The curry king up on canterbury street is way better than this fake food I must say he service and food is rubbish

Place was clean, and the waiter was friendly enough. However, I will not be returning as my daughter experienced stomach pain and diarrhea, and I also felt sick and bloated.

Second time at Sizzling Lounge, first time was excellent, pleasantly surprised. Last evening took my son in law and my daughter for her birthday. Restaurant lovely and clean, service excellent. Food was abso amazing. Served piping hot and plenty of it. 3 of us at a 4 seater table. Our lovely waitress bought another table to us to spread a lovely food dishes on. Love the individual stainless steel dishes with a handle , easy to serve yourselves your food, without getting your fingers in your food or getting burned. I had mixed grill, lamb koftas I think, 2 legs of chicken and prawns and a Kachumber Salad. OMG, it was sizzling and gorgeous. My S in L had aTapia fish starter and a Nepalese meal deal. I could go on and on. See for yourself. It was amazing. We had 7 drinks 9 dishes between us. £100.00 very reasonable. It was glorious. Even brought some home. Must say a BIG Thank you to Chef and the lovely , efficient, smiling Lady who served us. We will Def go back. I'll call it the Gem of Gillingham, King street, opposite Wilko building as was. Absolutely delighted last night by the amazing food this restaurant delivers at such reasonable price. Thanked the chef ramesh personally for such delicious wonderful meal. I am definitely coming back with more friends.

A delightful last minute find, the food was really lovely, the menu extensive and the flavour on point. The staff were exceptional and I will definitely go again. I only wish I lived closer

Straight away I tried not to judge a book by its cover. The decor is tacky, I was shown downstairs to the toilet where a party had obviously been held as it still had leftover food on the tables and empty glasses and bottles. I ordered a can of drink which was flat and upon looking at the date on the bottom was at the end of its sell by date. (Not past its date but only a few days off). The starter we had, had the potential to be good as very flavoursome but the cauliflower was watery and soggy not crisp. My husband had a biryani which also had some potential if it wasn't the fact it tasted like it had been reheated on many occasions and the meat was burnt and like a dried bit of leather. My chow mein was stodgy and tasteless. This was the worst food I've ever eaten. It was also the beginning of the night. They had only just opened so no excuse really. The waitress did give us 20% off and she was very friendly. Not her fault. The only recommendation I'd give this place is to avoid.

Such a lovely server and great price and very tasty food and the chef has 24 years experience! Food came out hot and full of flavour.

Excellent and authentic samosa 👌🏻 Panipuri 10/10 tried nepalis panipuri for the first time and it was good Veg Sadeko moms- 8/10 filling was absolutely yummy. Sauce on outside got a lil sweet Veg Biryani- 7/10 veggies got burnt a lil bit. Nicely cooked aromatic rice Veg Meal Deal- 9/10 Dal makhani & Naan was 🤤 ❤️ but the mix veg can be done better Service: 10/10 staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. We accidentally placed and paid for an order at this restaurant instead of a Sizzling Lounge in Bingley West Yorkshire! We contacted this restaurant and explained what had happened and even though our order was ready for collection they very kindly reimbursed us. What an honourable thing to do and I wish we were able to eat at this restaurant. Deserving five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for their customer service alone! Thank you!

It’s been a year in UK and proper Nepalese taste was my hardest desire here in UK . I had a great experience in this beautiful restaurant having proper Nepali authentic food with overly kind staff and the most important part is Chef comes sometime to the table to ask how the food taste . If you want authentic Nepali food then this your place to dine in. We are very thankful to the current Chef: the taste of that Chicken Chow mein we had was exactly like it used to be in Nepal. .. The whole team have lovely customer service.5 star to Bipin who always has that sweet smile with excellent service. We will visit again and again.

None of the food was at all greasy, the madras tasted like a madras! the dry style bombay potatoes were spicy, the salad provided was plentiful and fresh, a very good meal indeed.

This is my favourite restaurant in Gillingham. I can not recommend it highly enough. The owner - Mohan- and all the staff are so kind, joyful and accommodating. The food tastes absolutely wonderful. I have worked my way around the vegan choices on the menu and all of them have been delicious. I always ask for a mild level of "heat/chilli" as I can't handle firey food and like to taste all the different flavors and seasoning, I can have 4 different dishes in front of me and each dish has a unique flavour of its own. The meat eaters and chilli lovers I have dined with have all been complety content too! The restaurant is warm, comfortable, cosy, immaculate and colourful. It's welcoming enough to eat alone and also has a large open space downstairs for buffet parties. You will not be disappointed, its a little gem 💎

So my 3rd visit here and everytime has been great food, normally a stickler for going to my favourite restaurant but sometimes just cant get in so needed to find somewhere else. So I now find myself with my new 2nd favourite restaurant, food is great staff are excellent and tell me where you get complimentary poppadom and chutney? As I understand new management so give these guys a go I honestly believe you wont be dissapointed in the food, good wholesome home cooked flavours from Nepal and India cant wait for my next visit. Chicken vindaloo is love, makhni daal is superb, masala tea is on the tip of tongue 😍 Service was good as staff were friendly dinner in sizzling lounge was good and it is a good place to hang out with friends and family

I was amazed wit the taste and the way of service, it hit me with the vibe of my place. Mashala Tea ☕️ was the best among all. I also cannot forgot the test of chicken vindaloo very hot 🥵, it was really really hot as expected.

Great food and excellent service. No complaints. But you need to be more transparent with your 25% discount offer for first-time diners. The website offer looks like it should be applied to the whole order but actually it's just the main courses according to what the manager told us. Not even the side dishes or rices.

So after getting a prawn biryani when I ordered a chicken one they won’t even refund me . Never have I had a restaurant give the costumer a different item then what was ordered and refuse to refund . Talk about bad service . Now I have to chase a refund threw PayPal ( I’m confident they’ll agree with me ) as I never received what I ordered but still , it’s hassle when all that should have happened is a sorry And either a refund or the correct meal being sent

The food was amazing, hot, tasted so good, you could actually taste all the spices and flavours. Great service from Danielle who was rushed off her feet but communicated so well, she’s an asset to the business. Will definitely go back! Focus definitely needs to be on a good in house dining experience and leave the lower level takeaway to deal with the online deliveries.

Came across this little gem of a restaurant as I have driven past it a few times so this time stopped and went in. The decor is nice and different to the traditional Indian Restaurants. Clean and the staff welcoming.. The food was amazing, service to go with it. Rabi Wishing you the best and yes we will definitely back. The Goat Curry is a must..

So different from every other curry house in medway. You get the standard currys but also so much different stuff on their menu. Staff are great but a must try!!
