Sky 9 in Brent

My experience at Sky Bar 9 was excellent. The place was lovely and the terrace had a nice view. Our servers, Alessandro and Javine were amazing and very professional. Overall, great experience. Would highly recommend.

I like nice ambience and I usually have to go to central London to find that. I had this feeling in Sky Bar 9. I felt for a while that I was either somewhere in London City or even on holidays. Good drinks, nice atmosphere and professional staff. One very descent place in Wembley area.

got a free voucher for staying at the Hilton, and probably wouldn’t have gone otherwise. nice view of Wembley Park from the roof bar, but prices were high and very limited drinks choice.

Very expensive, more than five pounds for capucino, good inerior, i had to try starters, was ok, tv screen for sports funs

Great location for Wembley Stadium and a nice view from the terrace but service let it down and I know London is expensive but £12 for a 500ml cider is very steep! The queues were long because an event was on but I think more staff needed for days like this.

Avoid at all cost. The service is dreadfully horrible when dealing with customers in a deplorable way. It is especially horrendous to refuse to accommodate one more family member at the wedding party of six people at a table, this could be done easily considering the table size. Is it run by a manager with narcissistic personality?

We visited yesterday before Sam Fender concert. We don’t mind paying for quality but this is far from that. Staff were amateurish. Tried to book online for weeks before our visit but was unable to as it said they work on first come first serve basis. We arrived to see all tables with views were reserved. I asked the lady who walked around with the clipboard who tried to turn us away why tables were showing as reserved when you don’t have the option to actually book online and her response was “they must have booked before and we closed the option to book” We ordered food that all came out cold. For a Hilton Hotel it’s absolutely shocking. The service was terrible and we won’t be returning.

Lovely place and bar but don't order the food, absolutely horrendous. The steak was dry and hard, and my wife had the burger which was also dry and very hard, it was difficult to even cut it. The taste was horrible. We were told the menu has changed, it was much better last year, but nothing to do with the menu when the food was not cooked right, and on top of it not cheap.

Was told on the Friday they didn’t do cocktails by a waiter. Then he went and served someone else with exactly that. Waited ages to be served . The next day the girl serving really did t want to be there, I asked her 3 times for the menu only to be told to scan the code, even though I’d already said I couldn’t do it. Very loud music so we decided to leave and eat elsewhere as we couldn’t hear ourselves talk to each other. We came back again later and the loud music was still going on so we left and took our custom elsewhere. It could be a wonderful place to dine and drink but it really was catering for youngsters and not for guests of the hotel.

Sky Bar/Restaurant is not the best way to name this place. It’s actually a rooftop bar that has a menu with 9 items. The food was good burgers and pizza but we arrived with no tables reserved (even though we had booked a table indoors and arrived on time) and was told outside was only available. It was cold outside and we were told to stand and wait if we wanted a inside table. 2 other people were eating inside the rest just drinking henceforth why this is wrong advertising to call it a bar and restaurant. For £50 for two burgers and 2 drinks (1 chicken burger and 1 beef burger. 1 pint Stella and 1 bud light) I expected more. It was booked as a treat experience expecting to get a bit of wow with Hilton and there was nothing wow about it. Totally let down. Also they tell you to park free when we validated our parking at check in they said it’s sorted only to be charged £5.50 for 1hr 45mins. Totally not worth the money and totally let down by Hilton.

Sky bar is in the Hilton Hotel Wembley. There is inside seating as well as on the terrace. The terrace view is nice but unfortunately, the flat buildings obscure the view of the Wembley arch. Had a pleasant time. Food was nice. Service was polite and helpful - thank you to Simon and Alberto for your assistance, answering questions about the menu and taking pics of us :)

We really enjoyed the band(Barbees) They had good energy and performance and we had a really nice time!the view was beautiful too!

great roof bar not great view though, service was very good and nicely mixed drinks, but live duet came on and were far to loud so left

엄청나게 팬시한 곳은 아니었으나 그럭 저럭 마음에 들었다. 좀 더 화려한 인테리어였으면 좋았을 것 같다는 아쉬움이 드는 곳이었음.

nice bar with good selection of drinks, went there with my friends and had a good time. The band...I believe was the Barbees... the lovely music really set the tone for the night would recommend going there if only just for the music

I understand that at Wembley on the night of a concert Sky Bar 9 will be busy, but the staff do nothing to help move queues along! The bar is a free for all and staff will just go to whoever shouts loudest (as someone brought up with manners this, unfortunately, was not me!). In similar bars the staff at least try and take a quick mental note of who is standing there so they don’t miss people.When finally getting to the front of the queue it’s clear to see why it moves so slow! The staff are not in a rush to do anything. At this point I’m still trying to be hopeful and think that perhaps it’s because they are making some good quality cocktails. Alas that wasn’t the reason! The pina colada I had was the worst I’d ever tried (and its my favourite drink), so much so I quit after a quarter of the glass. We then left and decided to find somewhere a bit more upmarket to drink and socialise. Cleanliness was ok, but not perfect in the bar area and toilet. Again, I realise this is hard when a place is so busy, but other establishments manage it fine.

Visited this bar before going to Wembley to see Fleetwood Mac. It was very nice. Drinks reasonably priced. Didn’t eat there but the food certainly looked nice. Pleasant door men.

This place has a lot of potential but the service is so slowwww. Standing in queues 9 people deep. It's a concert day,but then wouldn't somewhere like this be prepared for such days?

I loved the bar and had a lovely evening with my boyfriend! The band was lovely and the singer has an amazingly voice! Truly recommend for any time of ambience you are looking for!

Great spot for drinks, relaxing, view of area, comfortable seating. Does have a small menu, but check first as could be closed for private functions.

On New Year’s Eve me and my friends decided to go to ‘Sky Bar’ to spend our evening there. It was one of the best and memorable nights for sure! The music was amazing as well as the environment, as it felt very social and relaxed. As for the musicians, they were the highlight who made the night what it was. ‘The Barbees’ were great at involving the audience as well as entertaining and interacting with them throughout the night. Would definetly visit again and recommend to everyone’s wish list. Don’t miss out!

After a football game we went at sky bar for a drink. Even though it was full and there was a service shortage, we had a very good time because of the band playing. With just a guitar they made us have a wonderful time. So talented! A sure revisit when we get back to London!

A great bar with excellent view and a very creative (and extremely well-prepared) range of cocktails. The staff members were very polite and helpful, and they even made custom "mocktails" for our designated driver (off-menu!). They recently introduced a house band of two very talented young performers, called "The BarBees", who were extremely lively and entertaining! They made our evening fantastic! Will definitely visit again!

We did not stay here but came over early for a show at Wembley Arena on a Sunday afternoon. The skybar was advertised on the website as being open to 5. We turned up and it was shut! Apparently it was opening at 5. We decided to go to the other bar on the 3rd floor. We ordered a bottle of red and two shorts at the bar as there was no table service. We paid the £55 odd bill and sat down. I went back to the bar 30 minutes later and ordered a couple more drinks, as neither time I was given a bill, I did notice from their till receipt that a 10% service charge had been added. I queried this and was told it was not discretionary and if I did not like it to complain to the management. I am a Honors member so decided to vent my frustration here. It’s should not be assumed in the UK that this is right for all customers! It says discretionary

Whilst at Wembley we thought we would try this location on the ninth floor of the Hilton. Dont bother- you can only see tower cranes and building sites, not the stadium.

I dined at this restaurant when staying at the Wembley Hilton. Sadly it was the only restaurant open during my stay and offered very few choices of food. Isettled for about the only option i fancied, which was a steak and it was well cooked and tasted pretty good.

Nonostante sia uno Sky bar la vista panoramica è penosa, gli interni sono straordinariamente banali, lo staff molto simpatico ma un cocktail 14£ è un furto! Con 4£ in più bevo lo stesso cocktail allo Sky garden, shard, sushi samba...per non parlare delle porzioni...il cocktail (buonissimo) più piccolo della storia, due sorsi ed era già finito.

We had a wedding in the banquet next door and were staying here. The place is nice with a good balcony for drinks.

We were there at the end of 2017. The bar is great. Enough tables, the terrace is large and most importantly with a great view!

I spent Saturday night in the Sky Bar waiting for my son who was in the Concert next to the hotel. The Bar has great views over Wembley Stadium and beyond; the night I was in the atmosphere was fabulous and there were loads of NFL fans after the match at Wembley. Good range of beers at sensible prices.

My famil and I attended a wedding and wedding reception on Saturday 2nd Septmber at the Wembley Hilton. It was a beautiful event. After the wedding Reception, a few of us couples went to get a couple of more drinks at the Hilton Sky Bar on their top floor. We got there about 1pm and asked if they were still open. The bar man said yes so we oredred 11 drinks. However, the Barman said that these will be the last orders and did we ant to double up on the drinks. So we ordered 22 drinks (all doubles). The total Bill including service charge was £386 (Over £17 per drink). The drinks came at 1.30am and the Bill followed at 1.36am which I promptly paid. Just as we had started sipping on our first lot of drinks, at 1.50am security approahed us to tell us that the Bar was closing and we needed to leave. I explained that we had only just got the drinks and started on the first round and there is no way we could leave. They said that they could only give us 10 more minutes maximum. I asked to speak with the manager to say that we would finish our first round of drinks but we shouldn't have been sold two rounds if the bar was about to shut. This was not explained. Therefore, I asked for a refund for the second round of drinks if he wanted us to leave straight way. He said he could not do this but took my name and number and said he would get back to me but were nevertheless asked to leave. We did not even start on our second round of drinks. Needless to say, I have not heard back from the manager. There was zero customer service or understanding and a serios lack of trainied staff. Please steer clear of this place. £17/drink is more than most Central London bars where you will get the service to match the price tag e.g. Aqua Bar, London. Its' not even the price tag that bothered me though, it's being oversold drinks when you are about to close knwoing that there was no way of finishing these drinks. It was more like a clip joint than a classy rooftop bar.

Ce bar de l'hotel Hilton Wemblay se trouve au 9ème et dernier étage du bâtiment, belle vue sur le stade et les alentours, l'espace est bien aménagé et les prix restent correct.

Perfect place for a quiet cocktail. Has an outside terrace too I imagine it is busy on event days but was perfect mid-week.

Este es un gran bar en el último piso del hotel, con una terraza encantadora con vistas del estadio de Wembley. Fue muy concurrido después de un concierto y es difícil conseguir un asiento en la terraza. Las bebidas son caras, pero se obtiene lo que se paga en esta fantástica ubicación. Nos estaban esperando en el bar aunque las edades, simplemente no eran lo suficientemente personal del bar.

Wasn't allowed in as it was an event day. Don't bother trying to go here, waste of time. Avoid even going to the bar. The bouncer lady was rude to my wife and made a joke that she seemed drunk...she was not at all...weird.

1st and last time here! Get some social skills! The retail industry is about serving your customers, not being rude, terse, abrupt and downright insulting!

A smart, quiet spot in Wembley Hilton for lunch with friends. A nice alternative to eating in the Outlet centre.

A great view to be had from the sky bar. Drinks choice is nice but a bit pricey (hotel!). Worth a look if you want a nice photo of stadium.

Eine Skybar ohne Cocktails??? Das war echt enttäuschend. Ansonsten ist das Personal freundlich, die Aussicht fantastisch und die Preise im oberen Bereich, aber noch im Rahmen.

We were afforded the pleasure of having our breakfasts up here. The food was excellent and the quiet environment was just what was needed after a restful night in the Hotel

We had a drInk here prior to a rugby match. The views outside of Wembley Way were great but it was too cold to sit outside. Nonetheless we were able to sit by a window and watch the build up of people arriving. Drinks were fairly expensive though,

Nice bar with reasonable prices (for a hotel) 5 pounds for a pint of Stella. Be aware though, they automatically add a 10% service charge and even when I queried the charge as I saw the price run up I was told that was the price of the drink! Under-hand so go in forewarned.

Great food, drink and a view. Fairly expensive food but I feel it's worth it! We also found a terrific nearby car park at Empire Way, HA9 0RJ!

Really nice to visit here after our day of Footie.... prices are RIDICULOUS however. I know we were in London but Jesus... when we questioned how a 330ml bottle of Magners and a pint of Becks could come to £14.00, the bar lady said ''welcome to the Hilton'' Just think prices were quite extreme which is why we didn't stick around. Turns out it was £6 pint of lager and £8 for a small cider!!! I'd be teetotal if I lived in London!

got to this hotel after paying quite a bit for the room . The reason we picked this hotel was for the bar as it had great views of the stadium.We got they after checking in to be told it was closed for a party.We should of been told this when we booked up as we would not of stayed here.

Top floor Sky Bar is so nice, outside tables and chairs, smoking allowed, relaxing afternoon drink or night party as I did, the views are amazing you can see Wembley stadium from it, day or night views are stunning.

Great space with interesting views of Wembley Stadium, the Arena and the local. Spectacular when everything is lite up.

I had a meal here after a long day of travel. It was surprisingly good, and exceeded my expectations.

My friend and I had a lovely afternoon on the roof terrace of the Sky 9 Bar we were the first customers for Afternoon Tea and highly recommend it .

Staff friendly and helpful, views amazing. The seating is varied and comfortable, and the food tasty and well prepared.

Lovely bar away from the madness on concert or event days at wembley. Drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel.
