Tables not exactly clean, in fact I had to move waste from previous customers. Service a little slow, not ideal when you're in a rush, but worth it. Space bacon burger. The place also stands out for the free refill of any drink. Advised.

Food is always good here, but there is definitely a capacity issue, often there isn't enough seating, or you can only order food to go as people often end up queuing out the door here.

I went in on the 30/03/24 and ordered a vegatarian burger with cheese as i dont eat meat. I have always appreciated 5 guys putting a non meat option on the menu, even if it is a little overpriced for what it is. The burger arrived and as i took a bite i straight away new something was wrong, they had put a beef burger inside that had been obscrued by the melted cheese. I emptied my mouth and told the manager. It seemed like the staff all found it funny as they looked for who was to blame. The manager said sorry and made me what i asked for within 10 minutes. Honestly, a sorry wasnt good enough. You may not care that i dont want to eat an animal but if it was an allergy issue it would have been much more serious. The casual "sorry" just wasnt enough for me and i wont be using 5 guys again. Really sad to see the way staffing and customer care are handled in resort world Birmingham.

I have genuinely seen food in the bin that looks better than this. 5 guys is utter garbage. 1st and last time I eat this overpriced landfill. Bacon cheese dog with burnt bacon and no cheese!!

We visited twice throughout the day. Once for us and later for our little one. There was a cheer comp today and we were at that. The team here absolutely knocked it out of the park. They were non-stop all day and stayed friendly and quick. Really amazing job!

Great tasting food but the grilled cheese is so small and bland for the money you pay for it but the double cheeseburger was delicious.

Very busy outlet, good staff well organised and efficient, it's expensive £60 for 4 burgers, 1 fries and drink with one milkshake but that's standard for the chain.

Well, what can I say, beautiful burgers, as always, great food.

The guys that served us yesterday were the most polite, generous and obliging. It was refreshing to go into a fast food chain and to be treated the way we were. Thanks for a great experience of Five Guys, you all deserve a pay rise.

Went with friend for just quick bite. After paying for burger had a hope it will come out good quality. It turned out to be the opposite. It’s very poor quality and poor presentation. McDonald’s is million times better than them. Never again

Went on Tuesday was brilliant service. A man named Aaron serviced us, very friendly and patient with our order, especially as 2 of us had not been before. He even helped us decide giving his opinion. Quick Service and a man that I believe was named Ollie with a smile handed our food without needing to use the number. They also explained to us the numbers for the burgers before giving us the food which was very helpful. Would recommend 👌

Food was good, nothing superbly out of the ordinary, but the staff were very nice

Nothing special. I won't say it is bad, but the foods (hot dog, burger & fries) we ordered are not good enough to give a credit. No expectation for fast food cafe.

Just wanted to go in for a quick milkshake so minimal hassle as possible soon as I walked through the door got told “no no no not happening turn around” in a deep voice so everyone in the shop could hear by a male member of staff in a black top which considering everyone else wears red gives me impression he is a manager. Nice place for food and drink usually but shame it was ruined by a rude member of staff. I didn’t know it was closed doors was open people in there eating all he had to say was no sorry we are closed. Won’t be returning

Got my order wrong twice no apology and nonchalant attitude. Didn't even offer a discount or viucher . Overpriced Burger in my opinion Wasn't busy bit took ages to get the order right .

I usually love five guys, however food at this restaurant wasn’t fresh. Both me and my partner were sick after having food there. If you charge that much for a burger better not use tinned mushrooms. Vegetarian sandwich was tastless and ridiculously overpriced. Tables were clean and staff was nice.

Different kins of fast food, had a veg sandwich because there is no Vegan , chips have skins on

Im putting 3 star's for this place as i have never eaten here but my son as aged 11 year's has he liked it i must say the burger was nice but the prices for the food is so expensive ya need to sale ya house for the burger. by defo is 8-9 pounds never mind the chips they are extra you will pay about 5 pounds so if you make up a meal yourself you will need £15-£20 pp

Was very busy so tables were being used before they were cleaned but the food and staff were lovely!

Disappointed. We always eat Five Guys abroad and it’s never disappointing but this visit was not worth it. Dry burger and french fries very soggy and cold that we couldn’t eat. Unfortunately not coming back

I wish I'd taken the name of the chap that served us because he was lush! Popped in just for a milkshake and he was so lovely and helpful. I really rate good customer service and he's such a credit to the store. (If it helps it was Monday 14th evening). Anyway staff always great here and food always lush! Thanks Five Guys 🥰🥰

ARRON IS INCREDIBLE Five guys resorts world is the best. Arron was so attentive and helpful. He heard us speaking about forgetting pickles and turned up at our table with a small bowl for us to share. The food was incredible and freshly prepared. He was happy to have a chat and answer some questions we had. Will be returning just to see Arron. credit to this place!!!

Should be called "5 Lies" - worst veg option ever which was made even more gross by the fact it was cold and almost inedible, however I was told it had just been made? Fries were burnt but I was told they are served "rustic", order was late but was told it was in the queue even though 2 order numbers after mine were called out?. I've been to other branches and had a meat burger and fries, so I definitely know the fries don't usually come like that, plus the guy sitting next to us didn't seem to have fries that resembled ours (dark and dry) - either way, will not be visiting here again; at that price point I would expect somthing better guys 😔

Frustrating having to wait over 40 mins hour for a large fries…restaurant was empty other large order were prioritised. Had to chase up where our order was, was told that they had “forgotten our order” manager was kind enough to refund our full order, more than double of portion on our order and give us a gift card for a free meal. Thank you for your kindness

Great Five Guys. Friendly staff, clean and good quality food. This Five Guys have been great for a quick bite to eat before doing anything around the area (gigs, cinema etc).

Only popped in to get a vanilla milkshake, best one I've had in years. Fast and friendly service, very clean. Would definitely go again, even though I didn't have any food, what I saw looked very good.

My son has a lot of allergies Liam could not have been more kind and helpful my son has autism and when got upset that he could not have what hen wanted due to allergies but Liam went above and beyond to ensure he left happy. THANK YOU LIAM

Everything you would expect from a 5 Guys if you have eaten at one before. If not then join the revolution, there is no going back after one of these!

Good service and great food. Never too busy on a weekday which makes it a great place to visit. Portion sizes are great for the price - we shared a small fries between us and it was more than enough.

There was a concert on in the evening, therefore it was a lot busier than usual but fair play to the staff trying to keep on top of the supply and keeping the dining area, clean and not having the bins overflowing. Only negative was the dozen boxes of peanut oil stacked near the entrance

Great taste & plenty, down side if you have the normal Fry's there's way too much salt put on them for my liking so I'll be asking for less or none at all, for those who have a NUT ALLERGY be aware as it's product is cooked in Nut Oil !!! I was only aware of this due to boxes of cooking oil on the floor while waiting for my order.... I then looked for any warning signs which there was one on the wall where you qué up to be served... Would I have noticed this if I suffered with a nut allergy... I'm not so sure so better sighing I'd say & for the staff to ask I would think.. this is the second time to this fast food restaurant... Would I return... Yes 🙂 nearly forgot the variants on how you have your Cola drinks is great... This time I had a lemon Cola 👍🏻

Absolutely worst ever ..Placed an order stood in que for 30 mins watching every one getting served but me ... when questioned I was told order had been forgot..when it finally arrived the toasted cheese sandwich was so small and soggy ..The hot dog was small , the server gave me extra chips to compensate and they were literally thrown in the bag ... Not worth the money was so dissapointed..won't ever use again !!!

Haven't had one for a while but wasn't disappointed. Loads of fries thrown in 🍟🍟🍟 . Burger was really good and delicious with all the trimmings 😆😆😆
