We were bought the tasting menu and wine flight as a gift, the theme was Italian. The voucher was limited as to when it could be used, so we had to opt for an early lunchtime slot. The food was good but not outstanding, it felt like conveyor belt dining. Two of the dishes were luke warm and the whole meal felt very rushed. The wine was awful, I’m not sure why you would put red wine with sea bass and white wine with lamb and beef cheek! We had 4 different glasses of wine sat on the table at one time. The wine should be poured at the table not pre poured glasses. We ordered 2 glasses of fizz when we arrived, we had to send it back as it was flat. All in all really disappointing, I think Nico needs to concentrate on quality rather than quantity.

We’ve eaten at Six by Nico many times and it’s always been great. On this occasion it was very busy and noisy and although the food was lovely and the service very good we felt the Italian Road Trip menu was very “safe” and the wines very bland ( apart from the final red ). However the biggest problem was the service charge at 20%. This is way out of line with what is acceptable and left a bad taste. It felt like we’d been mugged. Not sure we’ll be going back any time soon.

Over the past several years, Cavan and I have established a tradition of dining at Six by Nico. Our initial experience was at the Liverpool location, which was gifted to us as a wedding present in 2021. As a discerning diner, I have specific preferences when it comes to dining out. However, my husband took the initiative to reserve our reservations at Six by Nico in Liverpool. I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience, particularly the six-course tasting menu. Since then, we have made it a six-weekly tradition to dine at Six by Nico to follow their menu changes, which we refer to as our date night. Unfortunately, Liverpool closed, and we transitioned to Manchester. We previously frequented Spring Gardens, but we have also considered Deans-gate, which is now our preferred venue. Alice, Molly, and Sarah are among the staff members with whom we have become familiar. This evening, we were pleasantly surprised with a glass of sparkling wine. It was a thoughtful gesture that piqued our curiosity as to whether it was champagne or prosecco. While I acknowledge that every occasion may not be flawless, I can confidently assert that Six by Nico consistently delivers an exceptional dining experience. I highly recommend visiting this establishment, regardless of your location within the country.

I’m not one to normally write reviews but I had to comment on the AWFUL service I experienced today which dare I say it, ruined my birthday. I’ve been to six by Nico multiple times in which the service was great but on this occasion I was left Waiting around 45 minutes per course, in which every single time the dish was served it came with a side of apologies. Yes the food quality was great and waiter was lovely but the service ruined my night. Plus the teapots lid kept falling of meaning my mother spilt half her tea .

This was a lovely dining experience. We dined in during the murder mystery theme. I loved the detail put into each dish, which coincided with a clue to solving the murder. Each dish was delicious, and the service was amazing all night. I hope to return soon!

You’ll be leaving hungry that’s for sure! We had a gift voucher for the Italian roadtrip and the portions were ridiculously small. When it came to the bill they over charged us for “portions” we didn’t even have, they tried ripping us off with the voucher not taking the full amount off! And they added £18 service charge and £2 donations! Awful!

Went to murder on the midnight express yesterday. The experience was really good fun but we felt so rushed as we didn't have time between the courses and the cocktails. The food was ok but not warm enough probably because they were serving a full restaurant all at the same time. Would we go again? Probably not.

The tasting menus are great way to sample different tastes. We've been here twice now. The downside to this place is the noise from the washing up. Constant crash of cutlery where we were sat on both occasions, there is music playing but you can't really here it above the noise. Apart from that it's a good place to visit and again always busy.

We had a great evening trying the murder mystery menu, what a fun addition to great food (I guessed right too 🥳) the staff were great, helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and unique. We arrived 10 minutes early to be told to go somewhere else and come back in 15 minutes. The murder mystery theme was exciting and fun but the food was only ok and just not enough in taste nor certainly in the amount (even with the extras). Brilliant murder mystery night. Waitress was lovely. Some dishes were a bit of a miss, and actually, the extras that we paid for were one of the best courses. The food is amazing but the restaurant itself is like a wind tunnel. The huge black curtain that is over the entrance doors (which don’t close properly) was blowing everywhere and able to touch one of the dining chairs. We moved tables because we were in its direct line but the new table wasn’t much better - we had to sit with our coats on because it was so cold. Very distracting from an otherwise lovely concept, food and the staff are always great. I’d highly recommend the Deansgate restaurant over this location.

Really enjoyed our visit and the food, staff and theme were great, this was, however, spoiled by the cold draught coming from the door whenever people went in or out. There needs to be a proper barrier and not just a curtain which blew in the breeze every time the door opened. Some people were sat wrapped in their scarves shivering. Resolve this and the experience would be perfect

Six by Nico in Manchester offers more than just a meal—it’s an experience. Their ever-changing six-course tasting menu always brings something new, but our visit was truly special, featuring a unique concept where we had to solve a “criminal case” through food. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was buzzing with curiosity. The menu was designed like a mystery novel, with each course representing a different food style and serving as a clue to the bigger story. The pacing was excellent, keeping us engaged as we moved through the courses, each one adding another layer to the investigation. The staff played along perfectly, explaining each dish in a way that deepened the experience without giving too much away. Their enthusiasm made it feel like we were part of a live-action detective story rather than just dining out. The presentation of each dish was stunning, making the meal as visually exciting as it was immersive. By the time dessert arrived, the case was solved, and we left feeling like we had been part of something truly unique. If you're looking for an innovative dining experience in Manchester, Six by Nico is a must-visit. It’s creative, fun, and unlike anything else!

EDITED: I gave this 4 stars a year or so ago. This was supposed to be a special birthday meal for my daughter, as she turned 18 today. I booked it before Christmas as it is Valentine's Day and knew that it would be busy, so we had been looking forward to it for a while. I cannot express how disappointed I am in what I experienced today. I had received an email from yourselves on the 10th February to confirm the booking, which I did and mentioned that my daughter was lactose intolerant and that it was her 18th birthday. Someone had clearly read this as there was a card on the table saying 'Happy Birthday', what they had not read was the lactose intolerance bit. On arriving at 5pm today, which was our reservation time, we were seated at the table and the waiter asked if anyone had any allergies to which I replied that my daughter was lactose intolerant and she didn't like fish. So he said, 'No problem, we will swap out the fourth course for the vegetarian option', so I thought, 'Great'. Thankfully, we ordered some sourdough bread for starters, because after 30 minutes of waiting for the first course I mentioned to a waitress that we hadn't received our first course yet, whereas the next table on a similar time to us, were already on their second course. When the waitress came back she said that they were waiting for the lactose intolerant starter to defrost!!!!!! I really wasn't expecting that response. When the first course arrived after 40 minutes, I asked the waitress why it wasn't ready since I had confirmed on your booking emailed on the 10th February that we would be coming and that she had an allergy. Her response was 'We didn't know if you were coming or not and we didn't know what time you were coming'. Well, normally, if I book a table at 5pm at a restaurant, I will arrive at 5pm, and I had already confirmed that I would be coming as it's a special occasion. The first course was a slab of cheese with some fancy goop around it......40 minutes to wait for a slab of cheese! Come on people! I could have gone to Tesco's and come back and churned my own lactose intolerant cheese in that time! 40 minutes to defrost cheese!!!!!!!!!! An absolute joke! After the third course the waitress cleared the plates and I had my knife and fork on the plate which was also taken away, so when the fourth course arrived I had to ask for a knife and fork. The attention to detail was just lacking throughout the evening. When I looked at my daughter's plate for the fourth course I thought that her food looked exactly the same as ours so I said that I would try it before her, just to check that it wasn't fish, well guess what, they gave her the fish dish, when they had explicitly said they would swap it out. My daughter at that point was so fed up she said don't bother telling them, but I thought, no i'm going to get them to change it because they had told us at the start and that is a whole course that she wouldn't have been able to eat. So they did thankfully swap the meal for the vegetarian option, by this point we just wanted to go home, but we had 2 courses left. On receiving the bill you tried to charge me service charge which I flat out refused and mentioned the above problems. No-one bothered to ask us for more drinks or if the food was ok, the service was just really poor. The waitress did however remove the service, charge, donation charge and the sourdough starter which was some sort of a gesture. The most disappointing thing is that I came to eat here about a year ago with my partner and we both thoroughly enjoyed it, barring one course which is why I gave it 4 stars, however, after tonight and having looked forward to it for months, I really cannot recommend this place. I do feel like it has ruined what should have been a special day and I am extremely disappointed on my daughter's behalf as this was somewhere I recommended. I will not be returning, no matter how often you change your menu, I just cannot sit through that experience and service again for the price that I am paying.

Booked a table after seeing the new menu. Unfortunately it seemed so had everyone else, and rather than trying to create a pleasant atmosphere, the restaurant appears to have crammed in as many covers as possible. Sadly this coupled with inattentive front of house and multiple staff members resulted in a long wait even to be potentially seated. We then discovered that the tables in the foyer people were using to wait to be seated were to be used and this is what was offered. Not prepared to spend the evening sitting in the entrance lobby surrounded by people taking off coats, opening door etc we cancelled. Not the service or experience you’d expect. Can’t comment on the food as a result but the other reviews can do that.

EXTREMELY TASTY DISHES, BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED. THE DOWNSIDES WERE THE COCKTAILS WHICH WERE HIT AND MISS. THEY WERE ALSO VERY EXPENSIVE FOR THE SIZE OF THE DRINKS. Ive left the original review below for reference, though here is a bit of an update, we went a second time and the food was significantly better, and the atomosphere was nicer though we went at a quieter time. Im leaving this as a 3 rather than a 4 or 5 as for one visit to be a disaster and the second to be great doesn't give me confidence, though I will say one of my friends absolutely loves the place and was shocked to see the photos and explination from our experience. Original review The restaurant layout means it’s extremely crowded and loud. And the food can be really hit or miss, they do change the menu but the Japanese one at least was a mixed bag. While some parts were beautifully done even within the same plate something else seemed to kinda ruin the experience. For example with one of the main courses the pork and duck were beautifully done but the chicken was extremely dry. Definitely not worth the price. You could go to almost anywhere in Manchester and get a far better meal for half of the price of this.

Been Six by Nico a few times and always enjoyed the food and service, we went for the festive roast, still good value for money but the service is really lacking compared to previous visits, we asked for the candle to be lit but they couldn't find a lighter (funny enough they found one just as we asked to take the service charge off) We did give a tip but a smaller one, we did ask for the add on but this was forgot about and we got served the course after and then waited for the add on to arrive and then tuck into the food that has been sat on the table for some time, we asked for the paired drinks and again brilliant but it would of been nice to be informed we don't get a drink on the first course so we could of chose to get another drink, the wine did pair very well and the person who described the wine (somilier maybe) was excellent. Alot of staff stood round having a good conversation but not very attentive for the customers. We will be coming back as we hope it will be back to its usual high standards soon.

My friends and I were very excited to catch up after new year in Six by Nico. However our experience was not as expected: 1. upon arrival, we waited over 15 mins for a table. Our table was supposedly at the end of the restaurant as informed by a member of staff in the reception. However another group that was sat on the table close to the door was suddenly moved to the table that was supposedly being cleaned for us and we had to sat there. The door was never closed and it was freezing cold. The situation is that two of us are in bed with a massive cold after our experience at six by nico. 2. the restaurant was fully booked but there were not enough members of staff. Therefore, we had to wait 20 mins between courses and when served these were very cold. 3. the toilets were particularly dirty. It seemed to belong to a night club instead to a restaurant. There was not toilet roll and everything was a bit of a mess. Restaurant concept is good but I do not think we will be coming back!

This review really pains me to write, as my partner and I have always been really big fans of Six by Nico and have always sung its praises/recommended friends. We have visited on lots of occasions since it opened but as of the late, the standard of food and service has slipped massively. Most recently we visited for the nostalgia menu and were left really underwhelmed, some of the dishes were no where near the standard we are normally accustomed to when eating here, the plating was also a shadow of its former self. The biggest issue of the night, was down to the service. Our main waitress was lovely/polite but it took far too long to complete the 6 courses. From being handed our first plate to the dessert took almost 2 hours and half hours, we were averaging a 20/25 min wait between each course, which never used to be the case. Our dessert was forgotten which didn’t help things and we had to prompt them, which upon doing it was given 2 mins later. I don’t know if it’s down to lots of new staff or a staff shortage but it’s a shame to see a place we’ve always loved so much, let their usually high standards slip quite a lot.

Everyone but one here was amazing in fairness, this is the first review I’ve written but the sheer cheek and attitude of the manager has made me write this. Celebrated my girlfriend’s 25th here, we were slightly late, we did attempt to call six by Nico 5-6 times as we had forgotten which restaurant we’d booked. After arriving at Deansgate on time we were told by the lovely manager we were in the other restaurant and he’d let them know and it wouldn’t be a problem. We then experienced lots of traffic to the other restaurant and were slightly late. Upon arrival I fruitfully apologised. The manager then rudely said the time will come off your table which in a place like this is counter intuitive and anxiety provoking, leaving us wondering if we’d get all the courses. We then had to sit and clock watch for our whole experience. In addition, wanting to make my girlfriends day as special as possible, I asked if we could arrange a small cake and candle. Two of the waitresses said this was no problem and they would sort this. The manager on the other hand, when I asked her if we could skip the last course for the birthday dessert shockingly and rudely said “no, we don’t do that”. Despite two of her colleagues telling us this could be done - very frustrating and inconsistent. Eventually, after unnecessary back and forth, I managed to arrange a candle, becoming drained in the process. The bill arrived and an extra optional course which we didn’t have time to get was on our receipt. Upon paying, due to restaurant not accepting American Express, our card declined. The manager sniggered and said “that’s declined”. Her much younger yet more professional colleague explained to us that the only reason this happened is because they don’t accept American Express. We asked the younger worker if she was the manager, due to how professional and friendly she was and we were surprised to find that the rude waitress was in fact the manager. We said we were surprised and disappointed in the managers service - to which she responded “well the first thing you said when you came in was a swear word, so we weren’t off to a good start”. Meaning she’d admitted that we did receive horrendous service from herself all evening, on my girlfriends birthday, all because she overheard a profanity which was lightheartedly said to my girlfriend on arrival. Overall, very cool concept and tasty food but unfortunately will not be returning if she remains in management - would recommend going to Deansgate instead as the manager there was great.

Visited the other week for the Nostalgia menu. The experience was ok. The reason I’ve marked it down is that it’s repeatedly disappointed since the first time I visited, and for £110 for (2x meals, a small Coke Zero, and the £10 additional starter) I expected more. The first time I visited, we had a brilliant time. Each course was perfectly presented, and delivered with a little finesse, and great description from the servers - which made you feel you’d paid for an experience, rather than simply a meal. However, each time since, the service has seemed very rushed, with inconsistent presentation. And the servers have seemed more focused on getting people in-out, rather than enhancing the experience of those in the restaurant. The food was as to be expected, tasty, but nothing particularly sensational. And would say the vegetarian alternative for the fish fingers (which was essentially a quarter of a cabbage, with a range of carrots cooked to different extents - hard to soft) was slightly disappointing. Overall, reasonable, but for the price would definitely consider somewhere else. And will be trying other places in the future.

After eating here previously and being really impressed I was shocked by the food tonight. The food was bland, some courses missing key components and finished off with a desert that was inedible. A rubbery, tasteless parfait with dried out coconut. I raised the issue with the waitress who was very apologetic. I couldn't fault the service but the food wasn't what was advertised. It was in no way prepared or served as the pictures showed on Facebook or it's website. The fish was dry and rubbery, it tasted old too. The mushroom dish was a soggy mushroom with some tasteless foam (the smoked celeriac would have made a big difference but we were told they aren't serving it with the celeriac anymore but didn't know why) honestly a waste of time.

We got the 6 course Nostalgia menu. Average and below expectation. Food on the salty end and tastes is quite mismatch. First course is a ham and cheese taco and does quite taste quite alright. The crunch to the thin taco shaped shell is a nice touch. It was a good cheesy start. However, second course is a bland dish with 4 pieces of mushroom, a single gnocchi and foam and that one piece of gnocchi has the texture of play dough. Even my university canteen makes gnocchi better than that. Third course is a very crumbly kebab like sausage with a piece of pork belly in pepper sauce. This dish is quite salty- it is alright but nothing so special about it. Fourth course’s fish finger is actually nice. it’s a very nice fish cake in a shell fish sauce. It also comes with a bit of fish which is again too salty. I would prefer if the pickled carrots were thinner. Fifth course is essentially a chicken breast, a nugget and cauliflower. Chicken breast is dry. Dessert is the best with a coconut and a dark chocolate mousse. Not complaining about the portion as we pretty much expected the size, but the taste was quite a let down. Service was to be expected. There is better tasting restaurant experience out there for this price. Probably will not come again.

This was our second visit to Six by Nico and whilst the food is generally good, it tends to look nothing like what is advertised on their website or social media. There's very little/to none of the novelty, themed plating and the portions are much smaller, especially any meat components. They do, however, bulk the plates out with a lot of purees, sauces and gels, meaning the condiment to meat/veg ratio can be way off. Saying that, the food is always tasty, the service good and the cocktail pairings are fantastic! So, for the overall price, it's not bad at all.

The food experience at 6 By Nico is a delightful journey through fine dining. Each dish is meticulously thought out, showcasing the chef's creativity and attention to detail. The 10-course tasting menu is a true culinary adventure, with each course more impressive than the last. The Deep Fried Mars Bar with the Iron Bru sorbet served at the end was a refreshing and perfect conclusion to the meal.

We were very badly letdown by a terrible booking system. This isn't the first time that I've experienced this at Six by Nico.No communication to let us know that our booking was cancelled by the restaurant and in fact it was confirmed as OK. Really disappointed.

Attended the restaurant Saturday afternoon and was placed by the door. Due to the weather it was freezing. We vocalised this to the manager who told me “we know it’s a terrible table but someone has to take it and I don’t get paid enough the make a solution ” It’s very clear the staff hate their job

We had the 6 course land of oz experience, and what an experience wow Each course was amazing, Well cooked and well presented. Whilst 6 courses sounds a lot, this amazing menu needs a few more carbs, shouldn't come out needing a bag of chips

This is an amazing place with amazing food, it’s also expensive and with that I would actually want to be full after I pay an expensive bill. The 20 minute wait times between each course was having my hunger be more agitated. I understand make the customer wait a little so they take the time to discover all these flavours and how they mix. It’s very luxurious. But I just left feeling empty and out of pocket. The front door was always open so me and my whole family were cold being sat near the front door. All in all if it’s your first time I’d recommend but if you a hungry person then I don’t think this will be for you

Besides the impeccable service, would not recommend this at all! I know it’s a tasting menu, buts it’s soooo so small, and the vegetarian option really misses the mark. If you fancy making a booking elsewhere for after then i would highly recommend. Waste of money, shame to ruin a beautiful date. They always reply to say email us, but when you email they are no help either - just want to seem like they resolve their issues.

I love the original Manchester Six by Nico. Visited on Friday evening (22/11) for the Land of Oz menu. As ever the staff were well trained on the story of the menu and brought the chefs artistic talents and food to life. A huge thanks to Tarma, who not only dealt professionally with weather challenges for diners but worked the restaurant and made sure everyone enjoyed the menu experience.

Heard a lot about this place so decided to book and dine in. We booked the Once upon a time menu, 5 courses of small plates that would tantalise your pallet. The place was in a nice part of Manchester, parking not so great but we managed to find some. The starters came was different very small about the size of a small ritz biscuit but full of flavour so not too bad the rest of the course followed again very small very cutely presented but over all I’d say not a lie for money and the food could have been far better. So for me it was a let down. It’s built up so much but didn’t deliver what we expected.

We had a booking for 6 people on a Sunday at 5pm and were seated near the door. Everytime anyone came in or out of the building it was freezing. They eventually closed a curtain over the door but this made little difference as it just got moved each time. The staff were friendly if a little caotic with different servers during the courses. The explanations of the courses were rushed and you only heard the bit whilst they delivered your dish. The place itself has a nice feel (when the door is closed) We had the 6/7 course sunday roast and 2 of the courses were virtually inedible due to the excessive amount of salt. The roast potato course and the chicken course. All the other course were good including the optional extra of the Yorkshire pudding. We left a disappointed and a little hungry. We did not have the wine pairing and were on soft drinks other than 2 glasses of wine and it was £56 per head with the tip

It's a novelty. Food was tasty good. Don't expect to leave satiated though. Wine was decent. A service charge was automatically applied to the bill which is presumptive but not unique to here. A charitable donation was also automatically applied, which is pushing it.

Very cool experience, would definitely recommend trying at least once. We went for the Tokyo experience for my birthday, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The courses come in a timely fashion, so you're never waiting for too long. We were skeptical on if we would be full after seeing how small the dishes were, but we were definitely full afterwards! All the food was amazing, and nothing like we've had before. The kimchi pancake and dessert were my absolute favourite! Service and atmosphere are great, our waitress explained every dish before serving. Price isn't too bad considering the quality of food.

The first time I went to Six by Nico (a few years ago) I was so impressed by the quality of the food and the overall experience. It really felt like a “wow” evening out, and something special. The past couple of times we’ve been though, it’s not been the same. Now it just feels like any old normal restaurant, with very standard (and sometimes actually sub standard) service, and very high prices for what you’re getting. The prices used to be justified because it just felt like such a special experience and amazing food. Now the whole thing just feels rushed. The atmosphere in the restaurant isn’t cosy and intimate anymore, it’s loud and bright and a bit hectic. The servers just seem like they can’t be bothered. We had one waiter who was mostly looking after us throughout the night who was good, but some of the others just seemed like they couldn’t be bothered. I asked for a wine menu and the waitress just ignored me and walked away. The explanations of the dishes felt like they were just rattling off a script and trying to get through it. We also got brought the same dish twice. The food quality has definitely gone downhill too. We had the Istanbul menu last night. Having been to Istanbul recently, none of it really seemed to hark back to there at all. The first course was a soup that was absolutely drowned in vinegar. The bread on the pide was rock hard, it was difficult to actually cut through it and chew it. I had the vegetarian option instead of the lamb and the “spring roll” on it was a random addition and so deep fried and greasy it made me feel a bit sick. Nothing blew me away really unfortunately. All in all it was just a bit of a disappointment considering how expensive it was, especially when we know how great it’s been in the past. It feels like they’re trying to push out so many different menus in a year instead of just focusing on maybe 1 or 2 a year and making them really good. Also definitely more training needed for staff to make this feel like a fine dining experience.

Came here for my birthday, food looked great but tasted awful. Returned the uncooked pita and grainy hummus, 2/6 courses were average. This is the review of 4 other people that came with me, 2 of whom are Arabs. It’s sad to see that this menu is an inspiration from Istanbul, a country which has an amazing cuisine. Please do not make your assumptions of Turkish food after eating here. Hopefully the other menus are better.

A claim-to-be fine dining restaurant that doesn’t accept Amex.Nice. too many deep fried ingredients, 4/6 dishes contains something fried. Son of chippie owner. We got it. Would rather buy a flight ticket to Marseille and dine some real French than letting a British chef ladle a dozen different sauces on my plate and call it fine dining

I went a couple of years ago and loved everything about it. The service is night-and-day different to what it used to be though. The food is great but the staff made you feel like the theme was "teenage kid that wants to play on their iPad but is being forced to tell you about your meal". Probably won't go back which is a shame because it could be great. The price isn't crazy for a tasting menu, which is good, but when you have paid £165 for a meal for two, you expect the service to at least be better than average. I'd say this was way below average.

Istanbul menu: We had the four course menu, the food was fine but I would say that I only really enjoyed one out of the four dishes. I didn't like the starter soup at all and I don't know how this is related to anything from Turkish cuisine. The dessert was also disappointing, very dry and not tasty. The pide was nice, but nothing special. I enjoyed the fish dish. Adana was okay but I don't understand the addition of padron pepper, felt a bit like fusion for the sake of it without any relevance to the dish. We ordered some add ons, hummus with pitta bread. Unfortunately I had nicer hummus from a supermarket and the portion was a laughable spoonful. The filo pastry add on with cheese was alright but lacking in flavour. I heard one of the waitresses describe it as similar to a spring roll which suggests a lack of understanding about the cuisine. The cocktails were nice. The service could be improved, it felt like our waitress didn't want to be there and brought the bill immediately after we finished our dessert. The table was booked for another hour, we would have left soon anyway but it felt abrupt. Overall it was a bit meh and I am not rushing to return.

We were staying at travelodge central and was bored of the usual breakfast there so decided to go for a walk and so happened passed by this cafe. What a gem! Friendly staff quick service. Good atmosphere. Really enjoyed breakfast. the royale smoked salmon paoched eggs on sourdough with avo salad drizzle of spicy mayo plus the homemade creamy sauce that came with it (served in tiny cup) tasty on my palate. Highly recommended. Will visit again when I’m in Manchester.

There’s no polite way to put this. But the food from this establishment was absolutely disgraceful. Fish and chips were both greasy and when we went back to show them, no acknowledgment or a single apology whatsoever.
