Went with friends for dinner. Was disappointed with the incredibly slow service. Was there for 3 hours and this did not include dessert. Food was nice. Staff was friendly but not knowledgeable, had to wait ages for staff to answer queries about food. Most non veg was not halal, few items on menu were halal but they seemed very confused about it so decided to go for veg anyway. Pina colada was nice. Enjoyed their chaats and honey cauliflower starter. Makhani daal was good, even though we never ordered it. They messed up order. Saag paneer was edible but the kofta curry was awful. Garlic naans were over cooked and hard. I thought the bill was extortionate working out almost £30 per person for 2 courses even though we didn’t order too much. Won’t be visiting again.

Had a wonderful meal today at Jaipur Chigwell Food was 10/10 Service was 10/10 So attentive and lovely atmosphere Will be back! Thanks guys

When here today - for a potential booking. Guy who greeted us was cool (at first ) showed us around the place , sitting customers looked shocked to see people of colour (black people) entering a Indian establishment..but we move !! After finishing the small tour , discussion was had going good until I was told .. "yhhhh I prefer to have a small table of people rather than have a big booking as I can turn them over much quicker" .. ok so from this comment you don't want my business or you don't want a group of black people in ur establishment! so I took my booking and money elsewhere. It's 2025 #DoBetter
