I've been into this cafe today to support local businesses and l've never felt so sorry for the young girl (she was short with glasses no older than 20) working alone. There was an older women who walked past the counter a number of times and not once helping likewise the older women should be ashamed of how she's spoken to the girl and so passive aggressive towards her. Hats off to the young girl who kept going! Enjoyed a great coffee while I watched but won't be returning.

The food and drinks are excellent. The overall experience however was less inspiring. The interior needs to be refreshed and refurbished to create a more welcoming atmosphere. The same could be said of the staff. They are friendly and helpful when approached directly, but at other times appear to be disinterested, standing around chatting with little to do.

Booked for an Afternoon Tea for hubby's birthday. Was not disappointed..food was fresh and delicious (so much). Staff were lovely and attentive...regarding the lady who served the food we felt as though we had known her for ever 💖 so friendly. It was very busy in there so that says it all considering there are plenty of coffee shops in Bromsgrove. Highly recommend this Gem. Even brought some cakes back for later ..💖💖 thank you

Tried something different today. The tomato, pesto and mozzarella cheese dirty toastie. It was yummy and toasted perfectly. Definitely be needing seconds at some point. Oh and the drinks arrived before I'd even taken the menu back almost like they knew what we wanted. Lovely staff and great service.

From looks it's not the sort of place I'd normally have picked for afternoon tea but we had a Buy a Gift voucher and fancied a trip to Bromsgrove and chose Sixty Degrees from the website. We were initially a bit worried as it looked very cafe style and there were only hard wooden cheap chairs and I knew my mum wouldn't be able to sit for any length of time. Luckily the very kind and attentive Shelly took the care and time to find a fleece blanket to make the chair comfortable for her. We were really touched and thankful as I dont think we could have stopped otherwise. The afternoon tea was lovely. Good choice of sandwiches and they tasted good quality ingredients, crisps were lovely. Scones were really good and cakes were all nice. Traditional tray bake types...carrot cake, lemon drizzle and I think banana choc chip. More than we could eat so we had takeaway boxes. The girls were all friendly but Shelly was really attentive and made the visit for us. Thanks for your understanding!

Visited at around 2pm. There was only one customer, from a cafe of about 20 covers. There were dirty dishes stacked on two tables. I asked if I could get an Americano with CREAM on the side. Yes, that's fine. I placed my order, repeating an Americano with CREAM on the side, and two toasted tea cakes. When my order arrived it was an American with SEMI-SKIMMED MILK on the side. The two toasted tea cakes were stale, and it was like eating cardboard. The staff were friendly, not busy, and obviously took no real notice of customer needs. My first vist and sadly my last. Expected better, certainly at the price. There are other coffee shops in the area, so I would have thought they would want to be better than any competition.

Arrived to dirty table which was not cleaned before use, the teacake was served on a saucer not a plate, the teaccake was burnt. The quality of this eatery has gradually deteriorated recently. Maybe to many untrained staff who are poorly, it at all, managed. Do nut go for a good experience, try some of the many (to many) cafes in Bromsgrove. Most disappointed.

My Girlfriend and I popped in for coffee and a light breakfast bite. Whilst ordering a bacon and cheese croissant I made the waitress aware we didn’t want well done bacon to which she laughed and sarcastically reiterated the fact the bacon didn’t need to be over cooked. The coffees we ordered arrived at different times with an interval of about 5 minutes between each. As for the croissant well after 45 minutes of waiting and my girlfriend going to the toilet to see every kitchen staff member dancing around, we thought best to ask for a refund. I think if we hadn’t of asked about it we’d still be in there waiting for it now.

Popped in for a late lunch whilst shopping, with the better half. We both had a different panini, and a portion of cheesy chips. Myself I went for the pulled pork with Jalapeños. It was served on a sesame seed bread. Something not mentioned in the menu. Luckily I don't have an allergy. It was a very nice panini, with just the right amount of jalapeños. Did feel it was let down though by the presentation. Which left a lot to be desired. On a plus side the chips were superb, with plenty of cheese. As was the cappuccino I had.

I visited here for lunch with my friend and was very disappointed with my meal. I ordered a jacked potato with mushrooms, and I should have known it was going to be a farse when I saw a member for the kitchen staff edge from the front counter to the kitchen holding a box of frozen, pre cooked jacket potatoes. The meals came out around 10 minutes later and was the classic piping hot on the outside and freezing cold in the middle. The mushrooms were slimy but I decided to eat around the freezing bit and persevere. However I was soon to discover a hair on my plate and that was that. I obtained my refund and vowed never to eat there again. My poorly stomach solidified my decision around tea time that day. The coffee I had however, was nice.

I checked this place out online before arranging to meet a friend here today. As a vegan i need to check menu can accomodate me. Service was lacking condiments, cutlery & serviette. Food was lacking flavour & content. When avocado & falafel wrap arrived it was so flat i was expecting filling to arrive separately.. but it didnt so i returned it for more filling. Taste was dull, lack lustre. Vegan food needs texture, seasoning, herbs etc. frankly i've had better supermarket sandwiches & better service at a Little Chef.

Waited 35 minutes for sandwiches and scrambled eggs (cafe was not busy), when the food came the sandwiches were filled with so much onion my father in law could barely eat it. My friends and I love this place it has a nice atmosphere, friendly staff and lots of options on the menu from savoury to sweet. We especially like the dairy alternatives as a few of us have intolerances or just preferences for non-dairy options. We usually have breakfast which is amazing! The scrambled egg sourdough is to die for however this tome we had lunch options and they were lovely and tasty. I would 100% come again. The only slight improvement I would suggest is that we came down on a Saturday for 8.30am for breakfast which is the advertised opening time and it wasn’t open meaning we had wasted our car park money as we had to leave for work at 9.30 so couldn’t hang around.

I organised an Afternoon Tea for Sing and Tonic which is a choir I am a member of. This was our Christmas “do” and we attempt each year to support local businesses and try something different. It is within walking distance of where we rehearse so an ideal location. First of all I met the owner a few weeks ago to see what he could arrange for us,very helpful and he agreed that the front of the coffee shop would be reserved for us. Twenty two of our singers attended and without exception all were impressed with the food and service. Beautiful sandwiches, an impressive range, scones with clotted cream and jam and mini cakes including mince pies. The cakes were served on each table on miniature park benches, a quirky touch. An unlimited supply of tea and coffee and to help the festivities along,m60 degrees is licensed. Well worth a visit.

Met up with friends here one morning. The place was empty and there was no background music providing any atmosphere. That said it would change if you went later in the day and more people were present. My real disappointment was the coffee. I ordered a cappuccino and it looked like it had been thrown together and had a couple of blobs of congealed chocolate powder thrown on top served on a saucer filled with over spilt coffee. I wouldn’t have had the balls to serve it myself on such a quiet day.
