Wow !how miserable are the staff. No smile no thanks. It's like they are in forced labour. Really puts you off

Never has tapioca, staff are not friendly at all

Today i asked for a brown sugar tea, but it seemed like it was just milk. The lady that served me was not very enthusiastic and quite unfriendly. She said it wont take more than 5 minutes but I had to stand there for around 15 minutes waiting for my order, i dont know what took so long as it looked like a simple drink to make. I paid £5 for a cup of milk and the staff didnt seem to care as they went on their phones a few times and were chatting to each other. Better off going to another boba shop as there are many better places in the area.

This Bubble tea place is more of a gateway into the world..What I'd like to call children's bubble tea. If you like sweet drinks with a minor taste of tea then yes thus is for you. But if you want to get real bubble tea try your independent ones recommend Hi guys or Spring Tea most Authentic ones in this area!

Today I was entitled to a free drink as I filled up my loyalty card. However they charged me for the topping and claimed I ‘had to pay for the topping as the free drink doesn’t include the topping.’ Even though my drink came with a topping. Which is annoying as that doesn’t state that on the loyalty card, it states any extra toppings will be charged. Also last time I was entitled to a free drink I was not charged for the included topping. Also I asked for the jelly to be swapped for the tapioca pearls and was given the white tapioca pearls instead of black. The lady who served me then let me know after the drink was made that the black tapioca pearls are out of stock, but stated ‘they taste the same as the white pearls.’ Regardless of the fact it wasn’t what I asked for. Also I feel like she was lying as they had post it notes stating what was out of stock and black tapioca pearls wasn’t on the list. It’s a bit annoying as the lady who served me looked like she didn’t care that she messed my order up. If something is out of stock you need to let customers know that and not make assumptions that they’ll want a different topping instead. Very annoying as I regularly go here but the service and communication wasn’t great at all.

Really awful service. Person working there doesn't seem to enjoy what she's doing. Milktea was okay nothing special to write about except for their Taro which is pretty good. Better choices elsewhere with Hi Guys, T4 and Ding Tea.

Great location within Victoria Centre. Great menu choice as well as choices of ice-cream such as Honeydew Melon. Really well made drinks, will definitely be returning.

The reason why I'm giving this SIPCHA Nottingham restaurant even me and My mum haven't been before still think of going with my persunts supervision only with My mum because it looks very delicious and because both want to go their some day when or on my next birthday another year probably for my 33rd birthday with my mum only on 2025 on January. Maybe. I meant Cafe it kooks fantastic and brilliant and Amazing and Excellent buy thinking about going to this SIPCHA Nottingham with my mum some time another my birthday because both whent passed this Cafe Looks fantastic and looks delicious to go to with my persunts supervision only with My mum only on my 33rd birthday some time in 2025 January definitely recommend with my mum maybe. I usually love this place but this time they didnt even warn me that there wont be any boba so i had to drink milk for £4

Got a taro milkshake and matcha latte - the taro milkshake didnt really taste like taro but it was okay, the matcha latte was really good. Staff weren't the friendliest during my visit but perhaps it was just a busy long day as we arrived later at about 5pm.

Awful service. Their card machine went down and they took my order and had me standing there for 10 minutes. After standing around waiting for them, they turned to me and told me to go to the cash point as their WI-FI had gone down. I told the staff I only have contactless. They looked clueless. Awful customer service will not be returning!

Service was amazing, this is the best bubble tea place I have ever been to. The drinks are high quality and delicious, the bubble waffles are so good. Definitely will go again!

The taro icecream was OK. Had some taro flavour, but wasn't as strong as I would have hoped. Price seemed a bit steep for what it is. There were about four people in the line in front of me, so service was slow. Staff were super friendly though.

tried a few Boba tea places, this one is a better visual aid if you are unsure on what to try. they also do taste testing so that you dont waste your money

Super lovely place - probably my new bubble tea spot! We got the dalgona brown sugar milk tea, which had hints of coffee, and also the choco oreo foam milk tea, which my partner describes as ‘sexy’. We also got a pink candy bubble waffle, which was sooo delicious! The bubble waffle took a bit of time to come out, but it was definitely worth the wait as it was so delicious. The staff were apologetic for the wait and even offered us a free item to say sorry - incredibly kind of them as the wait wasn’t too bad (I’ve waited way longer for other bubble waffles in the past which weren’t as good as this one)! I chose the taro brown sugar milk tea which was also incredible. Very excited to keep coming back here and I hope they have a successful business 💛

Went to the opening today. Nice vibes, lots of choice. I got a grapefruit ice tea with mango popping balls and strawberry jelly stars. Flavour wise 8/10, i made it a bit too sweet for myself. Lots to choose from so will try something different next! Nice touch to add some fresh fruit in there. Really lovely staff and service, obviously a bit hectic on open day with a big que but all staff kept really friendly and positive. Cute goody bag didn't hurt either! Saw that in the MCR branch there's a kiwi drink- would love to see it on the menu! On reflection wondering if the cups can be reused/refilled? they're very sturdy which is great but i presume not very eco- i took mine home to keep :)
