Had A Takeaway Friday Excellent Food and service very reasonable prices.Plenty or Food more than we could eat, We will definitely be using this Takeaway Again.

Ordered online for a 20.15 delivery and it arrived at 17.55. Called up and was told I could return it (no idea how as delivery driver went) and would send another at correct time. Fair enough but not wanting to put them to the trouble I said I would heat it up but it wasn’t very good service. At that the person on phone went off on one as follows: mistakes happen darling. I’ve offered you another, what do you want? Blood? I’ve said sorry (he hadn’t). We’ve been here 25 years. I don’t need customers like you and so on. I said I didn’t want to put them out by them having to send again but this fell on deaf ears. Eventually I hung up. Can’t comment on food as I haven’t eaten it yet. All I wanted to do was tell them about the mistake and have them say sorry and I ended up with a totally unfair earful which has left me in tears. Best avoided unless you have skin as think as a rhino.

This place is great for tasty curries, everytime we order everything is on point always delivered fast and on time, the delivery driver is always very polite and friendly! Highly recommend this curry shop!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered well in advance and order was not confirmed by the restaurant. Despite phoning several times, no answer. Cancelled order and s ruined evening. I will not use this restaurant again.

Sitar over the years has had many different owners and many different chef's some bad some even worse, but now under new management they have in my opinion a new following of curry lovers who appreciate good quality Currys without the premium prices which some curry takeaways demand for inferior currys.The ingredients are fresh and all the Currys we have had are piping hot and very tasty .The lamb is tender and the chicken succulent.

I have ordered from these guys many times in the past and never had a problem the service/delivery is good the food is hot and tastes amazing I would recommend trying this place if you like curry.

We recently moved to the area and decided to try this curry house and we weren’t disappointed. We have used them ever since. The people are very always very polite and friendly and the food always tastes great! Thank you Sitar Tandoori!
